From Burnout to Balance: What I Had to Learn the Hard Way
2025/10/12
Send me a Text!
I’m sharing the story I used to keep to myself—how I hit burnout, gained over 55 pounds, and lost touch with the version of me I truly wanted to be. It wasn’t dramatic… it was daily. Skipping meals, snacking during prep, and constantly putting myself last left me physically drained and emotionally discouraged.
But the good news? I found my way back—through simple habits, strength training, mindset shifts, and the reminder that you can’t give your best to others if you don’t take care of yourself first.
I’ll walk you through the exact changes I made (and still use today), from packing my lunch again to lifting weights every day—and how tracking my wellness became the turning point.
If you’re feeling tired, frustrated, or stuck, this episode is your reminder: you’re not alone, and it’s never too late to reset.
