Most people get into things when they're not equipped for the journey or for what's on the other side! Many people are too busy being focused on others trying to fix, save, change, etc., other people while their own lives are crumbling. We're living in trying times. People seem to be running amok! Plain and simple most people have deceived themselves into believing their own God's side. They have no wisdom, knowledge, or understanding of the truth. That is abusive behavior, which has nothing at all to do with love. It's brokenness! When people are that way they're broken, immature, and lack things necessary for them to see clearly. Many people talk it but they don't walk it! They love to profess it but they don't live it! It's all for show. People want approval from others but they aren't concerned with God's approval. It's because they are still in the world! When people are in trouble (incarcerated, sick, hurt/injured, etc.), they want to call on Jesus but once on their feet, they quickly return to their old ways, like that "dog returning to its vomit."  Truth is they never turned from it, they just put it on the backburner until they could return to it.
