S4-E15: Turning A Date Into A Mate? Wait!!
2022/06/26
Just because a man is good at dating does not make him good at mating. Yet, it's the quintessential okey doke of women who find themselves wanting more from men who, quite frankly, have no intention of being in a "relationship" with them. But it doesn't stop women from trying!
That's why, in this episode, Suzette exposes the ways women try to turn men into keepers - after the fact - and recommends that they get clear about what they want instead.
If you are struggling to unravel your own mixed up messed up situation, reach out. I'd love to share my approach with you and how my solutions help you to break the cycle and attract great love into your life. You can reach me at:

S4-E14: The MusicMath of Love
2022/06/19
Who decided that love is blind and so encompassing that you lose all reason and all sensibilities? Songs are written about it and movies are made about it and despite the ups, downs and sideways of it, folks keep buying into the belief that chemistry is the most important thing.
In this episode, Suzette shares why, given the statistics on divorce and the longstanding consequences of love gone wrong, a different approach is needed. Rather than tell women how to navigate this generational paradigm and become more shrewdly tactical in their dating rituals, Suzette introduces her MusicMath Approach to Dating and Relating. Her signature approach is born out of her own journey out of a belief system about love that kept her stuck in an unrelenting cycle of failed relationships.
If other methods and attempts at love have been unsuccessful, give my approach a try. I'd love to share it with you and how the solutions help you to break the cycle and attract great love into your life. You can reach me at:

S4-E13: What Do Lori Harvey, Amber Heard, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Meghan Good All Have In Common?
2022/06/12
Despite the fight for equality and the strides women have made to get a seat at the table, one thing yet remains: women getting blamed in relationships. It doesn't matter whether the man filed for the divorce, the man is a known bad boy, the man behaved badly or the man is on social media looking sad, the woman invariably gets villified. And the media jumps on the band wagon, presenting as many pictures, social media posts, talks with someone "close" to the people involved as they can to bolster it. This ancient attitude that women are responsible for a man's happiness is alive and well.
This is why Suzette goes right into the eye of it and calls it what it is: MYSOGYNY. That age old belief that a woman is wrong to think for herself and have her own ideas. The old belief that a woman's greatest title is the one her man gives her and, if he's struggling or behaving badly, it's her fault. Listen as Suzette debunks that myth, exposes the elephant and invites us to be more honorable and honest.
If you are struggling with a decision because you're afraid of the potential fall out, reach out. What I can promise is that I won't tell you what to do, but I'll help you navigate your way to your own right answer.

S4-E12: What Are You Hearing?
2022/06/05
Despite your best efforts to get answers, do you still have unanswered questions about men and relationships? First, let me tell you, the problem isn't you. And secondly, though it's confusing as heck to go to a relationship expert who tells you one thing, then another tells you something different and, add to that, your man challenges what you've been told, there is an answer. An answer that ends the confusion, ends the second-guessing and ends your suffering.
In today's episode, Suzette zeroes in on what's at the heart of the matter: not what folks are telling you but what you are hearing.
If you are gathering information yet your relationships aren't improving, you might need your hearing checked. Reach out! Three ways to contact Suzette are:

S4-E11: Needy Men
2022/05/29
In the beginning of a budding romance, we love the texts, the phone calls, the thoughtful gestures. But, when it starts to feel excessive, it can be really overwhelming. Worst, it could be a sign that your man is needy.
While there is not a one-size-fits-all when it comes to men, there are certain behaviors that Suzette urges you not to get so caught up in the euphoria that you minimize. Likewise, today's episode centers around needy men and signs you should not rationalize away, lest you find yourself entrapped.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by your man's neediness or, need help managing your own, reach out. Three ways to contact Suzette are:

S4-E10: Be Careful Who You Listen To
2022/05/22
It's not what they call you, it's what you answer to. I've heard that and this episode is the same. You have to be careful who you listen to. Who you answer to. Even your best girlfriends can give you the worst advice when it comes to your dating relationship.
That's why in today's episode, she talks candidly about what we hear and how it affects a budding relationship. Strengthening weak areas often requires putting distance between you and contrary friends, especially in the early stages of getting to know someone. Suzette offers you an honest perspective and sage advice about protecting your vision of love.
If you are suffering from other people's opinions and ideologies about men, love or your relationship and you need a safe place to reclaim your own feelings and definition, reach out. Three ways to contact Suzette are:

