Leon is an established administrative leader with a broad base of experience in healthcare operations and financial management. Having started his career in the financial sector, Leon quickly found that healthcare suited his skillset and his passion. 

Caitlyn Traffanstedt is the current Manager of Distribution and Project Management at East Alabama Health. In this role she is responsible for overseeing critical areas of supply chain, expansion of crucial hospital services, and more. Caitlyn is a graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery, earning a Masters degree in Health Administration in 2023. From having completed an internship abroad to holding a number of positions outside of the healthcare industry, Caitlyn's career journey is both inspiring and motivational. Mark Sevco is the current Chief Operating Officer at Sutter Health. Mark has a highly impressive career. With nearly 30 years of upward progression at various UPMC hospitals, Mark assumed the role as COO at Sutter Health with tremendous experience and expertise. Mark holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public Health, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh College of Arts and Sciences. Lindsey Lehman, MPH, MHA, FACHE is the Associate Administrator for Hospital Operations at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. She is also the senior administrator supporting the Mayo Clinic Generative AI Program. Lindsey holds the academic rank of Assistant Professor in the Mayo College of Medicine and Science and has both Master of Public Health and Master of Health Administration degrees from the University of Missouri. 

Episode 49 features Trina Tan. Trina is the Chief of Staff at Multicare Health System based out of Tacoma, Washington. Trina is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and earned a Master's degree in Public Health with a focus in healthcare management from the Yale School of Public Health. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is currently working towards her fellowship in the American Colllege of Healthcare Executives.   Multicare Health System is a large not-for-profit healthcare organization with 9 acute hospitals, 1 children's hospital, 1 behaviorial health hospital, and 1 joint venture for another behaviorial health hosptial, totaling 2,600 inpatient hospital bends.

Episode 48 features Jason Raidbard, who is the current Executive Administrator over the Opththalmology & Visual Science Department at the University of Chicago Medicine. Jason has a passion for improving systems, processes, patient care outcomes, and culture. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, and finance, Jason has helped both private medical groups, community-based health systems, and now in academic medicine. Jason has a Bachelor's in Politics from Lake Forest College and a Master's in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University. Jason holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Having spent her career navigating positions both in and outside of healthcare, Carla Blue has ascended the ranks to her current position as CEO of Colorado Surgical Affiliates. Carla is an organizational leader who values team member input and strives to set goals that empower and challenge employees to perform at their highest level. In episode 45 we feature early careerist, Krit Sarai. Krit is an Incoming Administrative Fellow at CommonSpirit Health.
