2026/10/07

This week's episode is all about Immortals of Aveum, the first-person shooter where you shoot with magic instead of guns, except it's still just a shooter like any other shooter, so what's even the point?

Marvel's Wolverine Is Eh-Okay | Attack the Backlog

2026/09/30

Deathloop Is (Maybe) My Favorite Arkane Game | Attack the Backlog

2026/09/16

This week's episode is all about Deathloop, a game where you relive the same day over and over again while trying to figure out how to make it stop; it's not perfect and has its issues--like very unfunny writing--but even so, it may just be my favorite Arkane game.

2026/09/09

This week's episode is all about S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl and how I mostly enjoyed myself after deciding to revisit the game after a false start earlier this year.

High Times Is Super Horny | Attack the Backlog

2026/09/02

This week's episode is all about why I finally decided to delete Stardew Valley, the real reason I'm excited to eventually play more Phoenix Wright, and how High Times, a dating sim about making moon-enhancing donuts, is (not so) surprisingly horny (in a good way...if you're into that kind of thing).

To Metal Gear, or Not to Metal Gear | Attack the Backlog

2026/08/26

This week's episode is all about how I didn't last long in my attempt to play through Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, followed by what to expect in future episodes of Attack the Backlog.

Kynseed: The Last Game I Ever Kickstarted | Attack the Backlog

2026/08/19

This week's episode is all about Kynseed, a life sim from veterans of the Fable franchise that just hit 1.0 and happens to be the last video game I ever Kickstarted. Was it worth the wait, or disappointing, mate?

A Pitstop in Forza Horizon 6 | Attack the Backlog

2026/08/12

This week's episode is kind of a nothing episode, with a little bit of Forza Horizon 6 and thoughts on what to play next.

This Episode Is Kind of About Redfall | Attack the Backlog

Trepang2: Great Game, Bad Name | Attack the Backlog

Metal Gear?!? | Attack the Backlog

2026/07/22

This week's episode is the beginning of my Metal Gear replay and is all about the very first Metal Gear, originally released for the MSX2 before eventually making its way to the NES, Commodore 64, and PC.

Leaving RoboCop's Business Unfinished | Attack the Backlog

2026/07/15

This week's episode is all about RoboCop: Unfinished Business, the follow-up to RoboCop: Rogue City which is basically just Dredd, but with RoboCop instead.
