شكون هوا عبد الرحمن الناصر  .... ?  هو الناصر لدين الله أبو المطرف عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن عبد الله المرواني، وأُمُّه أمُّ ولدٍ تُسمَّى (ماريا) أو (مرته أو مزنة)، وجِدُّه السادس هو عبد الرحمن بن معاوية الأموي - صقر قريش - وقد وُلِدَ في قُرْطُبَة وعاش بها. نشأ عبد الرحمن بن محمد يتيمًا؛ فعندما كان عُمرُه عشرين يومًا قَتَلَ عمُّه أباه؛ لأنه كان مؤهلاً للإمارة بعد أبيهما عبد الله الأمير السابع من أمراء الأمويين بالأندلس، وفتح الصبي عينيه على الدنيا ليجد الحياة قاتمة أمامه، ولم يكن البلاط الأموي المشغول بكثير من الأحداث -من ثورات داخلية ومطامع خارجية- لِيشغلَ نفسه بطفل صغير كهذا، غير أن جدَّه الأمير عبد الله -الذي اتصف بالورع والتقوى والتقشف وحب الناس، وكان على درجة عالية من التدين- هذا الجد هو الذي تولَّى تربيته، فنال الصبي الصغير نصيبًا كبيرًا من رعايته، وكان جزاءُ عَمِّه القتل، فقد قتله أبوه عبد الله، بعد أن تأكد من براءة أخيه مما اتُّهم به، ثم اهتم الأمير عبد الله بحفيده اهتمامًا كبيرًا وأولاه عناية خاصةولعلَّ ذلك عطفٌ وشفقةٌ عليه بعد مقتل أبيه، ونشأ عبد الرحمن في هذا الجو المليء بالأحداث المتتابعة. وكان عبد الرحمن من ناحيته فتى شديد النجابة والنبوغ، وأبدى بالرغم من حداثته تفوقًا في العلوم والمعارف إلى درجة تسمو على سنه، ودرس القرآن والسُّنَّة وهو طفل لم يجاوز العاشرة، وبرع في النحو والشعر والتاريخ، ومهر بالأخص في فنون الحرب والفروسية، حتى كان جده يُرَشِّحه لمختلف المهام، ويندبه للجلوس مكانه في بعض الأيام والأعياد لتسليم الجند عليه، وهكذا تعلَّقت آمال أهل الدولة بهذا الفتى النابه، وأضحى ترشيحه لولاية العهد أمرًا واضحًا مقضيًّا، بل يقال: إن جده قد رشحه بالفعل لولاية عهده، وذلك بأن برئ بخاتمه إليه حينما اشتدَّ عليه المرض كإشارة باستخلافه. عبد الرحمن الناصر, 

شكون هوا لسان الدين ابن الخطيب .... ?   لسانُ الدين بن الخطيب، ذلك الرجل الذي ارتفع شأنه، فملك زمام السيف والقلم كما يُقال، فلم تعرف الأندلس في قرونها الأخيرة أديبا مؤرخا مفوّها ذكيا أريبا مثله، كما ساعده الحظ في التقرب من اثنين من سلاطين بني الأحمر في غرناطة فصار وزيرا لهما، بل أصبح الرجل في زمن الأخير منهما صاحب الحل والعقد، وقطب الدائرة، ومركز السياسة، ورجل في مثل هذه المكانة لا ريب أن المؤامرات ستُحاك ضده، وتسعى إلى اقتلاع جذوره من أرضه، وكذلك فعل السياسة في كل زمان!
