Advertise on podcast: Fae For Thought

long story short - I have been blogging over at https://thenewlookbl0g.wordpress.com and will continue to do for the foreseeable future, while the podcast is on an indefinite pause

I wanted to share with you how Homecon went for me and hopefully get you excited to participate in Homecon 2.0. I mispronounce probably 80 % of the names, but at least I tried. :D Just a few updates that i was not aware of while I recorded this - Rachel Skarsten and Paul Amos have been teasing a lot about Homecon 2.0, so it might happen sooner than we think, also I watched all of the episodes of Vagrant Queen and yes, it is kind of similar to Killjoys, but different enough that I can say now I am very much into it.

I recorded a short episode to tell you about Homecon - a digital event on Twitch (April 10th and 10th),  where we all get to interact with some of our favorite cast from shows like Lost Girl, Supergirl, The Expanse, Batwoman ( I almost wrote butwoman), Wynonna Earp, The Outpost and soo much more. This is a great opportunity for all of us, who live in countries where cons arent really a thing, so spread the word! instagram: @homeconofficial website: http://homeconofficial.com/

During this weird time I was inspired to revisit the show that in a way gave the name of the podcast - Lost Girl. The reason I decided to talk about season 3 is quite simple - there aren't any podcasts right now that go into detail about it, not such that you can listen to right now anyway. I mention 2 podcasts dedicated to Lost Girl I listen to, here is where you can find them: http://drinksatthedal.com/ https://www.waystationpod.com/ Alternative/Pop Rock Instrumental by lukenield | https://soundcloud.com/lukenield Music promoted by https://www.free-stock-music.com

I have a new segment, in which I share with you some random thoughts I have while watching other shows, not all of them supernatural or fantasy-like. It is a rather short format, not very structured. In this first episode I talk about The Witcher, You, Empire, Supernatural, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Rupaul's Drag Race and Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist. :)

In this episode we say goodbye to Vikings (for now) and  goodbye to some characters (maybe).  Fólkvangr by Alexander Nakarada |  https://www.serpentsoundstudios.com  Music promoted by https://www.free-stock-music.com  Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)  https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

In this episode I talk about cults, Bjorn being stupid, Gunhild being a queen and of course there is the obligatory Xena mention.  Fólkvangr by Alexander Nakarada | https://www.serpentsoundstudios.com Music promoted by https://www.free-stock-music.com Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

Welcome to the first episode of year 2020 and the new, improved format. I will be releasing episodes bi-weekly instead of weekly and will review two Vikings episodes in one recording. This time I talk about episodes S06E05 "'The Key"' & S06E06 "'Death And The Serpent"'. I tried to do a longer episode but my neighbours did not let me, so I was in quite a hurry, I was also moving from room to room, my parakeets get a little bit loud in the end, but I still enjoyed recording this episode and I hope you enjoy listening to it too. I go through this episode rather quickly so that I have more time for the next one and get to relax a little bit during the holidays :D Fólkvangr by Alexander Nakarada | https://www.serpentsoundstudios.com Music promoted by https://www.free-stock-music.com Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

After a long, but necessary pause, the podcast is back, just in time for the return of Vikings. Listen to me fangirl and being confused all over the place in this brand new episode with brand new intro and outro music. In this bonus episode I talk to you about why I like Halloween, share with you my experience with horror movies so far, rant a bit about Stephen King and of course recommend some of my favorite horror-y tv shows!

This is the last podcast episode about The Outpost. :( But only for now, the show was renewed for a third season already, so except more discussion about it again next summer. Right now, listen to me talk to myself about the double season finale and enjoy!

The podcast is baaack! After dealing with a lot of issues, I moved, kind of, found a place, where I am currently able to, well, live and do... anything. So I did. I am back with a new episode, catching up on The Outpost. I had a lot of issues with editing, Audacity crashed, had to start over. etc, so it took longer than I planned... and the audio is not perfect, there are some sound disturbances I could not clear up, but hopefully it is fine. Good news is I learned a quick way to edit, so I will be able to do it much faster in the future. So enjoy this episode and wait for the next one that will be the last for The Outpost for now (the season is over after all).

Hello, IT ME, again, Ivayla. let us continue with The Outpost! In this episode Garrett is still trying to escape (maybe succeeding ), Talon and Zed are on their quest through the beautiful forests and mountains in Serbia and Milus is being a whiny biatch. Give us a listen to hear what else happens and what I think about it.
