Description

Ruck’s Place Podcast — Where the Stuck Become Unstoppable I grew up in humble beginnings. After graduating college the second time and starting a family, I made my first real estate deal scared and uncertain that was over 20 years ago. Since then, I’ve faced every doubt, setback, and fear that keeps people stuck — and I’m here to show you how to break through it. This podcast is more than stories. It’s a mission: to help entrepreneurs, real estate pros, and everyday people find the grit, belief, and action steps needed to become unstoppable. Join me and my guests as we share raw journeys, real struggles, and the victories that come from refusing to give up. If you’re ready to get unstuck and take control of your life, you’ve found your place. Chuck Rucker

Expectation Rules!
2026/10/16
Send us Fan Mail Ruck’s Place Podcast | Friday Drop: Expectation Rules!  What you expect influences the direction you take, the decisions you make, and the actions you pursue. But setting an expectation is only the beginning. You must also be willing to move in the direction of the outcome you desire. In this Friday Drop episode of Rucker Place Podcast, we explore the power of setting expectations for ourselves and our lives, even when the resources, answers, or opportunities we need aren't immediately visible. Through a personal story about navigating the financial uncertainty of sending our daughter to college and a relatable example of a woman driving in the wrong direction to get her nails done, we uncover an important truth: you cannot expect to reach your desired destination if you're moving in the opposite direction. When my wife and I faced uncertainty about how we would pay for our daughter's college education, we had a choice. We could build a wall of worry, fear, and doubt around our circumstances, or we could change our mindset, set a new expectation, seek the right resources, and take action. We chose the latter—and our daughter went to college, graduated, traveled the world, and is now working in the field she studied, doing the job of her dreams. This episode is a reminder that your circumstances don't have to dictate your expectations. Instead of allowing uncertainty to determine what's possible, set your expectation, establish your direction, build the blocks toward your goal, and take the steps necessary to move closer to the outcome you desire. Because expectation rules—but your actions must align with what you expect. 🎧 Tune in to this Friday Drop of Ruck’s Place Podcast and ask yourself: Am I moving in the direction of what I truly expect for my life? Send us Fan Mail Friday Drop: Leave the Bench Behind | Ruck’s Place Podcast What happens when the version of you that got you here is no longer the version of you that can take you where you want to go? In this Friday Drop, I take you back to my humble beginnings in Michigan, growing up in an environment where college degrees weren't valued, resources were limited, and the people around me weren't necessarily talking about a different future. Some of the people I grew up with are no longer here. Others remain in the same environment I was determined to escape. I knew I wanted something different. I was depressed, struggling to find my way, and determined not to become another statistic in the neighborhood. Then came a decision that changed the direction of my life. My older brother came home with a plan for us to move to California and live with our father. We sold a cockatiel to a drug dealer, bought Greyhound tickets, and headed toward a new beginning. What awaited me was a completely different world. I found myself surrounded by young people producing music for major record labels and artists, working from beautiful homes with breathtaking views. My brother and I eventually ventured into producing clothing for stars, television shows, and music videos. Even after losing that business, I found myself experiencing opportunities I once only watched on television from Michigan. But a new environment doesn't mean a life without obstacles. Every new level comes with new lessons, setbacks, and pain. I've had to persevere, adapt, and keep moving toward the goals that still live in my heart. Today, I have a life I'm grateful for, a 28-year marriage, a beautiful family, a home, cars, and experiences I once could only imagine. And I still have bigger dreams — from building my first million to creating $5 million, $10 million, and ultimately the $50 million vision that continues to drive me. My mission through Ruck's Place Podcast is to help others get unstuck, leave the bench they've been sitting on, and start moving toward the life they actually desire. Because the bench isn't always a physical place. Sometimes it's a mindset, an environment, a relationship with your past, or a version of yourself you've outgrown. If you want to gain something different, you have to be willing to go through something different. And sometimes, in order to gain, you have to endure some pain. It's time to leave the bench behind. 🎙️ Listen to this week's Friday Drop on Ruck's Place Podcast. Your next chapter may be waiting on the other side of a decision you've been afraid to make. THIS EPISODE IS LIFE CHANGING The Secret Is Out
2026/10/02
Send us Fan Mail This Episode Can Change Your Life What if the key to finding your way through life’s problems is as simple as a pen and a pad? 🖊️📓 My grandmother taught me many years ago that journaling is the key to life—and I’ve come to understand why. Writing gives you a way to slow down, think deeply, process your experiences, and even metaphorically travel through time. You can write about your past, make sense of your present, and envision your future. There is power in writing your way through life—and even more power in going back and reading what you once wrote. This Friday’s episode is a reminder that sometimes, the answers you’re looking for are already inside you. You just have to put pen to paper. Return To The Real Social Media FACE TO FACE
2026/09/26
Send us Fan Mail 🎙️ Ruck’s Place Podcast – Friday Drop Return To The Real Social Media: FACE TO FACE What happens when you put down the gadgets, deactivate your social media accounts, and return to the most powerful social network ever created? Human beings connecting face to face! On this Friday Drop, I’m sharing why I stepped away from social media and returned to real conversations, genuine connections, and the value of being present with people. After attending a real estate board meeting this morning, I witnessed something that reminded me why 21–22 years in this business has taught me so much more than contracts and transactions. There were people dressed for success, carrying the luxury bags and driving the luxury cars, but many were still trying to figure out how to take that first step toward representing a client. So I shared what I know: Success in sales isn't about what you wear, what you drive, or how much you know about a contract. It's about how you connect with people and bring your authentic self into the conversation. Your past careers, your life experiences, your personality, and your ability to relate to another human being are valuable assets. You don't learn everything by sitting in a corner analyzing every form and waiting until you know it all. You learn by doing, engaging, asking questions, and getting out there. This episode is about rediscovering the real meaning of social media, embracing face-to-face interaction, and understanding that the greatest business opportunities often begin with a genuine human connection. Put down the phone. Step away from the screen. Show up as yourself. The real social media is happening right in front of you. 🎧 Tune in to Ruck's Place Podcast, where real conversations create real opportunities. #RucksPlacePodcast #FridayDrop #FaceToFace #RealEstate #Sales #AuthenticConnections #PersonalGrowth #HumanConnection Support the show
