Turn Your Story Into a Coaching Framework w/ Angela Lahman
2026/10/13
Angela Lahman used to rebuild her worksheets, ebooks, and workbooks again and again. Just shy of a year after building her coaching framework inside my Framework Builder Lab, she runs one five-step process. She delivers it over three months, over six weeks, or in a single weekend, and it became her signature talk too. Angela is a former teacher, a network marketing leader of 12 years, and a coach for women walking through difficult seasons. Her Clarity Method is an homage to her mom, a school counselor whose middle name, the family joked, was Clarity. In this episode, we talk about: Why your lived experience already holds your method The difference between your tools and your methodology How to make faith-based and healing work tangible enough to sell What you can guarantee a client when you can't guarantee outcomes How one framework becomes a three-month program, a six-week program, a weekend intensive, and a signature talk Angela's advice for the coach on the fence about the lab Connect with Angela: Free Clarity Companion: angelalahman.com/clarity-companion Instagram: @angelalahman Connect with me: Framework Builder Lab: amanda-walker.com/lab "How To Get Clients" Limited Series: amanda-walker.com/limitedseries 10 Powerful Questions: amanda-walker.com/questions Instagram: @awalkmyway

How To Make The Intangible, Tangible In Your Coaching
2026/10/06
Calm. Clarity. Peace. We all know what those words mean. Try to picture them, though, and they're very big. Ashlee Livingstone joined last year's live cohort of my Framework Builder Lab with clients coming in, but never consistently and never the same type. She had a process. It was a "secret thing" that only showed up once someone was already working with her. In this episode, Ashlee walks me through how building her own signature methodology turned intangible work into outcomes she can measure, and gave her the confidence to tell people what she does and where she can take them. In this episode: Why Ashlee used to believe she was successful if nobody knew she existed What inconsistent, mismatched clients were telling her about her message The question that makes "I just want to feel calm" measurable Her four-stage Self-Trust Framework My answer to "a framework will make me too rigid" Why there's no finish line on knowing your ideal client The walk away I'd say eight out of ten coaches get from building a framework About Ashlee: Ashlee Livingstone is a personal growth coach and breathwork facilitator. Before coaching, she was an event manager producing fundraisers and corporate events. How To Build A Coaching Program Without These BIG Mistakes
2026/09/29
A friend of mine spent thirty thousand dollars building his coaching program before a single person had agreed to buy it. He launched with one training. Two people bought his two hundred and ninety-seven-dollar offer. Do the math on that one. A coaching program does not fail at the launch. It fails in the building. In this episode, I walk through the three mistakes I see most often when coaches build a program, in the order they show up, plus the fix for each one. In this episode: What validation actually looks like, and why building in a vacuum costs you time and money How one coach ran a pilot cohort of five people and spent zero dollars getting her proof The sequencing mistake that leaves you without a guaranteed outcome The reverse design method: start at the result and build backwards Same candy, different wrapper, and why your program can end up identical to five others without you meaning to How to build a framework from your lived experience instead of slapping a clever acronym on it My own lean path, from charging fifty dollars a month to a process I walk every client through If you heard these mistakes and recognized yourself, you are right on time. Once you know better, you do better. Join me live October 6 through 8, Tuesday to Thursday at 10 am Arizona time, for a three-day training where we pull your signature framework out of you. Your Framework is there, It's Just STILL Hidden
2026/09/22
If I asked you what your framework is and your honest answer is "I don't really have one, I just kind of know what to do," that sentence already proves you have one. One hundred per cent of the coaches who come into my Framework Builder Lab convinced they have no process leave with a framework. Often we find it inside the first twenty minutes. In this episode, I'm walking you through why your signature framework stays buried, what it costs you when nobody can see it, and what changes the moment you name it. Plus two client stories, including the coach who posted one framework visual in a Facebook group and had three sales calls booked that week. In this episode: Why coaches are needed more in an information surplus than an information shortage The repeatable pattern already showing up in your sessions Insider blindness, and why the work feels obvious to you Buried framework vs named framework, side by side The "it'll make me cookie-cutter" objection and where it usually comes from Why your lived experience is the thing nobody can copy How a framework visual converts on sales calls and in social posts Join me live: The Coach's Signature Framework Live Series runs October 6, 7, and 8 at 10 am Arizona time. Why Your Coaching Feels Like A Junk Drawer (The More Is Better Fallacy)
2026/09/15
