Scott's cocktail was tasty, however! “Red Demon” cocktail  1/3 cup Raspberry sherbet  3 oz Regular ginger ale, raspberry ginger ale or 7up. 3 oz Cran-Raspberry juice. 2 oz white or coconut rum. 3-4 drops red food coloring (optional)   In large coup glass, combine juice, ginger ale, rum and optional food coloring.
