We’re back. This is the first episode of The Buffalo Berke Boys since Papa passed. For three years, this pod was me and my dad — Papa Dickie — talking Bills football the way Bills fans actually do: loud, emotional, occasionally crude, and never subtle. If he were still here, he’d be unloading a 1,000-word Facebook post right now. So instead… I hit record. In this episode, I react to the Bills firing Sean McDermott and promoting Brandon Beane — a move that somehow managed to be bold, confusing, and trust-destroying all at once. Here’s the twist: I’ve wanted Sean McDermott fired for years. I’m fine with the what. I’m furious about the how. And I’m not buying the idea that roster construction had nothing to do with this. When you have Josh Allen, “close” doesn’t count. Super Bowls do. And now the Bills have officially entered the no-excuses, no-margin-for-error era. This one’s honest. It’s heated. And Papa would’ve loved it. Always and forever — GO BILLS.

Adam talks about the Bills releasing punter Matt Araiza TWO DAYS after a civil lawsuit was filed alleging he and two other current and former San Diego State football players gang raped a minor.

Brandon Beane goes all-in and signs Von Miller AND O.J. Howard. Von is the missing piece. BILLS TO THE SUPER BOWL !!!!!!!! P.S.  Miller is a blast from the past for the Bills, and fulfillment of something that close to happening 12 years ago. The team held the No. 3 selection in the 2011 NFL Draft, and for much of the offseason, they thought they would be getting Miller with that pick. The Broncos changed course and selected Miller ahead of defensive tackle Marcell Dareus, and the Bills wound up taking the latter. It took awhile, but the Bills finally wound up with Miller.

Masks are now optional in Charlotte schools. Well...not right away, but in 13 days. And schools will be going mask optional 9 days after ther est of the county. And finally, to keep the insanity going, the kids will still have to wear masks on the bus (as per the TSA). Folks, it's THE SCIENCE ™️

Papa and Adam have a bit of catharsis discussing the Divisional Round game against the Chiefs. They talk about Bills free agents and finish with a fearless prediction of Super Bowl LVI.

Josh Allen is back in the saddle after he rips the foreskins off the Football Team's D. 

The Bills destroy the Dolphins. Again. Josh is now 6-1 against Miami, he's their daddy. Papa and Adam give their instant reaction on this beautiful win against the hated Fish. GO BILLS 

Definitely not the start we wanted. Bills lose to Steelers 23-16, after winning at halftime 10-0. Bills were 10-0 last year when winning after three quarters. This year we're 0-1 :(
