Description
Hey guys! I'm Kaitie, and I am on a mission to help humans become the BEST versions of themselves, and to unveil what I like to call the Beautiful Beast that already lives inside us all. I have had the privilege to talk to all kinds of different humans who have been through a plethora (I love big words); a myriad of experiences, just being a human and existing. We talk about parenthood, business, life goals, health, fertility, fear... All the beautiful and the ugly. My hope is that you leave each episode with at least ONE nugget of wisdom or a tool you can apply to your own life.

206 Told to Act Her Age. Declined.
2026/10/21
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, my friend Melani is back, and dude, she's been BUSY! Between turning 50, navigating menopause, exploring hormone therapy and peptides, and launching a new wellness business, she's got a LOT to catch us up on. We talk about her experiences with everything from hair loss and skin changes to GLP-1 medications, and how those experiences inspired her to take her career in a new direction. I also share more about my own GLP-1 adventure, why weight loss was never my primary motivation, and why I'm far more interested in what we're learning about their potential effects beyond the scale. Of course, we get into strength training, nutrition, body image, and the importance of taking care of the whole human, not just what we see in the mirror. And somewhere along the way, we end up talking about accepting compliments, building businesses, and what it really means to evolve instead of repeat.
A LITTLE HEADS-UP: This episode includes conversations about aesthetics, body image, weight loss, menopause, hormone therapy, GLP-1 medications, and experimental peptides. We share our personal experiences and opinions, and some of the treatments discussed have limited research or are not FDA-approved for the uses mentioned. Our conversation is for education and discussion, not medical advice or an endorsement of any particular treatment. Please talk with a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about medications or peptide therapies.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
About Melani
Melani Le'ona, aka The Results Queen, is the founder of Evolv Health Solutions, a physician-guided peptide therapy practice helping women and men optimize hormones, peptides, and GLP-1s, and The Life Architect, where she advises high-performing entrepreneurs and their partners and spouses on mind, body, business, and soul. Why the Results Queen? You name it. You want it. I help you get it. Life By Design, Baby! At 50, she's living proof you don't have to look or feel your age.

205 Moms Always Eat Last
2026/10/07
What’s up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I welcome back my good friend Alysia Lyons, the Guilt Coach, for a conversation about something I know WAY too well: putting myself last. Alysia recently introduced me to her new project, Moms Always Eat Last, and dude, I felt that in my soul. Between being a mom, wife, caregiver, and business owner, I've gotten so used to taking care of everyone else that sometimes I forget I'm supposed to be on that list, too. We talk about the guilt that comes with prioritizing ourselves, the beliefs we've carried since childhood, and why self-care doesn't have to be another exhausting thing on our to-do lists. We also get into burnout, figuring out what actually gives us energy, and a few simple changes that can make a real difference. Including one ridiculously obvious suggestion about making my own dinner plate FIRST that somehow never occurred to me. Because sometimes it's not about doing more for ourselves. It's about realizing we deserve a place on our own damn list.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
About Alysia
Alysia Lyons is a mom first, a life coach and author second. She helps overwhelmed moms ditch guilt, reclaim the joy of motherhood and find balance, without adding more to their to-do lists. She is the author of "Good Mom Rules: Ditch Mom Guilt and Find Your Happy" and "Creating Little Miracles", the host of the Moms Always Eat Last podcast and creator of Moms Always Eat Last Community where every mom has a space to be herself. Through her coaching, Alysia blends practical strategies with powerful spiritual tools, guiding women toward lasting peace and personal transformation. Whether she is leading community conversations or supporting moms 1:1, Alysia creates the safe space where healing begins and self-worth returns.

204 I Was Ready to Quit. Then She Said This.
2026/10/02
What’s up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I reconnect with my longtime friend Stella Sierra, who I met when she was one of my spin students yelling “Kaitie, I hate you!” from the back of the room. We talk about growing up too fast, people pleasing, boundaries, motherhood, understanding our behaviors, and our experiences with perimenopause and GLP-1 medications. But this conversation got unexpectedly emotional because that very morning, I had seriously considered walking away from everything I've been building. I'm overwhelmed, exhausted, stretched too thin, and constantly feeling like I'm doing so much but somehow still not doing enough. And then here comes Stella, someone I hadn't seen in years, telling me how much of an impact I'd had on her life. And dude, I needed that. Did it fix anything? Nope. I'm still trying to figure out how the hell to do all of this without running myself into the ground. But it reminded me why I started, and that even when I can't see the difference I'm making, it doesn't mean I'm not making one.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.

