Peace Is Your Natural State | Asha Nayaswami
2026/09/17
Send us Fan Mail What if the peace you’re searching for is already closer than you think? In this deeply moving conversation, I’m joined by spiritual teacher  Asha Nayaswami,to explore inner peace, meditation, spiritual awakening, consciousness and self-realisation, drawing on more than 50 years of living and teaching the principles rooted in Paramahansa Yogananda and Kriya Yoga. This conversation left me feeling deeply steady for hours afterwards — and I think there is something here for anyone searching for greater peace, clarity and inner freedom. We begin with Asha’s extraordinary journey in Northern California in 1969, during a time of psychedelics, Eastern philosophy and spiritual exploration. She shares the quiet realisation that the conventional paths to success were not going to answer the deeper question she was searching for: Who are we, really? Asha shares the profound moment she met Swami Kriyananda  and recognised what she describes as a boundless presence, as well as the meaning behind her spiritual name and the Nayaswami path — bringing spirituality, meditation and higher consciousness into everyday life. From there, we explore Christ consciousness, spiritual awakening and the relationship between revelation and religion, including why profound spiritual experiences can sometimes become rigid belief systems — and why discernment is so important in a world filled with endless voices and opinions. Asha also shares practical wisdom around meditation, consciousness, habits and inner transformation. We explore how our habits shape our inner energy and experience, and one beautifully simple question we can ask ourselves throughout the day: “Can I be more expanded and less contracted right now?” We also have an honest conversation about grief, tragedy and suffering, exploring how better questions can sometimes widen our perspective without denying the reality of heartbreak. And we explore something surprisingly simple but powerful: how music, environment and the energy around us can influence the mind, much like tuning an instrument. Ultimately, this conversation is about peace, presence, meditation, consciousness, self-realisation and the journey inward — and discovering that perhaps the peace we are searching for is not somewhere we need to get to, but something we can practise returning to, moment by moment. If you’re interested in spiritual awakening, Kriya Yoga, meditation, Paramahansa Yogananda, higher consciousness, inner peace or living a more meaningful life, I think you’ll find something valuable in this conversation. 🎧 Listen now and join us for a deeper exploration of peace, consciousness and the journey home to yourself. If this conversation resonates with you, please subscribe, share it with someone who may need a little more steadiness in their life, and leave a review to help more people discover the podcast. What if Your Purpose Is Already Within You ? | Yadi Alba
2026/09/03
Send us Fan Mail What if your purpose isn’t something you have to find — but something you’re here to embody? In this powerful conversation, I sit down with my friend Yadi Alba, a modern-day medicine woman, spiritual advisor and co-founder of the Goddess Wisdom Council, to explore sacred purpose, spiritual awakening, consciousness and what it really means to find your purpose and live a life that feels deeply connected from the inside out. Yadi’s journey has taken her from Mexico and UC Berkeley into a profound spiritual awakening and a path deeply influenced by Mayan, Toltec and Aztec wisdom traditions — bringing ancient wisdom into modern life in a grounded, practical and deeply human way. We explore unity consciousness and why spirituality can sometimes become distorted into an idea of “all light, no shadow.” Yadi offers a beautiful reframe: darkness can be understood as the womb of creation — an energetic space of infinite possibility rather than something to fear or reject. From there, we explore the integration of the divine feminine and sacred masculine, and how bringing these energies into greater balance can influence our health, relationships, leadership and sustainable success. This conversation is particularly relevant for high performers who may be achieving a great deal externally, yet still feel disconnected, overwhelmed or uncertain internally. Yadi also introduces her work with “energetic imprints” — limiting beliefs, emotional patterns and automatic coping behaviours that can become embedded in the nervous system and carried through family lineage. We talk about triggers as opportunities for awareness, inner-child healing, emotional healing, personal responsibility and the power of consciously choosing a different response. Because when we change the way we respond, we can begin creating new neural pathways — and ultimately, a new lived experience. We also explore perfectionism, self-worth, relationships, personal growth, spiritual growth and conscious leadership — and the possibility that your sacred purpose may be much closer than you think. If you’ve ever felt there must be more to life than simply achieving the next goal, this conversation is for you. How to Pray With Gratitude: Trust, Faith & Manifestation
2026/08/20
