335: The Hidden Story — How Power Rewrote What We Were Meant to Know
2026/04/22
In this powerful follow-up to Part 1, we go deeper into one of history's most overlooked stories — how power has quietly shaped the spiritual traditions billions of people hold sacred. Through my own faith journey, I came to recognize that what most of us were taught is only part of the picture, and that the missing pieces change everything. If you've ever sensed a tension between the faith you were raised in and the truth you feel in your heart, this episode will give language to something you may have known for a long time.
What you'll walk away with:
The radical early movement that predated Christianity as we know it — and why it had to be silencedThe woman at the center of it all whose story has been hiding in plain sight for 2,000 yearsAncient texts that were left out of the Bible — and what they say that power didn't want you to hearWhy "waiting for heaven" may be the oldest form of control — and what inner awakening actually looks likeThe through-line between ancient Rome and the political moment we are living in right nowWhy examining your faith requires deep courage
This episode isn't about tearing anything down — it's about getting the whole picture. Whether you are spiritual, religious, or simply someone asking harder questions about who controls the stories we live by, this conversation will leave you thinking differently. And more importantly, I hope it leaves you trusting yourself a little more.
334: Spiritual Doesn't Mean Safe — A Wake-Up Call
2026/04/15
For a long time, I hid behind something that felt virtuous — the belief that being spiritual meant I didn't have to engage with the chaos of the world around me. In this episode I get honest about the three ways that belief left me genuinely naive, and how the moment I stopped trying to keep myself safe inside that identity was the moment everything shifted. Because being spiritual was never meant to be a refuge from the world. It was meant to give you the clarity, the courage, and the compassion to show up for it — imperfectly, honestly, and with your whole heart.
Here's what we explore together:
Why the Divine isn't responsible for the state of our world — and who actually isThe uncomfortable truth about both sides of our political system that most people aren't willing to say out loudHow the most dangerous people in history aren't entirely bad — and exactly why that matters right nowWhat happens when we become so attached to a label — spiritual, Democrat, Republican, Christian — that we stop seeking truth and start defending a teamThe historical parallel that kept me up at night — and why I believe we cannot afford to look away from it any longerThis isn't a comfortable episode. It wasn't comfortable to record. But I believe this moment is asking something of us that goes far beyond politics or religion — it is asking us to finally do life differently than we have. To stop waiting for someone else to fix what is broken and remember that the love we came here to be is exactly what this world needs from us now.
333 Ending the Power-Over Paradigm:Confront the Illusion of Winning & Reclaim Your Ground
2026/04/08
Power-over dynamics are showing up everywhere right now — in our world, in our personal relationships, and in our workplaces. This is no accident. What we are collectively being invited to see is that what we've long been taught to call "winning" is actually a lose-lose proposition in disguise. This week, you're invited to deepen your understanding of what's really happening beneath the surface of conflict so you can stop playing a game that was never designed for anyone to truly win.
What you'll walk away thinking about:
Why "winning" an argument might actually be a sign of something unaddressed going on inside a personThe surprising reason disengaging is a power move, not a weaknessWhat karma is actually trying to tell you — and why your coping mechanisms might be keeping you stuckThe critical difference between fighting for yourself and standing in your truthWhat powering over others reveals about the inner limitations of the person doing itWays to actively utilize healthy boundaries now within the world that reflects your values
What's most vital to remember as you listen is this: you are never without power. Not ever. How you choose to engage — with others and with the larger energy of life around you — is actively setting the stage for greater truth, love, and peace to emerge. You are here, at this precise moment in time, because you carry within you the capacity to be a living source of a new way of being. The world doesn't just need that from you — it's counting on it.

332 The Egg Cracks Open: Holy Week, Hidden Wisdom & The Death That Sets You Free
2026/04/01
The tenderness you may be feeling right now is not accidental — it is a signal of the sacred. As we enter Holy Week, we are being mirrored an ancient truth: that transformation requires a kind of death before new life can emerge. In this episode, we explore resurrection through a lens that reaches far beyond religion, drawing on the timeless parallel stories of Jesus and the ancient Sumerian goddess Inanna — two figures separated by thousands of years, yet walking the same path of vulnerability, surrender, and return.