203 Why Do I Feel Like I’m Too Much AND Not Enough?
2026/09/23
What’s up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with Lisa Barwise for a conversation about what happens when you’re doing all the things you’re “supposed” to do for your health and still wonder, “Why the hell do I feel like this?” Lisa shares her experience of repeatedly finding success, burning out, and eventually realizing she needed to look beyond workouts, nutrition, and another wellness qualification. We talk about nervous system regulation, ADHD, perimenopause, grief, the stories we pick up when we’re young, and that fun little dance between feeling like we’re too much and somehow still not enough. We also get into the woo, science, midlife reinvention, and the idea that maybe midlife isn’t a crisis at all. Maybe it’s a reawakening. Because ultimately, we’re not a bunch of separate problems to fix. We’re whole-ass humans, and all those pieces matter.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
About Lisa
Lisa Barwise is a Wellness Alchemist, Fitness Feminist, author, and creator of the Warrior Goddess Saga, helping women see midlife as a reawakening rather than a crisis. For more than 15 years, she has worked at the intersection of women’s health, strength, psychology, and spirituality. Through her Wellness Alchemy approach, she explores the biology, psychology, and spirituality of women’s experiences, including what she calls Armour Weight™, the invisible weight of stress, shame, people pleasing, perfectionism, and trying to be everything to everyone. Lisa is the author of Unarmoured and Burned and host of the Goddess Got Goals podcast.

202 Your Job Is a Relationship. Is It a Healthy One?
2026/09/16
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with April Morgan for a conversation about something we don’t always think of as a relationship: our jobs. We talk about what happens when work becomes part of our identity, why leaving a job can genuinely feel like a breakup, and how a change in leadership can completely change a place you once loved. April shares how losing her dad inspired her to look differently at the relationships we build at work, how grief and major life changes affected the way she showed up in her own career, and what happened when she finally realized a workplace she loved no longer fit who she was. We also get into entrepreneurship, taking scary-ass leaps without sacrificing the people who matter to us, giving ourselves grace when we are not our best selves, and why being human should probably be a bigger part of Human Resources. Oh, and we discover that April and I share a deep appreciation for the versatility of the word “f*ck,” so obviously this was meant to be.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.

201 What If Your Body Remembers What Your Mind Forgot?
2026/09/09
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show!
In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Kris Belfry for a conversation about the connection between our emotions, our bodies, and the patterns we can carry without even realizing they are there. Kris shares how his work evolved from focusing primarily on the physical body to becoming curious about why some people seemed to get better while others kept struggling, and how that curiosity eventually led him deeper into stress, emotions, old experiences, and self-awareness. We talk about why familiar does not always mean healthy, how something uncomfortable can still feel “safe” simply because it is what we know, and how many of our reactions happen on autopilot before we ever stop to question them. We also get into emotional eating, relationships, parenting, stepping outside our comfort zones, and one of my favorite things ever: awareness creates choice. Sometimes the first step toward changing a pattern is simply stopping long enough to ask, “Why am I doing this?”
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
About Kris
Dr. Kris Belfry has spent years trying to figure out why people stay stuck, even when they desperately want to change. As an embodiment coach and former chiropractor who's studied 20+ body-based healing techniques, he found the answer nobody was talking about: the pattern isn't in your head, it's in your body. Today he helps high-achieving men and women break the loops that keep showing up no matter what they try, same relationships, same ceiling, same self-sabotage by working at the root level where real change actually happens. This is one of those conversations that might just shift something in you.

200 Who the Hell Am I Now?
2026/09/02
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with my friend David Cleveland for a conversation about what happens when the version of your life you built no longer fits the person you are becoming. We talk about identity, purpose, failure, forgiveness, getting older, changing direction, and why reaching the thing you thought you were supposed to want doesn’t always make you feel fulfilled. David shares what it was like raising four daughters as a single father, eventually becoming an empty nester, and realizing he had to figure out who he was outside of the roles and responsibilities that had defined him for decades. We also get into why “just change your mindset” is such oversimplified advice, why failure is not always failure, and how some of the hardest things we go through can completely change the way we see ourselves and other people. And because neither of us knows how to stay on one topic, we somehow end up talking about caregiving, relationships, forgiveness, mortality, and the fact that coaches are still whole-ass humans figuring their own shit out too.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
About David
Dave Cleveland is a craftsman, artist, father, grandfather, and lifelong student of what helps people truly flourish. After navigating the identity shifts of midlife, an empty nest, and career burnout, he returned to his original calling: helping others find clarity, purpose, and renewed direction.

