Angela gets her dad on the phone to talk about his father Barney Hill Jr and the most famous alien abduction case ever recorded. This is a long one folks so for the sake of completion there's minimal editing and interludes. Barney Hill the 3rd discusses his early memories of his father and how life changed after the incident that occurred September 19th, 1961. Heavy shit. Also we have a quick chat about the biggest card of the year so far: the memorable UFC 257.

After a full month of no fights, the UFC is back! We talk about the last couple of Fight Island cards and then discuss the marque fights on UFC 257. Also: tasting notes for Proper #12, a McGregor themed cocktail and why Joey Beltran should be Jake Pauls next opponent in Boxing (the bare knuckle kind, duh). We also won't shut up about our new puppy.

We have a wee discussion about some intriguing upcoming fights in 2021 and look out across the MMA-bereft landscape that is the next 3 weeks.  Which gravelly-voiced celebrity will end up narrating the McGregor/Poirier 2 trailer that you will be made to watch on repeat with your eyes splayed open like that scene in a clockwork orange?  All that and more!

We do a quick recap of a tumultuous year and what we've been doing for the last 6 months. Then we look forward to the year ahead, clasping our soon-to-be-defunct Reebok fight kits in our sweaty palms as the mushroom cloud on the horizon burns itself into our melting retinas. Additionally we discuss the joy and terror of new-homeownership, the last UFC fight card of the year and seasonal cocktail recipes to make with that bottle of Proper #12 your Auntie gave you for Christmas because she knows you like that "Irish boxer man."

It's been a busy couple of weeks. The final Fight Island card is upon us and it's a pretty good one. Also: we try to pronounce some Russian names, share our extensive knowledge of Swedish culture and recap some of the action from last week's back-to-back fights.

Oh wow you guys, it's finally here! Fight Island! Barring some unforeseen COVID-related complication (which if we're being honest is still a very real possibility) we're set to see 3 title fights. We talk about those and also: fighting on a beach and burning the soles of your feet off, cup sizes (male and female) and how to correctly pronounce Petr Yan's name.

Emmett vs Burgos was pretty cool huh? We reaffirm that and have a little discussion about a card we half-watched. UFC Vegas 4 promises to be a good one so we ruminate on that for a hot minute. Also: the rankings are a bunch of dogshit farted out by barely-cognitive man-children who got their heads stuffed in toilets all throughout highschool and never got over it, the best Mexican food in San Diego and who Angela would most like to rematch. Enjoy!

It's fight week for Volkov vs Blaydes so we talk about that, we discuss the women's flyweight division and what this past weekend means for it and the excellent social media game of Darren Till. Also: YASSSSSSSS Island, hand-holding etiquette and MMA movies. Angela flaked on calling her dad again so no aliens this week ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