Key Takeaways:
Why Jesus crying out "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" may be the most important act of compassion in scriptureThe stunning 4,000-year-old story that mirrors the crucifixion in ways most have never been taughtWhat Mary Magdalene and a red egg reveal about the divine feminine's hidden role in resurrectionThe crucial difference between true manifestation and ego-driven manifestationWhy losing hope might actually be a spiritual signal, not a personal failureWhether you are in a season of loss, stagnation, or quietly grieving a dream that hasn't yet arrived — ancient and living wisdom is meeting you here. The images we hold of ourselves and the world are meant to fall away so that we can resurrect as anthropos — fully human, and fully awake to the divine love already alive within us. This episode honors the process of liberation — releasing the false divide between human and divine, and coming home to the truth that one cannot be fully lived without the other.
331: Broken Open - Honoring the Alchemy of Your Rebirth
2026/03/25
If you have been feeling all the feels lately, not only are you not alone — you have been in the midst of an inner alchemy that has been preparing you for your own rebirth. Spring has arrived, and with it an invitation not just to celebrate what is being born, but to honor the profound courage it took to walk through the winter. This episode meets you in both places at once: honoring what may still feel tender within you, while also calling you more fully into your power. Before the fire in your belly takes you racing toward what's next, the invitation is to first acknowledge what you released — so you can arrive at what is truly ready to emerge from you with greater clarity and intention.
What you'll take away from this episode:
Why the tears, the grief, and the heaviness of recent weeks are not signs that something is wrong — but evidence of a profound inner alchemy at workWhat the Five of Cups reveals about the thresholds we stand at and the feminine mystery of what comes nextHow to hold contradiction without collapsing — honoring what is painful in the world while staying rooted in what is still goodThe quiet but radical shift happening in your relationships — and why stepping back may be the most loving and liberating thing you can doWhat it truly means to hold your inherent worth without needing to earn it, prove it, or do life for another to feel itThe spaciousness waiting on the other side of a heart broken more fully open — and what becomes possible when you stop trying to fix and begin to remember
Yes, our hearts have been broken open — by the state of the world, by those we love, by our own inner reckoning. Let this conversation be your deepening remembrance that a broken-open heart is not a broken one. It is one that is finally making room. And in that spaciousness, something profound becomes possible: the capacity to trust your instincts, honor your unique life force, and proclaim — fully and without apology — I AM HERE. Spring is not just a season. It is a declaration of your steadfastness, your power, and your love.

330 The Sacred Mirror of Symbols: Access the Answers Already Within You, with Dina Berrin
2026/03/18
Everyday objects, when approached with intention, can become portals to the answers you seek — and the gift is that those answers already live within you. My guest, Dina Berrin, draws on her training in tarot, numerology, palm reading, and life coaching to guide us in accessing our innate wisdom through the language of symbols. Together, we explore why ancient wisdom traditions have always communicated through images and signs rather than plain language — and why that still matters deeply today.
What you'll take away from this episode:
Why the objects in your home may be holding deeper messages than you realizeHow a single symbol — like an anchor — can unlock something uniquely personal inside youWhy the symbols that make you uncomfortable may be your greatest teachersHow your emotions are actually a storytelling system — and what to do with that awarenessWhat an unexpected mid-interview moment revealed about flow, connection, and surrenderThe charm pull Dina did for listeners — and the message that may be waiting for you
As the Gospel of Philip reminds us, truth never arrives naked — it comes dressed in symbols. This episode is an invitation to slow down and remember what you may have forgotten — that you already hold the answers within you, and symbolism is simply the mirror that reflects them back. If you're ready to notice the gifts, winks, and whispers the Divine is offering you every day, this conversation is for those with eyes that see and ears that hear.

329 My Ego Called Me "Useless." My Soul Said Follow Me
2026/03/11
Many of us are in a space where we are being forged through challenge to remember the truth, love, and power that we are — and that ain't easy, is it?! But here's what I've found: there is a freedom that awaits us on the other side of the very things our ego most wants us to hide. That freedom doesn't show up when we feel powerful. It shows up when we feel small. Because when life strips away the illusion of control, what remains is either fear — or something far more powerful: a knowing that lives below thought, below strategy, below the ego's relentless need to fix and prove. That's why it felt important to share a recent trigger and exactly what unfolded when my ego quietly whispered "you're useless." Not because we're meant to get over our egos, but because we can use its very strategies to deepen our inner knowing of who we truly are.