BE FRUITFUL: Help the Stuck. Elevate the Winning. Create Value
2026/09/18
Send us Fan Mail BE FRUITFUL: Help the Stuck. Elevate the Winning. Create Value. What does it really mean to “be fruitful and multiply”? In this episode of Ruck’s Place Podcast, I take that biblical principle from the Garden of Eden and connect it to something we all have the responsibility to do—create, grow, multiply, and provide value to others. I share a conversation I heard from a high-profile coach who charges $150,000 for a few hours of access to his room. When a guest asked whether she should spend her time helping people who are stuck or focus on people who are already winning and want to level up, his response was simple: don’t spend your time with losers because they will pull you down. That answer made me stop and think. As someone who coaches people through transformation, I've experienced the other side of that equation. People reach out because they want change. They ask questions, schedule conversations, and tell me what they want to accomplish—only to disappear when it's time to actually begin. Sometimes people don't necessarily want to be helped; they simply want to be heard. But I believe there is value in helping people who are stuck AND adding value to people who are already winning. Coaching is a two-party experience. The coach has to show up with knowledge, experience, preparation, and a genuine willingness to serve—but the person seeking the transformation has to show up too. So where do you stand? Are you looking for someone to listen to you, or are you truly ready to do the work? And perhaps the bigger question is: What have you been given that you are responsible for multiplying and using to create value for someone else? Let's talk about it. Welcome to the Friday Drop at Ruck's Place. Support the show
Coming To Terms With The Responsibility of Being YOU!
2026/09/12
Send us Fan Mail Coming To Terms With The Responsibility of Being YOU! There comes a point in life when you have to stop running from yourself, stop comparing your journey to someone else’s, and take full responsibility for the person staring back at you in the mirror. Being YOU is a responsibility. It means owning your choices, your gifts, your mistakes, your experiences, your growth—and even the parts of yourself you’re still trying to understand. It means recognizing that nobody else can live your life, fulfill your purpose, or become the person God created you to be. In this episode of Ruck’s Place Podcast, we talk about what it really means to come to terms with YOU—not the version of yourself you think people want to see, or the man or woman in your dreams. Coming to terms with your reality is a gift it seems today. Not many find accept this 100% Self Responsibility is inevitable  Because freedom begins when you stop trying to become somebody else and accept the responsibility of becoming your best self. We Know The Price of Everything But The Value of Nothing
2026/09/05
Send us Fan Mail Do you know the value of what you have? We spend so much time measuring the price of things that we sometimes forget their true value. Money matters—but so do relationships, our environment, the people we surround ourselves with, and most importantly, our time. This week on Ruck’s Place, we’re talking about the difference between price and value and why true wealth goes far beyond money. Know the price. Understand the cost. But never forget the value. The AI Overlap Is Real
2026/08/29
Send us Fan Mail The age of AI is upon us and has overwhelmed an entire generation. The idea of having a advanced society run by the pillars of technology seemed to be a great idea in the beginning. The advances in our society that a some point turned toward the ideal of convenience in almost everything we do has really taken a negative turn in many ways. The generations presented with the pacifiers for life, cellphones, pads, plugs, screens almost from birth has had an impact on our over society that is alarming. The introduction to AI has deepened the wounds to the body of people that collectively make up our society. The age speed in our computing took us by storm with software developers competing to deliver the fastest computer startups and connection to the internet was not enough. The quicker delevery of goods due to advances in logistics feed into the convenience idea. It all worked well to a certain extent. The robo dialers and robo assistants drove many of us to no end of frustration. No human being to answer my distress calls after the overseas call centers proved to be a complete mess for lack of a better term. Apps ruled the day with offers of service product and challenges to be addressed by no one on the any end after consumption and usage went bad. Then the motherload drop on us in the form of artifical intelligence. AI. At current time we are dealing with a system of systems that are intertwined and tangling as fast as I am writing this blurb. Houston we have definitely got some problems with not answers or solutions in sight. The overlap a pool once emptied, filled collectively by everyone who decided to add to the it has now turned on all of us. Listen to this episode and see exactly what I mean and I hope to hear from you all soon. We have some taking to do y"all as AI gives us back exactly what we gave it for free.  Thanks for listening  Chuck Rucker Ruck's Place Podcast  Support the show

2026/07/11
Send us Fan Mail Ruck's Place Friday Drop Pain is something we all experience—but what if it isn't the enemy? What if it's the invitation to grow? This week, I share a conversation with a young home inspector that challenged my perspective on pain, mental resilience, and why the same struggles that fuel one person can stop another in their tracks. We also dive into how technology, gaming, social media, and our phones have quietly reshaped our relationships, leaving many of us more connected digitally but more isolated than ever. Has the digital world pulled us away from the real human connections we were created for? And are we beginning to see a shift back toward face-to-face community? This episode is about growing pains, hope, resilience, and choosing a fuller life beyond the screen. If you've ever struggled, felt isolated, or wondered how to turn pain into purpose, this conversation is for you. This is an episode you don't want to miss Support the show