199 She Was Functioning, But She Didn’t Feel Alive
2026/08/26
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with Shelley Kitching for an honest conversation about depression, identity, authenticity, and what it means to find yourself after spending years trying to be who everyone else wanted you to be. Shelley shares what it was like to live with depression for decades, the moment she realized the way she was coping was no longer enough, and how reconnecting with her spiritual side became a missing piece in her healing. We talk about the exhaustion of worrying what everyone else thinks, the difference between being sad and slipping back into depression, how awareness gives us more choice, and why rest does not have to come with guilt. This episode is a reminder that healing does not mean you never struggle again. Sometimes it means noticing sooner, choosing differently, and slowly building a life that actually feels like yours.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
About Shelley

198 The Real Glow-Up Is Emotional
2026/08/20
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with my longtime friend Tygen Tofel, which means we have decades of history, questionable decisions, and plenty of stories to unpack. We revisit a moment from our 20s that hurt both of us and, for the first time, really look at what was happening underneath it from both sides. We talk about people pleasing, emotional immaturity, boundaries, learning from the s****y things we have done without deciding we are s****y people, and what it feels like to finally feel safe being yourself. We also get into body acceptance, raising kids differently than we were raised, why other people’s opinions don’t deserve control over our lives, and yes, one particularly unhinged story involving combat boots, a trench coat, and a used feminine hygiene product. 😂 This episode is messy, funny, vulnerable, and very human, because growing up is not about pretending we never screwed up. It is about being willing to look back, understand ourselves better, and choose differently now.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
About Tygen
Hi, I’m Tygen! Through my work at Eve & Elm Photography, I’ve learned that the most beautiful photos don't come from posing or perfection—they come when you finally feel safe enough to just breathe and be yourself. Whether I’m documenting the quiet, messy beauty of motherhood or holding space for a boudoir session, my mission is simple: to make sure you feel truly seen, exactly as you are, without a hint of judgment.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually speaking up about the things we’re often told to keep quiet. I’m deeply passionate about calling out the shame I’ve seen in religious spaces around our bodies, and I’m tired of the "health advice" that ignores the real, lived experiences of women—especially when it comes to the frustration of managing conditions like PCOS and the misinformation often spread by people who haven't walked a day in our shoes. My heart is to help you stop apologizing for your body, reclaim your health story, and find the kind of freedom that starts from within.

197 She Built Armor Around Her Heart Until She Couldn't Feel
2026/08/12
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with Teresa Phillips for a deeply personal conversation about trauma, self-love, boundaries, forgiveness, and learning how to trust yourself again. Teresa shares pieces of her story, including tremendous loss, abuse, panic attacks, and years of building her life around everyone else before realizing something had to change. We talk about the “armor” we sometimes build to protect ourselves, how shutting out pain can also shut out joy, and why putting yourself first is not the same thing as abandoning the people you love. Teresa also walks us through the four pieces of her Framework of the Self: self-love, self-respect, self-confidence, and self-appreciation. This conversation is a reminder that healing does not mean you never struggle again. Sometimes it means learning how to meet yourself differently when you do.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
About Teresa Phillips
Teresa is a speaker, podcaster and musician that found her way out of trauma using a process that she created called The Framework Of The Self. This four step process teaches self-love, self-respect, self confidence and self-appreciation and has helped heal her.

2026/08/05
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with Heather Zimmerman for a conversation about healing, identity, and what it means to come home to yourself after trauma. Heather shares her journey through abuse, addiction, and feeling disconnected from who she really was, and how those experiences ultimately led her toward a life of helping others heal. We talk about inner child work, identity, boundaries, empathy, self-love, and why so many of us spend years living behind protective masks we don't even realize we're wearing. Whether your path to healing is rooted in psychology, spirituality, or simply getting curious about yourself, this conversation is an invitation to notice the stories you've been carrying and ask whether they're still serving you.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
Bio: Heather Zimmerman is the founder of Divine Ascension Co., where she blends psychology, behavioral science, and spirituality to support empaths and highly sensitive people on their healing journeys. With a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's in Psychology, Heather's own path from trauma and atheism to spiritual awakening inspired her signature Self-Spirit Method™ and her book, Becoming Divine: The Awakening No One Prepared Me For. Today, she helps people reconnect with themselves, embrace their sensitivity, and uncover the authentic person beneath years of conditioning.
Music by Prymary: Sean Entrikin (my hot husband) on guitar, Chris Quirarte on drums, Smiley Sean on keyboards, Rob Young on bass, and Jaxon Duane on vocals.