What you'll walk away thinking about:
Why the moment your ego says run is the exact moment worth staying withWhat it means to lead from your heart when your mind is screaming for answers — and why one will always outlast the otherHow spiritual depth and human need aren't opposites to be balanced, but a wholeness to be honoredWhy devotion to something that looks "useless" on the outside may be your most powerful act of resistance right nowThe proof of the power that has been within you all along
Many of us are in a time of refinement — not punishment, not failure, but a deliberate and loving shaping of what we are here to bring forward. The triggers, the whispers, the years that don't go as planned — none of it is evidence that you are behind. It is the necessary preparation that allows us to fully and freely embody all that we are. Your heart has never stopped knowing the way. And your remembrance isn't just for you — it becomes the bridge that helps others remember too. When something feels stripped away, follow those ego threads with compassion, empowerment, and love. They will always lead you home.
328 Feminine Way-Showers: Reclaim the Power You've Been Told Is Too Much
2026/03/04
Women have always been the ones willing to go into the mess — and that willingness is where real power lives. Our ability to sense when something is off is what allows us to create shifts before everything falls apart. Yet this gift is rarely honored. Instead, we've shrunk ourselves with the belief that we're "too much," while simultaneously holding one another to an impossible standard of navigating chaos perfectly. No one can. We were never meant to. We are meant to learn from each other — and from that, rebuild as way-showers by honoring the unique strengths we each carry, with compassion for the very human experience of holding it all.
What you'll walk away thinking about:
Why compassion and empathy are the architecture of sustainability — not soft skillsThe hidden way patriarchy shows up not just in systems, but inside women themselvesWhat the "below" work actually looks like — and why it's just as sacred as any spiritual highWhat gets left out when the feminine is missing from spiritual growth, and the real cost of that gapA simple but radical boundary that emerged from witnessing the below — and how to find yoursTo the women holding everything at once. To the mothers in the dirt. And to the men brave enough to esteem rather than diminish — you are honored. The old ways are crumbling, and what's rising is a sustainable future led by way-showers who remember who they are. The Divine Feminine has shown us the path. Now we are being called to embody it — to lessen our distortions, deepen our compassion, and bring forward the love that we can carry. This is your time to remember, you were never too much - you were always the way!
327: Ego, Magic & the Mess in Between - Being Loved As You Are, Not As Your Ego Thinks You Should Be
2026/02/25
If your spiritual and personal growth journey has ever left you feeling like you should be further along by now — or somehow more "together" — this episode will meet you exactly where you are, and celebrate you as you are. Because here's what I've come to believe: the mess is not a detour from the path. It is the path. This week, I get honest about my own ego in action — the cringe-worthy moments, the subtle ways I still reach for worthiness — and what happened when I stopped trying to outrun any of it. When we're willing to notice the ego's antics without judgment or comparison, something unexpected opens up. The magic finds us. And that's exactly what I want you to experience too.
What you'll walk away thinking about:
• The sneaky, almost laughable ways the ego sabotages even our most peaceful moments (sea glass has never been so enlightening)
• Why spiritual growth doesn't mean your ego stops pulling the strings — and what to do when it does
• The missing feminine thread in early Christianity and what Mary Magdalene's story might mean for how we receive ourselves
• What a dug-up ritual site and a mysterious crystal reveal about the way magic actually communicates with us
• How shame — whether from organized religion or our own inner critic — can quietly block us from fully embodying the love we came here to be
The gap between who we're trying to become and who we actually are isn't the problem — it's the portal. When we stop chasing a version of enlightenment that looks polished and struggle-free, and instead get curious about the messy, ego-driven moments we'd rather skip past, something shifts. The magic woven into ordinary life becomes visible. We stop working on our growth and start living it — loved as we are, not as our ego thinks we should be. That is the real opportunity. And it turns out, it's also the real gift.
326: Walking the Way of Compassion Imperfectly -From Trauma Triangle to Unity Consciousness
2026/02/18
It is the seemingly insignificant moments—the ones that on the surface aren't that big of a deal—that our emotions guide us to deepen. Not to pick on us, but ultimately to elevate us. That's where society has gotten both our humanity and our feelings all wrong. When spirituality teaches us that our humanity makes us weak or wrong, we miss the exact gift of being here: to embody the love we are, as we are, with compassion, so we can extend that same compassion to others. This is how we shift from trauma consciousness to unity consciousness.
