Your reminder of your true source of peace- doesn't come from a store and never has. Jesus is the way to never thirst. Presence is the way. It is the gateway. In silent meditation you will meet your suppressed emotions, you will meet discomfort, and as you stay with it, you will realize you can be with it. You will offer compassion. The Great Lock in is where you don't act like November and December have power over you. You instead decide right now how you could be feeling on December 30th 2025, and you don't make excuses. You don't tell yourself lies like you need something bad for you in order to enjoy the holidays. You need your health and people. You don't need to to feel sick. Be honest with yourself. Change doesn't take time — it takes presence! 🤩 Can you remember a moment when you recieved news like you got good news from work, you got the house you wanted, you got a refund you were or weren't expecting, somebody did a favor for you at the right time? If someone listening today needs to believe they can shift right now — what would you tell them? If you soften your shoulders and slow your breath down and soften everything inside of you 2%, you are allowing your body's natural healing process to unfold. If you release trying to control or predict, and you let be for only right now and realize in this very moment very moment you have your needs met, you are ok Jesus Christ overcame every habit that you are trying to break.
