This is One Up One Down, a monthly podcast where you’ll hear stories from people about a time in their life they felt ‘up’ and a time they felt ‘down’. Together we’ll explore the impact these times have had on them and their lives. The podcast is hosted by me, Ben Langston and I started it because I’m interested in hearing and sharing stories from people’s lives. Stories are powerful, and while our life experiences vary, I believe the emotions we feel because of the things that happen to us, can help us relate to one another. I hope the podcast can help people see that none of us are alone in how we feel, both in ‘up’ and ‘down’ times. I hope you enjoy hearing people’s stories.
