This isn't an Instruction Manual. It’s a Warning. How Empires Fall.
2026/10/14
Collapse is self-inflicted: Benjamin Franklin knew the pattern all through history. In 1773, he wrote a masterpiece of biting satire - 20 rules for how a great empire destroys itself from within by making its own people see it as detestable. It was supposed to be a warning, but London completely ignored it and paid the price. Once you hear his “rules,” judge for yourself. Is this just another history lesson? Or an instruction manual being followed by the empire we live under today. The post This isn’t an Instruction Manual. It’s a Warning. How Empires Fall. appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
Lost Cause: The Federal Government will Never Limit Itself
2026/10/07
Going to the federal government to convince the federal government to limit its own power? That’s not just dumb strategy and a lost cause. It’s dangerous to the Constitution and liberty. On this episode, it’s James Madison’s blueprint for beating the feds without relying on the feds to magically limit their own power. Plus the right to keep and bear arms as the ultimate safeguard for freedom. The post Lost Cause: The Federal Government will Never Limit Itself appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
The Word "Emergency" Doesn't Exist in the Constitution. That's no Accident.
2026/09/30
That means the rules of the constitution apply whether someone calls it an “emergency” or not. On this episode, it’s the founders’ long-forgotten warning about the oldest weapon in the book. Let politicians have extra power or funding because THEY declare an emergency? And you’ll get never-ending emergencies. The post The Word “Emergency” Doesn’t Exist in the Constitution. That’s no Accident. appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
The ONLY Cure for a Corrupted Republic
2026/09/23
Removing the corruption and restoring its lost principles is what Montesquieu said is the only path forward. Everything else is doomed to failure: “every other correction,” he warned, ”is either useless or a new evil.” On this episode, it’s the top-6 principles that built American independence. Forgotten and ignored for generations, but only truly lost if “We the People” refuse to bring them back. Path to Liberty: September 23, 2026 The post The ONLY Cure for a Corrupted Republic appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
They're not Patriots. They're DEGENERATE COWARDS.
2026/09/16
Degenerate cowards. That’s how the founders and old revolutionaries viewed people who refuse to protect and defend their own constitution and their own liberty out of fear for their own skin - or a lazy preference for comfort. On this episode, it’s the founders’ hard reality check - what needs to be done if we ever want to live in a REAL “land of the free.” The post They’re not Patriots. They’re Degenerate Cowards. appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
How to Beat an Empire: The Founders' Ignored Blueprint
2026/09/02
Paul Revere rode into Philadelphia on Sept 16, 1774 with urgent business for the First Continental Congress. His task? Deliver a document from Boston - a blueprint for total resistance. If adopted, secession from the British Empire would be unavoidable. On this episode, it’s Joseph Warren’s forgotten and ignored Suffolk Resolves: The American Revolution’s step-by-step guide for defeating tyranny. The post How to Beat an Empire: The Founders’ Ignored Blueprint appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
You Don't Have "2nd Amendment Rights." You Just Have Rights.
2026/08/26
Millions of people today refer to their rights by amendment number, as if they get them FROM the Bill of Rights. Like referring to their right to keep and bear arms as their “2nd Amendment Rights.” But the founders saw things far differently. The words on paper aren’t a permission slip for the people. They aren’t a “gun permit.” They are a restraining order for government: hands off our natural rights The post You Don’t Have “2nd Amendment Rights.” You Just Have Rights. appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
The Welfare Trap: Benjamin Franklin's Forgotten Warning
2026/08/19
Politicians tell us that welfare programs are absolutely necessary - and helpful. But they ignore the fatal trap that Benjamin Franklin uncovered over 250 years ago: The more you subsidize something, the more you get - government welfare programs make things worse. The post The Welfare Trap: Benjamin Franklin’s Forgotten Warning appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
The 17th Amendment Broke the Founders Kill Switch
2026/08/12
1913 was a really bad year. And one of the biggest changes came from the 17th Amendment. It didn’t just alter the way federal senators are chosen, it actually broke a process the framers built into the system: A constitutional KILL SWITCH to end the federal government. On this episode, it’s the “absolute safeguard” - the lost nuclear option for the states that the government-run schools never teach. The post The 17th Amendment Broke the Founders Kill Switch appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
President or King? It's not the TITLE. It's the POWER.
2026/07/29
For the founders, an elective monarchy was just as bad as an hereditary one - because the core issue was the power of discretion. On this episode, it’s 6 of the most dangerous powers of a king as the founders understood them. And you just might recognize every single one of them today. The post President or King? It’s not the TITLE. It’s the POWER. appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
Constitution Enforcement: 6 Ignored Steps That Actually Work
2026/07/22
The founders knew exactly what it takes to deal with unconstitutional power. How that gets done? It’s built on their experience and tactics against the British empire. On this Episode - it’s 6 steps that actually work as the real enforcement mechanism for the constitution. They come right from the American Revolution, backed by the ultimate check - the duty of self preservation The post Constitution Enforcement: 6 Ignored Steps That Actually Work appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
Constitution: The REAL Reason it Even Exists.
2026/07/15
The founders knew - freedom cannot exist with a government - that doesn’t have strict rules, a clear line in the sand that it’s not allowed to cross. In other words, when government determines the extent of its own power. On this episode, how lessons learned in the American Revolution gave birth to the written constitution. And more importantly, the real reasons it exists - that the government-run schools completely ignore. The post Constitution: The REAL Reason it Even Exists. appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
Five Weapons. One Target: Your Freedom.
2026/06/24
The top tools of tyrants aimed right at your liberty. Washington, Webster, Paine, Madison, and more - they saw every one of them coming and warned us. On this Episode - what they use against us and what’s self-inflicted. The post Five Weapons. One Target: Your Freedom. appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
They're not Grievances. They're STOLEN Power
2026/06/17
Declaration of Independence: That long list of charges against the king aren’t mere “grievances.” That word isn’t even in the text. They Founders didn't secede and fight a long, bloody war over mere complaints about bad policy. American Independence was built on something else spelled out in the text itself, and understood by everyone at the time. On this Episode - It's the foundation of the declaration that we’re never taught. As Ethan Allen put it, the “primary cause of the separation and revolt” The post They’re not Grievances. They’re STOLEN Power appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
It's not Treason. It's Self-Defense.
2026/06/10
“For transporting us beyond seas, to be tried for pretended offences.” From the Declaration of Independence, one of the charges against the King that justified secession. It was built on a violent American raid on the British few of us are ever taught about. In the early hours of June 10, 1772, a band of Rhode Islanders rowed out in the dark, shot and seriously wounded a Royal Navy commander, captured the crew and burned his ship to the waterline. The Crown moved to drag them 3000 miles across the ocean to hang. On this Episode - The Crown called it treason. The Patriots called it self-defense The post It’s not Treason. It’s Self-Defense. appeared first on Tenth Amendment Center.