195 What If Everything You've Been Taught About Weight Is Wrong?
2026/07/29
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with Paula D. Atkinson for a conversation that challenges some of the biggest beliefs we've been taught about health, weight, and our bodies. We talk about body liberation, diet culture, eating disorders, Health at Every Size, the history of BMI, and why so many of us have learned to distrust the very bodies that have been trying to protect us all along. Paula shares her own journey from childhood body shame to nearly starving herself in pursuit of thinness, and why she now believes healing starts by reconnecting with your body instead of fighting against it. Whether you agree with everything we discuss or not, I hope this episode leaves you curious enough to question the stories you've been told, and maybe even listen to your own body a little more closely.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.

194 He Survived... Then Finally Started Living
2026/07/22
What’s up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with David Chametzky for one of the most honest conversations we’ve had about healing, storytelling, and what it means to keep choosing life after unimaginable loss. Dave shares the experiences that shaped him, including losing the woman he planned to marry, surviving a suicide attempt decades later, and learning that healing does not mean pretending the pain never happened. We talk about why our stories matter, how our minds and bodies can carry things we don't even realize are still there, and how telling the truth about what we have lived through can help us see the patterns underneath it all. If you have ever wondered whether your story has purpose or whether healing is possible after life’s hardest moments, I think this conversation will stay with you long after it ends.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
Bio: David Chametzky, a deep message expert, a speaker, author, podcast host, and producer, Tedx Speaker, Executive Coach, Author, Media Host, Growth Coach, Mentor and Philanthropist. He brings insights and a unique guiding principle through his content and teachings so others can grow and overcome obstacles.
Music by Prymary: Sean Entrikin (my hot husband) on guitar, Chris Quirarte on drums, Smiley Sean on keyboards, Rob Young on bass, and Jaxon Duane on vocals.

193 You're Not Sick... But You're Not Well Either
2026/07/15
What’s up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with Bill Quateman, International Director of Advanced BioCell, for a conversation that goes far beyond supplements and regenerative medicine. We talk about why health is so much bigger than food and exercise, what it means to have real energy, and how many people are walking around “not sick, but not well.” Bill shares why he believes symptoms are messages, how removing physical, mental, and emotional interferences can support healing, and why curiosity matters when it comes to understanding your body. We also explore self-awareness, old stories, and the idea that sometimes the biggest shift is not fixing yourself, but learning to see yourself differently.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
Bio: Bill Quateman has spent more than three decades studying holistic health, regenerative medicine, and the connection between mindset and healing. His background includes a 32-year mentorship with a Northwestern University professor of psychiatry, work alongside leaders in orthomolecular medicine, and experience coaching performers and professionals toward better health and function.
Since 2000, Bill has focused on areas including ozone therapy, nutrition testing, stem cell therapy, and regenerative medicine. Today, through Advanced BioCell, he helps people better understand their health, explore personalized options, and work toward what he calls PeakSpan: living your best life for as long as possible.

192 Self-Care Snacks Could Change Your Entire Day
2026/07/08
What's up, you Beautiful Beasts! Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I sit down with wellness coach Amanda Bearce to talk about something I think we all need a little more of... permission. Permission to stop trying to reinvent your entire life every Monday, permission to stop following everyone else's health rules, and permission to start asking yourself one simple question: What do I need right now? We dive into Amanda's idea of "self-care snacks," tiny moments of care that fit into real life instead of requiring a weekend retreat or a perfect schedule. We also get into our shared experiences with CrossFit, disordered eating, perfectionism, parenting, rest, and learning to move our bodies because we love them instead of because we're trying to earn something. If you've ever felt guilty for slowing down, struggled to put yourself on your own priority list, or felt like self-care had to be all or nothing, this conversation is your reminder that healing often starts with the smallest, kindest choices.
As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.
Bio: Amanda Bearce is a board-certified health and wellness coach and founder of Simply Wellness with Amanda. She helps women who are exhausted from doing it all stop trying to do wellness perfectly and instead build flexible, realistic ways to support their energy and well-being in real life. Through her signature Self-Care Snacks approach, Amanda teaches simple tools that create sustainable change without overwhelming routines.