Send us Fan Mail What if the way you pray could change the way you experience life? When we’re facing uncertainty—health concerns, financial pressure, relationship challenges, or simply a difficult day—it’s easy for prayer to become a desperate request for something to change. But what happens when we begin with gratitude instead? In this episode, I explore a simple shift that has transformed my own experience of prayer: giving thanks as if what you’re asking for has already happened. We unpack why gratitude-first prayer can feel unfamiliar at first, how it connects with the familiar ask, believe, receive principle, and why adding genuine thanks can shift us from fear and uncertainty into trust, clarity, and action. I also explore the connection between prayer, spirituality, and our inner state. Rather than praying from a place of “please, I need this,” we look at what becomes possible when prayer comes from a deeper sense of trust—while still taking inspired action and letting go of the need to control exactly how the outcome will unfold. Then I share three personal stories that bring this practice to life: finding a pair of sentimental sunglasses not once but twice; navigating a family journey through a stage-four cancer diagnosis while using “thank you for complete healing” as a daily anchor; and turning the uncertainty of a delayed flight and tight connection into an opportunity to write pages of gratitude and find calm in the middle of the chaos. Throughout the conversation, we return to a grounded principle: Pray whilst you move your feet—and let go of the how. This is not about pretending challenges don't exist. It's about choosing the state from which you meet them. A conversation about prayer, gratitude, faith, trust, manifestation, and the power of becoming grateful for what you are still waiting to receive. Support the show Thank you for listening
How to Overcome Feeling Not Good Enough
2026/08/06
Send us Fan Mail What if the belief that's quietly shaping your entire life isn't true? The question, "Am I enough?" rarely announces itself out loud. Instead, it hides behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, overworking, comparison, and the constant search for external validation. In this episode, we uncover where the belief of "not enough" really begins, why it becomes so deeply embedded, and—most importantly—how to free yourself from it. Because once you see how this story is created, you stop living your life as though you're constantly trying to earn your worth. We explore how childhood experiences can shape a lasting sense of inadequacy, whether through criticism, feeling unseen, rejection, or the meaning we innocently attached to situations as children. From there, we examine how this belief continues to influence our adult lives—through social media comparison, relationship patterns, career success, and the pursuit of achievement as a way of proving our value. I also share a personal moment involving my own podcast statistics and how easily genuine self-expression can become a search for validation if we're not paying attention. Drawing on the wisdom of Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle, and Michael Singer, we explore practical ways to question limiting beliefs, create space between ourselves and our thoughts, and rediscover the truth that our worth was never something to earn. We also look at the Reticular Activating System and why asking better questions can transform the evidence your mind begins to notice—shifting your confidence, mindset, and daily experience. This is an invitation to stop chasing your worth and remember what has been true all along: You were never broken. You were never missing anything. You have always been enough. Adrian Kochsiek: The Future of Health — From Diagnosis to Purpose
2026/07/23
Send us Fan Mail Your health rarely collapses overnight. More often, it quietly drifts in small, measurable steps — which is why prevention, awareness, and understanding your own biology are becoming the future of wellbeing. In this powerful conversation, I sit down with Adrian Kochsiek, founder and CEO of ONVY, a pioneering health technology company building what he describes as a personal health operating system — combining data, technology, and human insight to support personalised prevention, longevity, and everyday vitality. Adrian shares the life-changing moment that shaped his mission: being diagnosed with lymphoma at just 18 years old, enduring a year of aggressive chemotherapy, and making the conscious decision to fight for his life. We explore resilience as a daily mental practice, the transformational shift from asking “Why is this happening to me?” to “What is this here to teach me?”, and how our greatest challenges can become the foundation for purpose and growth. We also dive into the connection between inner transformation and outer success — exploring entrepreneurship, conscious leadership, integrity, and how to remain open-hearted through adversity rather than allowing life’s challenges to make us closed or disconnected. Looking towards the future of health, Adrian explains how AI, wearable technology, and advanced data insights could transform healthcare by combining information from smart rings, watches, laboratory testing, nutrition, and lifestyle patterns to help identify stress, recovery challenges, and early signs of burnout before they become bigger issues. We discuss the difference between lifespan and healthspan, why modern healthcare often focuses on treating illness rather than preventing it, the growing challenges around mental health and loneliness, and the importance of using technology in a way that empowers us rather than creates more anxiety through constant measurement. The message is simple: use modern tools to support your intuition — not replace it. A powerful conversation about resilience, conscious leadership, longevity, and the future of human health — reminding us that true wellbeing is not just about living longer, but living better. Why Trauma Keeps Repeating: Dr. Judith Swack on Healing the Nervous System & Unconscious Mind