Join me as I share how I walked the way of compassion imperfectly, and how that allowed me to explore:
Why emotions are your most powerful ally in detecting when something "isn't right”The trauma patterns that has kept humanity locked in dysfunctional power struggles across all our relationshipsHow to use the friction of these times to fast-track your growth and embodiment of divinityWhat the Lord's Prayer reveals about the karmic loopHow to test your boundary-setting abilitiesThe elusive way the ego tries to keep ourselves hidden, especially as we spiritually grow
As we navigate the transition from the Age of Darkness into the Age of Truth, every interaction becomes a mirror showing us where fear still drives us and where love can guide us instead. I believe so many of us chose to incarnate during this intense transition precisely because the darkness offers the fastest path to remembering we are love—IF we stop hiding the parts of ourselves we've judged as "not evolved enough." Your imperfect navigation of this human experience isn't a failure; it's the way of love being walked the best we can, with both compassion and awareness.

325: Beyond the Fairy Tale - How to Build Relationships That Transform
2026/02/11
The measure of any relationship—whether with a partner or with our collective humanity—isn't the absence of challenges but how we move through them toward greater love. We're being called to recognize our power to co-create by addressing what needs to change while holding our vision for what love wants to become. This isn't about the misguided fairy tales that taught us to give our power away, but about reclaiming who we truly are by awakening to our truth, love, and power—not conceptually, but in how we show up every single day.
Key Takeaways
What it looks like to course-correct through the lens of unity consciousnessThe unexpected connection between personal relationships and our role as co-creators in societyHow masculine and feminine energies show up in daily acts of considerationThe common misunderstanding behind fairy tales: what we were actually meant to learn from Snow WhiteWhat happens when "I love you" expands from one person to everyone
We have an opportunity to see the beauty and love within everyone—but first, we must see it within ourselves. The awakening we desire as a collective is guiding us to understand that we're not separate from those we disagree with. And because we are not separate, we know this truth: if we've been able to overcome the tyranny of our own egos, our society can do the same. The legacy we're weaving now isn't made of material things, self-righteousness, or fear—it's made of a love so profound that everything we've been taught to value suddenly seems small by comparison.
Episode 324: From Scattered to Centered - How to Align Your Energy During Trying Times
2026/02/04
When life feels like it's pulling you in every direction — from family health crises to a world that seems to be spinning out of control — it's easy to let fear take the wheel. This is exactly when it's time to practice finding our center. Fear does exactly what it's designed to do: pull us away from our inner knowing and power. We will all experience this, especially during turbulent times. This is our moment to choose and embody our innate power of love, which is stronger than fear, by deepening the skillsets that bring us back to our hearts. Tune in, breathe deep, and let yourself be reminded of the love and purpose that have been inside you all along. Here are some of the main takeaways we'll be covering in this episode:
Why feeling scattered is actually a signalWhat fear wants you to believe vs. the truthThe meaning behind the "As Above, So Below" framework and how it becomes a practical daily tool, not just a spiritual conceptHow your thoughts and prayers create energyThe powerful role your heart plays as the convergence point between your divinity and your humanityA beautifully simple grounding practice to bring yourself back to center when the world feels like too much
Collectively, we are being called to see through our fears so that we can walk with focus and intention, aligned with the changes we are here to create together. This is a time when our actions are less about needing to be "big" and more about being aligned and inspired. There is a boldness that comes through when you consciously gather your energy — and it is unstoppable. This is your moment to step into the truth of who you are and let the love within you lead the way.
323: The Psychology of Conscious Opposition - Being the Bridge that Unites
2026/01/28
We are experiencing BIG, unprecedented, and unpredictable energy right now, which is why so many feel angry, afraid, sad, and frustrated. As we recognize our emotions as energetic allies rather than enemies, we're being called to fundamentally transform the way we show up around what we oppose—not to be passive, but to be exponentially more effective.
The dynamics of opposition we've inherited are rooted in dichotomies: us vs them, right vs wrong, good vs bad, moral vs immoral. The list goes on and on, and so does the struggle. This framework is built on winning—and it's exhausting, divisive, and ultimately unsustainable. We are being called to something far more challenging and courageous: to stop trying to win and instead support the evolution of the good within all of us. This requires us to be vulnerable enough to see how we're more similar than we realize, to examine our own shadows, and to honor the love we innately are—even when it feels risky to do so.
