Episode 69 - How Often Do You Want to Feel Happy?
2026/08/04
How often do you feel happy? Every day? A few times a week? In this episode, I share my concern that many people may not experience happiness often. If you are struggling to find moments where you feel positive and motivated, you are not alone. I am truly rooting for you to feel happy more often in your life.
Episode 68 - Sometimes I Don't Feel People There
2026/06/13
Feeling numb…  what does feel like to you? Have you experienced being around people you love, or even strangers, and it’s as if they are not physically there—even though they are literally right next to you? If so, please know that you are not alone. Sometimes I don’t feel people there. I don’t feel physically or emotionally connected, and it’s uncomfortable. In this episode, I do my best to share how this experience feels. I believe it’s an aspect of feeling depressed, but I also know that moments like these, though painful, do eventually pass.
Episode 67 - "I Actually Made It Outside"
2024/04/09
It's cool that my friend helped me step outside. Sometimes it's difficult to leave the house, but I'm glad I did this time. Bringing a book to read and being surrounded by nature felt good.
Episode 66 - "So you're feeling depressed right now?"
2024/02/27
Even though I am feeling depressed right now and don’t want to talk about it, I appreciate you being here for me.
Episode 65 - Trying to look forward more than looking back…
2023/12/22
2024 is right around the corner. How much are thinking about your past? What about your future? Are you looking forward to next year? Share your thoughts and answers by commenting on this episode on the Depression Talks YouTube channel, or you can send me a direct message on Instagram at @depressiontalks1. Let's keep on pushing daily to stay mentally strong. Bring it on 2024!
Episode 64 - When Should You Tell Someone You Are Feeling Depressed?
2023/10/19
Finding a balance between opening up, bottling things in, and deciding to push through challenges on my own is a constant work in progress.  Do you think there are better times than others to talk about what you are going through? When you are feeling depressed, is there a "right" and "wrong" time to open up? When do you feel comfortable talking about your mental health? Let's figure this out together.
Episode 63 - I Don’t Care To Fit In Anymore
2023/08/31
I'm so okay with not fitting in. It saddens me at times, but when I realize I wouldn't be here today if I didn't believe in myself and choose who I want to be in this life, rather than who others think I "should" be, I feel a sense of strength. It takes courage to stand on your own character in this world. I hope this episode shows you that you are not alone in fighting projections, perceptions, and even your own self-doubt. Keep going. You got this.
Episode 62 - Why do I always feel like I’m doing something wrong?
2023/05/27
Do you ever think about if you are truly doing something wrong or not? If so, how often do you think about that? In this episode, I share my experiences and thoughts about the worry of always doing something wrong. This can come from anxiety, stress, and so many other factors, but I'm sharing my own experience. If you feel you worry constantly and care to be kind, loving, and helpful to others, this episode is definitely for you.  If you found this podcast episode helpful and would like to support by donating, go to https://www.patreon.com/mentalhealthwarriors It takes strength to keep pushing forward in life, and this group represents the belief in staying mentally strong, one day at a time.
Episode 61 - Waiting until the end...
2023/03/11
I am so ready for this to be over. This current obstacle, challenge, and moment I am facing... I'm over it. I'm not giving up. I know I'm not the only one who struggles and feels drained from time to time. We can't give up. We must keep pushing, until the end. I'm rooting for you. We got this.  If you found this podcast episode helpful and would like to support by donating, go to https://www.patreon.com/mentalhealthwarriors It takes strength to keep pushing forward in life, and this group represents the belief in staying mentally strong, one day at a time.
Episode 60 - I cried last night… and here’s why
2023/03/04
In this podcast episode, you will hear deep thoughts about life, mental health, and reasons to want to stay. If you are struggling with depression or anxiety, this is a heavy episode (trigger warning). My hope is that sharing shows you it is okay to cry sometimes and let out what you are going through. Talking about your pain can be a healthier way to cope than trying to push through by yourself, and keeping it inside. You are not alone, let’s keep pushing forward the best we can.  If you found this podcast episode helpful and would like to support by donating, go to https://www.patreon.com/mentalhealthwarriors It takes strength to keep pushing forward in life, and this group represents the belief in staying mentally strong, one day at a time.
Episode 59 - I think I know why I feel depressed...
2022/12/26
When there is a specific reason why I feel depressed, I do my best to remember it. After recently feeling depressed, and having deep inner thoughts, I believe I care about helping other people too much. (Helping other people smile is great, but learning how to help yourself smile a great too) If you found this podcast episode helpful and would like to support by donating, go to https://www.patreon.com/mentalhealthwarriors It takes strength to keep pushing forward in life, and this group represents the belief in staying mentally strong, one day at a time.