2026/07/09
Send us Fan Mail What if the reason you keep repeating the same emotional patterns isn't because you're broken—but because your nervous system is still protecting you from a past it believes is happening now? In this episode, I sit down with biochemist, psychotherapist, and creator of Healing From the Body Level Up, Dr. Judith Swack, to explore why insight alone rarely creates lasting change—and how true healing begins when we work with the body, the unconscious mind, and the nervous system together. We dive into the science behind EFT tapping and energy psychology, unpacking how stimulating specific meridian points may help calm the stress response, restore balance, and shift the body out of fight-or-flight. Dr. Swack explains the connection between nerve endings, endorphins, homeostasis, and why emotional trauma often continues to live in the body long after the event has passed. You'll also learn practical techniques you can begin using immediately, including an effective self-hug alternating bicep tapping exercise, breathwork, meditation, and movement practices designed to regulate the nervous system and release stored stress. The conversation then expands into a deeper exploration of healing and alignment. Dr. Swack introduces her four-level model of human experience—the conscious mind, unconscious mind, body, and soul—and explains how misalignment across these levels can contribute to anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, addiction, insomnia, and the feeling of being outwardly successful while inwardly unfulfilled. Through compelling client stories and decades of clinical experience, she offers a grounded, science-informed perspective on trauma, PTSD, emotional healing, and what it truly means to live in alignment with your deepest purpose. Whether you're navigating unresolved trauma, chronic stress, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, this conversation offers practical tools, fresh perspectives, and genuine hope for lasting transformation. In this episode, we sit down with Jay Paterno, author of Blitzed and long-time Penn State coach, to explore what it takes to lead under intense pressure, make critical decisions in real time, and build a culture that remains strong when circumstances change. Drawing on decades of experience at one of America's most iconic football programmes, Jay shares lessons learned from his father, legendary coach Joe Paterno, and reveals why credibility—not authority—is the true foundation of leadership. The conversation also takes us behind the scenes of elite sport. From Collapse to Clarity: Rebuilding Success, Identity & Mindset with David Rossi
2026/06/11
Send us Fan Mail He built a multimillion-dollar life… and watched it unravel. In this powerful conversation, bestselling author, entrepreneur, and transformational teacher David Rossi shares the raw reality behind success, loss, and what it truly takes to rebuild from the inside out. We explore the defining moments that forced everything into question — the death of a close friend, a serious back injury, a collapsing marriage, financial breakdown, and the confronting realisation that effort alone cannot override life when it begins to shift. From there, the conversation moves into something deeper: mindset, meaning, and emotional resilience. David explains how much of our suffering is created not by events themselves, but by the meaning we attach to them — and how “loss” and “gain” can become interpretations rather than identities we unconsciously live inside. We also unpack the psychology of attention and perception through the brain’s reticular activating system, revealing how the stories we tell ourselves quietly shape what we continue to see, feel, and reinforce. Later, we go deeper into authenticity, vulnerability, and modern masculinity, inspired by his book Alphas Die Early. We discuss the hidden cost of performance-driven success, the masks men wear to stay “strong,” and why true strength often looks like honesty rather than control. Meditation also enters the conversation — not as a trend, but as a stabilising discipline for nervous system regulation, clarity, and stepping out of survival mode. If you’ve been navigating pressure, identity shifts, or a season where life no longer feels familiar, this episode offers perspective, depth, and a grounded reminder: you are not meant to rebuild your life by force alone. Transformation begins internally — long before it becomes visible externally. What If You’re Not Broken — Just Emotionally Exhausted?