What we are exploring in this episode:
The subtle ways we may unknowingly deepen divisions while believing we're fighting for what's rightHow to use psychological insight to recognize and break free from narcissistic systems and collective gaslightingThe patterns of manipulation that have operated throughout millennia—and why they work so convincinglyThe innate power you can access to support genuine collective transformationWhy caring about injustice isn't enough—and what the more courageous step actually entailsHow to implement strategic consequences that create accountability without perpetuating the same divisive tactics we opposeThis isn't a new playbook. This is the elevated consciousness that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. embodied and shared with us, along with other visionaries who proved we can oppose harmful actions without becoming what we're opposing. I believe we are being called to turn MLK's dream into our lived reality—and it starts with cultivating a higher, more loving, and yes, more courageous consciousness that creates union where there's been division.
Caring deeply about justice is the starting point—the growth edge is learning to embody that care in ways that foster genuine connection and lasting change. This means getting uncomfortable. It means examining where our own egos want to be right more than they want to be effective. It means extending our hand to those we oppose, not because their actions are acceptable, but because their hearts contain the same longing for belonging and purpose that ours do. As always, the transformation we seek in the world begins with the courage we cultivate within ourselves.
Thank you for being one of the courageous ones who recognizes that the shadows within us all are calling to be addressed—not through spiritual bypassing or false niceties, but through the genuine challenge of staying human when we find ourselves in opposition to one another. This is how we become the bridge. This is how we see one another as one.
322 Claim the Change You Came Here to Be
2026/01/21
Everything you've been working through internally—the patterns you've dismantled, the fears you've faced, the moments no one else could witness—has been preparing you for something much bigger than personal healing alone. This week's episode explores why your inner refinement has been building you into exactly the kind of change agent this pivotal moment in history requires. As the world shifts beneath our feet and AI blurs the lines between what's real and what's fabricated, we're being called back to the one thing that can't be replicated: the wisdom of our feeling hearts.
What you'll discover:
Why knowing yourself deeply is the most critical skill for navigating unprecedented changeThe surprising gift AI is offering usHow to channel reactive energy into purpose-filled action that creates real transformationThe paradigm shifts we are being called to embrace Why leaders who can "shadow dance" with all aspects of their humanity are the ones we'll trust moving forwardThe work you've done to clear your internal landscape to be true to your heart’s inner knowing is truly invaluable. You are equipping yourself with an irreplaceable compass—one that maintains your willingness to feel, to stay awake, to have compassion for others, and to choose your heart over old programming again and again. While the inner work you have done has been personal, it hasn’t just been for you. Your presence is there to guide those around you as we collectively navigate what's next.

321: The Power of Permitting Yourself NOT to be You
2026/01/14
Spiritually and physically, being in the depths of winter means going inward and tending to the seeds that will burst forth come spring. While this all sounds good and nice, what it actually feels like on the human level is being bone tired, unmotivated, and just not yourself. Recently, this showed up for me as choosing ice cream for dinner rather than my typical healthy fare. Immediately, my son's eyes lit up—and then mine did too. That's when I realized: there's a gift in not being yourself, in not following the rules you've made for yourself all the damn time. While I watched my ego wanting to jump in and judge that something was wrong with me, what I could witness instead was something actually very sacred happening when we give ourselves permission to not be our typical selves and really feel into what is right for us in the moment.
In this episode, you'll discover:
Why your "unproductive" days might be evidence of profound energetic shifts happening beneath your awarenessHow to witness rather than partake in the spiral the ego wants to take you on for not being the version of self you think you're supposed to beHow surrender becomes your way in to transformation rather than a sign of giving upA powerful question to uncover where your unconscious is still locked into old beliefsWhat it means to trust yourself first, before waiting for external signs to validate your pathThere is a power that you are gaining, as you can experience the unraveling of the old self. Whether you realize it or not, you are building the skill and strength to become unattached. The power in this, as old stories and ways of reacting fade away, is that you become freer, more open, and expressive as the real you. This is your time to know and love yourself exactly as you are and celebrate who you are throughout the mystery of your life’s unfolding. This is your invitation to stop resisting the season you're in, and honor the evolution of you!