S4-E9: Be Honest
2022/05/15
It's more important to be honest than to be right. This is something I didn't know. In my community and home, being right was the goal. If you could convince someone you were right, you had won the argument. I now know that you can win the argument and lose the relationship.
This episode is about the egoic need to be right. Like a skilled surgeon, Suzette cuts away all the rationales for it, what our true motivation is when we fight to be right and how it is doing the exact opposite of what we truly desire.
If you realize that your quest to be right is keeping you from the love you desire, reach out. Three ways to contact Suzette are:

S4-E8: Clarity Is Everything
2022/05/08
There is an answer to every relationship issue. The problem is you don't know what your answer is.
In this episode Suzette challenges relationship advice that operates in the clever but does absolutely nothing to address the real question, "Am I enough? And if so, why?" Instead of how-to's and should-I's, Suzette zeroes in on the misdiagnoses and mis-definitions that cloud your vision and your judgment and paves the way to your Authentic Truth. Clarity is everything!
If you feel so turned around in your relationship that you can't determine what to do, reach out. Three ways to contact Suzette are:

S4-E7: Why Acting Interested In A Man Doesn't Work
2022/05/01
Lights, camera, action...woman acting interested Take One! Isn't that what women have been taught to do since someone decided that having a man want you was the ultimate accomplishment? That's why I balked at a post I saw on Facebook urging women, "if you are interested in a man, act like you're interested." And while I fully understand the intent of the post, as a woman who spent all of her adult life trying to be good enough for the men she wanted to want her, I know that "acting interested" does not guarantee anything. Besides, it's disempowering and downright manipulative to "act" to get what you want.
That's why, in this episode, Suzette rejects the premise that acting interested is good advice. Rather, she believes that "being interested" is better. It's honest! Being interested is behaving in alignment with your authentic truth.
If you don't know what your authentic truth is, you're not alone. Many high functioning women struggle with it. You've been taught to accomplish. That's different from relating. That's why relationships can be challenging. To help, Suzette offers a one-time free consultation for women to help them to connect with their authentic truth and be present in their relationships.
If that sounds like something you'd like to explore, here are three ways to contact Suzette:
Email: [email protected]

Send Suzette an email, join her mailing list, get on her calendar or do all three.

S4-E6: From Desperation to Destination
2022/04/24
Are you desperate for someone to love you? Before you give me the strong woman roll of the eye that says, "I ain't desperate for nobody," let's look more closely. Many times, desperation is hiding behind that poker face and seemingly unbothered stance.
In this episode, Suzette examines the desperation for answers, for validation, to feel alright again after failed relationships and the Destiny Vision that's required to heal.
Is something inside of you declaring a different experience of love and have been praying for what to do? Who to connect with? Then I invite you to reach out to me. I might just be the answer to your prayers!!

S4-E5: You Owe Yourself Closure
2022/04/17
Closure. Let's talk about it and why not having closure isn't because the guy who jilted you won't tell you why. Let's talk about why closure has nothing to do with anybody else but you.
In this episode, Suzette amplifies your vision, challenging the belief that closure is what someone else owes you. It's what you owe yourself.
If you help with moving on from a breakup or the guilt of breaking someone's heart, reach out.

S4-E4: What's Love Got To Do With It
2022/04/10
Love will make you do crazy things? This was Will Smith's conclusion as he gave remarks after having received his first ever Oscar for Best Actor. An achievement soured by his bizarre waltz onto the Oscar stage, slapping Chris Rock only a few moments earlier. Although there has been much speculation as to his reasons, one thing's for sure, love had absolutely nothing to do with it.
Though Will's behaviors were front row center for all the world to see, ours are more insidious. That's why, in this episode, Suzette shines light on the distorted thinking that fuels misattribution, a fancy word for assumptions, and the subterfuge of misplaced anger. But she doesn't stop there. She offers a step by step healthier alternative.
If after listening to today's episode, you feel that distorted thinking is sabotaging your success at love, reach out.
