Everyone Everywhere - “Hospitality”
2026/10/04
What if the practice of hospitality was our greatest, most practical method of evangelism? As we close our series on evangelism and how to reach people, Pastor Heather Cromer shares an important and personal message on hospitality - what it is, what it isn’t, and how God will open doors through it.
Luke 19:5 (NLT) When Jesus came by, he looked up at Zacchaeus and called him by name. “Zacchaeus!” he said. “Quick, come down! I must be a guest in your home today.”
Everyone Everywhere - “Unity Is Not An Option”
2026/09/27
God calls us to not only follow Him, but do so in unity with other Christians. The Bible tells us where there is unity, there is blessing, and that is why Pastor Brian’s topic today is such a critical piece toward accomplishing our mission of reaching and teaching others the good news of the Gospel.
John 17:23 (NLT) “I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.”
Everyone Everywhere - “How We Talk”
2026/09/20
Our words matter, whether in day to day conversations or when telling others about our faith. As we continue in our evangelism series, Pastor Brian gives a very practical message aimed to help us share the good news of the gospel with the people around us.
Romans 10:13 (NLT) For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Everyone Everywhere - “How We Live”
2026/09/13
Jesus calls his followers to be actively seeking out people who are lost and not in relationship with Him. The first step of how to accomplish this mission has so much to do with how we live our day to day lives. This week, Pastor Brian teaches from specific encounters Jesus had that display the ways we should interact with the people around us in order to ultimately share with them the good news of the Gospel.
Matthew 4:18-19 (NKJV) And Jesus, walking by the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” They immediately left their nets and followed Him.
Everyone Everywhere - “Let Me Tell You Why You're Here”
2026/09/06
Whether prompted by a particular circumstance or a new season of life, we may find ourselves asking, “Why am I here?” In today’s message, Noah Bates teaches on this question of purpose by first looking the question of identity: Who does God say we are? And once we understand who we are in Christ, what role are we called to fulfill as Christians in this world?
Matthew 5:13-16 (NLT) “You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. v
Everyone Everywhere - “The Why”
2026/08/30
We have been given the mission of sharing the good news of the Gospel, but why has God given this mission to us? In week two of our series on evangelism, Pastor Brian teaches from the book of Isaiah, showing why we are called to tell others about Jesus.
Isaiah 6:8 (NLT) Then I heard the Lord asking, “Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me.”
Everyone Everywhere - “The Mission, The Motivation, and The Method”
2026/08/23
God wants everyone, everywhere, to have an everyday relationship with Him. That is why the great commission tells us to live our lives on mission, reaching and teaching everywhere we go. As we start our new series, Pastor Brian teaches what it means to evangelize, and sets the groundwork for a series equipping us to effectively share the gospel with others.
Matthew 28:19 (NLT) Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
The Five Biggest Things God Reminded Me On Sabbatical
2026/08/16
Pastor Brian returns this week after a summer sabbatical spent intentionally connecting with his family and with God. As he reengages with the church, he shares five of the most meaningful lessons and reminders God revealed to him. Together they reaffirm the mission of Queen City Church, and also prepare us for our next series.
Matthew 28:18-20 (NLT) Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Summer Voices - “5x7”
2026/08/10
Who is Jesus to you? What is one thing about Jesus you would like to share with others? These are the questions posed to five of our own church members - DeDe, Mitch, Melanie, Ruthie, and Logan - who will each take seven minutes to share their answer by telling part of their own story of how Jesus has worked in their lives.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NLT) Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God's work from beginning to end.
Summer Voices - “Psalm 23”
2026/08/02
As followers of Jesus, we can walk in victory regardless of our present pain. In our suffering, we may not always receive an explanation from God, but we do receive an incarnation: the promise of His presence. Today, Davey Blackburn, founder of Nothing Is Wasted Ministries, joins us with a powerful message from Psalm 23 to reveal how God meets us, leads us, and remains with us in the middle of every one of life’s valleys.
Psalm 23:6 (ESV) Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Summer Voices - “The Underrated Invitation”
2026/07/26
Does God actually want you to enjoy life? And if so, how do you find enjoyment in the life God has given you? This week we are joined by Pastor Noah Nickel from King’s Church in Cleveland Ohio as he makes the case that enjoyment and joy are what followers of Christ should have in their soul.
Ecclesiastes 18:20 (NLT) God keeps such people so busy enjoying life that they take no time to brood over the past.
Summer Voices - "A Better Yoke"
2026/07/19
In the middle of our fear, anxiety, and worry, Jesus invites us to link our lives to his. This week, Pastor Chuck Mingo joins us to teach us how to live freely and lightly by taking on the easy yoke of Jesus.
Matthew 11:28-30 (NLT) Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”
Summer Voices - "The Fruit Of Fidelity"
2026/07/05
This week, we begin our Summer Voices series with Pastor Jordan Smucker from Ethos Church in Columbus, Ohio. In his message, Jordan explores the importance of remaining intentionally faithful in our relationships, our environments, and our walk with God. As we choose to stay rooted and remain faithful, God produces lasting fruit in and through our lives.
Colossians 3:12 (NLT) Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.
Galatians 6: "The Church"
2026/06/28
The Bible describes the local church as both a family and a body, calling us to carry one another’s burdens and live in genuine community. But modern culture can pull us toward individualism and consumerism. In the final message of our Galatians series, Caleb Ayers shares how we can resist those pressures by remaining connected to one another in the love of Jesus.
Galatians 6:9 (NLT) So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.
Galatians 5: "Wrestling And Gardening"
2026/06/21
In chapter 5, Paul calls the Galatians to live in the freedom found in Christ through the guidance of the Holy Spirit - God’s empowering presence within us. We are no longer bound by the laws of the old covenant; we are free from sin and death, and free to live in relationship with Him. This week, Noah Bates explores what it means to walk in that freedom and be led by the Spirit every day.
Galatians 5:16 (NLT) So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves.
