Mark is dedicated to ensuring that the U.S. Government complies with its remaining obligations under the JFK Records Collections Act.

Andrew A. Iler is an Ontario-based lawyer, who has has developed a comprehensive base of knowledge in and around the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 and the legal aspects of the official investigations into the assassination of President Kennedy. This episode will discuss recent JFK news in regards to hearings, documents and the ARRB final determination notices that determined the deadline of how long files should be withheld from the public.
