Be Your Best Self After 50 (Without Needing to Be Perfect)
2026/10/20
Your Best Self Doesn't Have to Be Perfect You are not a problem to fix. You're a human with growth potential. Being your best self doesn't mean getting it right all the time. It means knowing who she is, practicing being her on purpose, and coming back to her when you drift. In this episode, I share how Human Design helps us see ourselves clearly. I also share my own story about giving opinions in my kids' lives and choosing faith over worry. And I walk you through a simple daily practice for choosing two or three qualities to live by. How to Stay Motivated With Your Goals After 50
2026/10/09
Have you ever started a goal with your whole heart, then quit halfway? It's not because you didn't want it enough. Most of the time, you planned for the feeling at the end, but not for the feelings in the middle. In this episode, I share why the feeling you want gets you started, but the feelings you choose get you there. You'll hear how my morning walks taught me this, a simple four-step way to choose a feeling on purpose, and the one question that starts your goal-achieving emotion bank: What emotions does the result I want require? This week only: Bring me your biggest problem, the one that has you eating a whole box of cookies. In one 50-minute conversation, I'll help you solve it. 5 spots, 50 minutes, $50. How to Reconnect With Your Desires After 50
2026/10/02
Have you ever stopped and asked yourself, "What do I actually want?" Not what makes sense or what your family needs, but what you want? For many women in midlife, the answer feels out of reach. Most of the time, we do know what we want. We've just gotten very good at talking ourselves out of it. In this episode, I talk about why your desires still matter after 50, why not wanting can feel safer than wanting, and how the thoughts that follow a dream are often the real obstacle. We'll look at why "should" rarely moves us, why "want" does, and what it costs to keep setting our dreams aside. You'll also get a simple exercise to help you hear yourself again, including the one question most of us avoid: What have I been wanting that I haven't let myself say out loud? It's not too late to want something for yourself. And midlife may be the perfect time to start. This is a public episode. Lessons Learned From Napoleon Hill
2026/09/25
What if Think and Grow Rich isn’t really about money at all? In this episode, I’m sharing the ideas from Napoleon Hill’s classic book that made me stop, think, and look at my own life differently. From desire and belief to persistence, imagination, decision-making, and the stories we tell ourselves about what’s possible, these are the lessons I’m still thinking about long after reading the book. Because maybe the bigger question isn’t How do I grow rich? Maybe it’s: What am I allowing myself to believe is possible for my life? And what if the next chapter of your life could be bigger than the one you’ve already lived? This is a public episode. When You're Fighting For A Life You Say You Don't Want
2026/09/17
What if the story you keep defending is the very thing keeping you stuck? We all have sentences we repeat—“I’m too old,” “I can’t help it,” “That’s just how I am,” “I don’t have time.” These stories may have protected us, but they can also keep creating the same patterns and results. In this episode, we’ll look at what you’re fighting to keep, how to question the stories that limit you, and how to create a new possibility without pretending your challenges aren’t real. Why "I'm too Old To Change" Is A Lie You're Telling Yourself
2026/09/10
What if the things you’ve always believed about yourself aren’t as permanent as you think? As we get older, it’s easy to assume that our patterns, habits, and even the way we see ourselves are simply “who we are.” But what if they’re not? In this episode, we’re talking about why change is possible, even in the second half of life, and what happens when you stop assuming it's not.. And if this has you wondering, “Okay, but how do I actually create change?” I’d love to have you join me for my free masterclass, How to Love Your Life Without Changing Everything. Join here. Your Amazing Life Story is Still Being Written. Are you doing it intentionally?
2026/09/03
What if some of the things you’ve decided are no longer possible for you aren’t actually facts, but choices you’ve quietly made along the way? In this episode, we’re talking about the stories we tell ourselves about age, change, and what’s possible—and how those stories can shape what happens next, because you may be further from the end of your story than you think. What Your Brain Hears in Every Word You Say
2026/08/27
The words you speak every day is doing far more than describing your life. What if they’re shaping how you see yourself, what you believe is possible, and even the life you create? In this episode, we explore the surprising power of your words, why your brain is listening, and why becoming more aware of what you repeatedly say might change more than you think. The Two Arrows: Why We Suffer More Than We Need To
2026/07/17
Two people can go through the exact same experience - one stays stuck for years, the other moves on in days. What makes the difference? In this episode, I share a Buddhist teaching called the Two Arrows that explains why so much of our suffering doesn't come from what happens to us; it comes from the story we tell about it afterward. I'll show you how your brain collects evidence for whatever you already believe, why your first interpretation usually isn't the truth, and the one question that helps you break the pattern before you fire that second arrow. Plus, a moment I witnessed in a store between a teenage boy and his grandfather that shows all of this in action. Ready to see the stories you've been believing? Book a free Spark Session here. Why Midlife Feels So Hard and the One Question That Changes It
2026/07/03
I thought the hardest part of leaving my career would be building a business. It wasn't. It was everything I made leaving mean. In this episode: why hard seasons are usually identity problems, not practical ones, and the question to ask when life feels hard. This is a public episode. This Could Be Why Your Not Reaching Your Goals
2026/06/26
There's a lie a lot of us are telling ourselves, and the tricky part is it feels completely true. It sounds like: I'm committed to this. But our actions are telling a different story. In this episode I'm breaking down the real difference between being interested and being committed — and sharing the moment I finally caught myself in that lie. If something comes up for you while you're listening, don't ignore it. That's what a Spark Session is for. 2026/06/15