2026/05/28
Send us Fan Mail What if the heaviness you feel isn’t a sign that you’re failing — but a sign your nervous system is exhausted and craving safety? In a world obsessed with fixing, optimising, and constantly pushing forward, we’ve been conditioned to treat every emotional dip, every moment of uncertainty, and every loss of motivation as a problem to solve. But the pressure to “fix yourself” can quietly keep the nervous system locked in stress, making even simple decisions feel overwhelming. In this episode, we explore a different approach: learning how to recalibrate your energy before rushing into action. We unpack how fear, doubt, insecurity, and emotional exhaustion can distort perception and create stories that magnify uncertainty rather than resolve it. We also discuss why silence is so often mistaken for danger, how acceptance can reduce suffering without making you passive, and why allowing yourself to pause may be more powerful than forcing clarity. This conversation moves into the deeper relationship between emotional regulation, personal growth, and inner safety — and the importance of recognising the difference between seasons of expansion and seasons of integration. Sometimes growth does not look like acceleration. Sometimes growth looks like rest. Reflection. Nervous system repair. Letting go of control long enough to hear yourself again. If you’ve been carrying pressure, overthinking the future, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed by life, this episode offers a calmer and more compassionate perspective — one rooted not in force, but in allowing. Because peace is not something you earn once everything is perfect. It’s something you begin to access the moment you stop fighting yourself. In this episode, I’m joined by Victoria Boyding to explore what authentic personal branding really means beyond social media tactics and surface-level marketing. With over two decades of experience across design, technology, and health, Victoria shares why powerful branding is never just visual — it’s the integration of clarity, emotional resonance, and energy; the feeling people instantly recognise and connect with. Dopamine Isn’t the Problem (This Is)
2026/04/30
Send us Fan Mail Dopamine isn’t the problem… overstimulation is. In a world where every spare moment gets filled—scrolling, notifications, constant input—your nervous system rarely has the chance to reset. The result isn’t just distraction. It’s a subtle, persistent state of mental noise where focus drops, clarity fades, and switching off starts to feel impossible. In this episode, we unpack the real issue behind modern distraction—and why so many high-performing individuals feel scattered, fatigued, and unable to fully engage with what matters. We reframe dopamine in a more useful way: not as something to eliminate, but as an anticipation chemical that’s being constantly triggered by novelty and stimulation. When that becomes your baseline, your attention span shortens, your system stays activated, and even things you once enjoyed begin to feel flat. We also explore the three hidden costs of overstimulation: A low-level anxiety that never quite switches offA gradual loss of identity as you stop finishing what you startEmotional numbness that keeps you reaching for “just one more” distractionFrom there, we move into practical ways to restore balance and clarity: Replacing constant stimulation with grounding habits like movement, reading, writing, and real conversationUsing everyday moments to retrain your attention and presenceA simple five-second reset that interrupts the automatic pull toward distractionIf you’ve been feeling mentally crowded, easily distracted, or unable to fully switch off—this will help you understand why, and give you a clear way forward. Because the goal isn’t to remove dopamine… It’s to reclaim your attention—and your state. 🔗 Call to ActionIf this resonated, follow the podcast and share it with someone who feels constantly “on” or overwhelmed. The Hidden Cost of Success (And How to Stay in the Game)
2026/04/16
