UNASHAMED: From Start to Finish (Romans 6: 20-23)
2026/10/26
If you've ever finished a long race, you know the feeling. You stop, catch your breath, and finally take off your shoes. You’ve reached the end. But what about the life you’re living right now? Where is it leading?
As we come to the end of Romans chapter 6, Paul asks us to consider where we’ve been, what God has changed, and what lies ahead in Christ. There’s a wonderful promise here: the journey that began with God’s grace ends with his gift of eternal life.
Let's join Pastor Brian for this week's message from Romans chapter 6:20-23 entitled “From Start to Finish."
UNASHAMED: Brand New Boss (Romans 6: 15-19)
2026/10/19
Earlier in Romans, chapter 6, Paul showed us that our old life has ended and a brand new life has begun in Christ. Now, he gives us a second answer to the question of continuing in sin: grace has changed our allegiance as well, freeing us from slavery to sin and making us servants of righteousness, called to obey God from the heart and offer our lives to him.
And now, let's turn our attention to Pastor Brian for this week's sermon from Romans, chapter 6, verses 15 through 19, entitled, “Brand New Boss.”
UNASHAMED: Brand New Man (Romans 6: 1-14)
2026/10/05
In Romans 6, Paul addresses the question of Christians continuing on in sin despite their faith in Christ. He answers it in two different ways. The first answer has to do with our new life in Christ. The old man is crucified and a brand new man lives in his place.
Join us this week as Pastor Brian tackles Paul’s first answer from Romans 6, verses 1 through 14 in a sermon entitled, “Brand New Man.”
UNASHAMED: Something in the Water (Romans 6: 3-5)
2026/09/28
Baptism isn't just something we do — it's something we're joined to. In Romans, chapter 6, verses 3 through 5, Paul shows that baptism is more than a church ordinance. It's a real spiritual union with Christ, where the believer identifies with him in both his death and his resurrection.
Here's Pastor Brian Carroll with this week's message from Romans, chapter 6, verses 3 through 5, entitled, "Something in the Water."
UNASHAMED: How Much More (Romans 5: 15-21)
2026/09/21
Adam gave us a mess. Christ gives us "much more." In this week’s sermon, we conclude Romans, chapter 5. Here, Paul puts Adam and Christ side by side. Not to compare them evenly, but to show that grace wins, and wins big. One man's disobedience brought condemnation and death. One man's obedience brings justification and life. And no matter how much sin piles up, grace outpaces it every time.
Here's Pastor Brian Carroll with this week's message from Romans, chapter 5, verses 15 through 21, entitled, "How Much More."
UNASHAMED: The Reign of Deat (Romans 5: 12-14)
2026/09/14
This week, Pastor Brian continues our series through Romans with “The Reign of Death,” from Romans 5:12–14. In this passage, Paul traces the entrance of sin into the world through Adam and the reign of death that followed. Even before God gave the law through Moses, death reigned—revealing that humanity’s deepest problem is greater than the individual sins we commit. Yet Paul closes with a note of hope: Adam pointed forward to another representative who would establish another humanity and another reign.
UNASHAMED: Timing is Everything (Romans 5: 6-11)
2026/09/07
God did not wait for us to become worthy of His love. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us — at just the right time. If He reconciled us when we were His enemies, we can trust Him to finish what He started.
Romans chapter 5, verses 6 through 11 brings that assurance into focus. In a sermon titled, "Timing Is Everything," Pastor Brian shows us why the cross gives us confidence in God’s love and our future with Him.
UNASHAMED: Access Code (Romans 5: 1-5)
2026/08/31
Justification by faith does more than change our verdict; it gives us peace with God, access into grace, and the hope of sharing in His glory. Because grace is now the place where we stand, even suffering cannot shut us out. God uses it to produce endurance, character, and a hope that will never put us to shame because His love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit.
Romans chapter 5, verses 1 through 5 reveals what faith gives us access to. In a sermon titled, “Access Code,” Pastor Brian shows us why faith does not earn God’s favor but receives the peace, grace, and hope Jesus Christ has already secured.
UNASHAMED: Against All Hope (Romans 4: 18-25)
2026/08/24
Abraham did not ignore the deadness of his own body or Sarah's barren womb; instead, he was fully persuaded that God was able to do what He had promised. That unwavering faith was credited to him as righteousness — not for his sake alone, but for ours too, since we are justified by trusting the same God who delivered Jesus to death for our sins and raised Him for our justification.
Romans chapter 4, verses 18 through 25 brings that hope into sharp focus. In a sermon titled, "Against All Hope," Pastor Brian shows us why saving faith stakes everything on the God who calls the dead to life and the impossible into being.
UNASHAMED: In The Maker’s Hands (Romans 4: 13-17)
2026/08/17
God’s promise does not depend on human willpower or obedience to the law. It rests on His gracious will and sovereign power. Because our inheritance is secured by the God who gives life to the dead, everyone who shares Abraham’s faith can receive His promise with confidence.
Romans chapter 4, verses 13 through 17 brings that truth into sharp focus. In a sermon titled, “In the Maker’s Hands,” Pastor Brian shows us why God’s promise rests securely in the hands of the One who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist.
UNASHAMED: Family Resemblance (Romans 4: 9-12)
2026/08/10
God's family is not defined by outward rites or religious résumés; it is marked by faith. Abraham was declared righteous before he ever received the covenant sign, and his true children — Jew and Gentile alike — are known by that same believing trust.
Romans chapter 4, verses 9 through 12 brings that idea into sharp focus. In a sermon titled, "Family Resemblance," Pastor Brian shows us why faith, not ritual, is the mark of Abraham's family.
UNASHAMED: UNEARNED (Romans 4: 1-8)
2026/08/03
God does not justify us as payment for what we have accomplished; He credits righteousness to the ungodly who trust Him. Like Abraham and David, we discover the blessed freedom of receiving by faith what we could never earn through works.
Romans chapter 4, verses 1 through 8 brings that question into sharp focus. In a sermon titled, “Unearned,” Pastor Brian shows us why righteousness is not a reward for the deserving, but a gift received by faith.
UNASHAMED: Sola Fide (Romans 3: 27-31)
2026/07/27
Because salvation is God's gift from beginning to end, all human boasting is excluded. Jew and Gentile alike are justified in the same way, through faith alone in Christ alone. Far from overthrowing God's law, faith establishes it by receiving the righteousness the law itself could never produce.
This week, Pastor Brian considers one of the great pillars of the Protestant Reformation with a sermon entitled, Sola Fidé from Romans chapter 3, verses 27 through 31.
UNASHAMED: Sine Discrimine (Romans 3:21-26)
2026/07/20
The ground is level at the cross. Every human distinction — moral, religious, ethnic, cultural — collapses before the one verdict that matters: all have sinned, and all who believe receive the same righteousness through the same Redeemer. At the place where God's justice and mercy meet, there is no distinction.
This week, Pastor Brian continues preaching through the Book of Romans with a sermon entitled, Siné Discriminé from Romans chapter 3, verses 21 through 26
UNASHAMED: Silentium (Romans 3:1-8)
2026/07/06
After surveying the entire human race, Paul delivers a universal verdict: no one is righteous, and no one stands innocent before God. The law was never given to provide a defense, but to expose guilt and silence every excuse. Before the perfect Judge, every mouth is stopped and the whole world stands accountable.
With that in mind, let’s turn our attention to Pastor Brian for this week’s sermon entitled, “Silentium” from Romans chapter 3, verses 9 through 20.