I used to think a bigger program meant more value. What it actually did was water down results, and it started costing me clients. If you have ever opened your own program and thought, "How do I teach all of this?" you are not disorganised. You organized your coaching framework by topic instead of results. Topics expand forever. Results have a finish line. In this episode, I break down the more-is-better fallacy, and I give you one question that clears out everything in your program that is not getting your clients an outcome. What you'll learn: Why teaching a topic keeps you from being seen as the solution to a problem The one cut test question to run every module and exercise through Why cutting content belongs in your renewal strategy, not the trash What a bloated program quietly costs you in referrals, sales calls and completion rates How reverse design gives you a framework you can teach, scale and sell without a twenty minute explanation Mentioned in this episode: Retention Point by Robert Skrob The Coach's Signature Training Series, live on Zoom October 6, 7 and 8 at 10am Arizona time: https://amanda-walker.com/live/ Framework Builder Lab www.amanda-walker.com/lab 10 Powerful Questions: https://amanda-walker.com/questions How To Get Clients limited series: https://amanda-walker.com/limitedseries Say hi on Instagram: @awalkmyway If this one lands, leave a review and share it with a coach who needs it. Specific Feedback Is the New Differentiator (And Your AI Advantage)
2026/09/08
Fifty coaches showed up to the live kickoff call of my Sell It Like You Mean It challenge. Every one of them could have asked ChatGPT for a selling plan in nine seconds, for free. They came anyway. That tells you what clients are actually buying now, and it is not information. Information is free. What nobody can get from a chatbot is specific feedback about their exact situation, in real time, from a coach who has been paying attention across three sessions in a row. In this episode, I break down why generic feedback is quietly costing coaches their renewals, and the four low-lift moves that make every session feel custom. In this episode: Why information stopped being the product, and what clients pay for instead The trust recession, and how clients sniff out AI-generated work What generic feedback sounds like, from "great job" to "get more consistent" The filing cabinet teacher problem, and how burnout produces vague coaching What specific feedback actually is: their language, their patterns, named out loud The doctor's office test for your own coaching Two real examples: the meal-prep client who is not losing weight, and the freebie that is "not working" Four ways to build specific feedback into every session: mirror, name the pattern, say the uncomfortable thing, log the outcomes How to turn specificity into case studies and marketing proof Grab the free resource: 10 Powerful Questions Every Coach Should Know, at amanda-walker.com/questions Want to get clients? What's Your Super Power In Business With Macy Robison
2026/09/01
More than a thousand people have taken Macy Robison's archetype assessment. I finally took it myself before we recorded, and my top result came back at 45%: digital learning architect. Anything above 30% is a signal strong enough to design a business around. Macy spent ten years behind the scenes building platforms for authors and experts before she built her own. Her background is music, and she uses it here in a way that will stick with you: opera singers never out-volume the orchestra. They shape their voice to fit a narrow gap where the orchestra produces less sound. Your business superpower works the same way. In this episode, we cover: Why competing on volume with creators who have full teams behind them is a losing fight The ten archetypes Macy's assessment measures What my own results revealed about frameworks, visual thinking, and testing everything on myself The three things your signal can do Why Macy could not write her own course inside an Amy Porterfield event The shift from teaching how to, to teaching how I   Connect with Macy Robison: Website https://macyrobison.com/ Archetype assessment: https://macyrobison.com/quiz LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/macyrobison/ Connect with Me: "How To Get Clients" Limited Series: amanda-walker.com/limitedseries 10 Powerful Questions: amanda-walker.com/questions Instagram: @awalkmyway (https://www.instagram.com/awalkmyway/)

The Cost Of Not Selling
2026/08/25
A woman at a gym event described my exact ideal client, then asked if I could help her. I froze, and AirDropped her a blog article instead of my offer. This is the closing episode of our selling series, and it covers the thing almost nobody names: the cost of not selling. When you stay quiet, someone stays stuck. That bill never arrives all at once the way a no does, so it stays invisible. In this episode: Why a mechanical fix (price, pitch, one-liner) never solves a selling freeze The main character mistake and how to spot it in real time What my son's quarterback coach taught me about elevating everyone else Practice one: pitch a friend's offer and notice how easy it feels Practice two: run the six-month tape on one real client Two client stories, including one replacing a full corporate salary in under six months You do not have a selling problem. You have a certainty problem, and we can fix that together. Sell It Like You Mean It starts Monday, September 1.