Send us Fan Mail Success isn’t just about getting there… it’s about staying there. Most advice around success sounds like a hype playlist—push harder, aim higher, upgrade everything. But very few conversations explore what happens after you win… when the pressure rises, expectations grow, and your nervous system starts carrying more than it was ever designed to hold. In this episode, I unpack the hidden cost of success—and the skill that matters most if you want to sustain it: the ability to stay in the game. Using sport as a powerful metaphor for long-term performance, we look at the mindset behind elite consistency. Roger Federer is a perfect example—becoming one of the greatest of all time while losing nearly half the points he played, simply by staying present and focusing on the next shot. From there, we explore the real divide I see with high performers: The outer game — strategy, growth, resultsThe inner game — emotional wellbeing, meaning, relationships, and calmWithout the inner game, outer success can quietly turn into burnout, health challenges, strained relationships, or a constant pressure to maintain what you’ve built. We also go deeper into the relationship between wealth and emotional balance—why more money doesn’t always mean more freedom, and how behaviour, identity, and temperament shape long-term outcomes. Along the way, I share real-world insights from individuals operating at a high level—those who have built significant success, yet still face challenges around trust, fulfilment, and connection. And importantly, we cover the practices that keep you grounded while you grow: MeditationMovementNutritionSimplifying when neededSurrounding yourself with people who stabilise and elevate youIf you’re building something meaningful, leading at a high level, or stepping into more responsibility—this episode will help you do it in a way that is sustainable, grounded, and aligned. Because success isn’t just about winning… It’s about who you become—and how you sustain it. Support the show Thank you for listening
From Coma to Courage: Greg Weston’s Story of Survival and Strength
2026/04/02
Send us Fan Mail One night on a golf trip ended in a coma — and Greg Weston waking up was never guaranteed. Greg is one of my closest friends, and even now, hearing him tell this story firsthand still stops me in my tracks. In 2011, a traumatic brain injury changed everything. What followed wasn’t just survival — it was a long, uncertain road of rebuilding a life from the ground up. From paralysis down his left side and a year in a wheelchair, to the relentless reality of rehabilitation and the cognitive effects of frontal lobe damage, Greg shares the parts most people never see. We talk about what it really takes to keep going when life doesn’t go to plan — the setbacks, the frustration, and the quiet determination to stand back up, even after the falls. What makes Greg’s story truly powerful is where he stands today. He now volunteers at the very rehabilitation hospital where he was once a patient, supporting others as they begin their own journey forward. A full-circle moment that speaks to purpose, resilience, and the strength of the human spirit. We also explore the role of family — including how his son George became his reason to keep fighting — alongside the impact of spirituality, and how tools like functional electrical stimulation are helping him regain movement and independence. And through it all, there’s still room for humour, love, and lightness — including moments shared with his partner, Heidi. Why You Keep Procrastinating (It’s Not What You Think)
2026/03/19
Send us Fan Mail You’re not procrastinating… you’re out of alignment. Procrastination has a way of turning into identity: “I’m lazy.” “I lack discipline.” “I always do this.” But what if that’s not true? In this episode, I break down a completely different way to understand procrastination—not as failure, but as feedback. Drawing on both lived experience and teachings from Abraham Hicks, I share a simple 3-part framework to help you move forward with clarity, rather than pressure: Why real decisions create momentumHow missing information keeps you stuckThe difference between healthy deadlines and toxic urgencyI also share a personal story that changed how I think about delay—and how sometimes, what looks like procrastination is actually intelligence guiding you toward a better outcome. If you’ve been feeling stuck, second-guessing yourself, or forcing action that doesn’t feel right… this episode will give you a new lens—and a practical way forward. Because you don’t overcome procrastination by pushing harder… You overcome it by getting into alignment first—and then acting. 🔗 If this resonated, follow the podcast and share it with someone who’s been feeling stuck.
