On Tonight's Special we have Danny Rocha, He's a young talented bartender from East Side of Houston Texas working out of Johnny's Gold Brick in the Houston Heights area. On this episode we talk a lot about food, cocktails and spirits(warning you might get very hungry and thirsty). We talk about his upbringing and the delicious food his grandmother and aunt would make for him. Danny talks about how in four days he went from working in the oil and gas industry to finding a job in the restaurant/bar industry. On Tonight's Special we have my former culinary school classmate, an extremely talented chef who I am very proud consider and call a brother Alfonso Canchola. Alfonso is a talented chef who has worked for some of Houston's very well known chefs like Hugo Ortega and Ronnie Killen.
