On this episode Roz vents a bit about her frustrations with her country, and how the movements of Mars can sometimes be a catalyst for violence and how this Mercury retrograde had us talking about divisive topics. Greetings listeners! So much change to the point where I've even changed the image logo again so you can see my beautiful countenance. haha kidding. But thanks to Katherine my guest on the last episode who created the new logo for me. Not so comfortable for a Libra but in Aries season it's good to show up for yourself. We've got lots of opportunity for that during this season as planets move into Aries, just watch your temper! (Oh too late?) Hopefully, Venus in Pisces will give you the opportunity to send those loving vibes to those you've been short with. We're three months into 2022 and I gotta tell you, the astrology was correct, these first few months have been a rollercoaster! To celebrate Women's History Month I wanted to kick off my series on healing through art and how it's connected to a spiritual awakening. I am so fortunate that my good friend and artist, Katherine Brannock agreed to talk with me about her journey and how art gave her mind the strength to come to terms with the abuse she received as a child.  She is currently focusing her efforts on developing new and exciting intellectual properties, designed to alleviate symptoms arising from Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, otherwise known as CPTSD. Her first book series: The Adventures of Someday Mouse; is an affirming work of art and literature intended to inspire everyone to seize the preciousness in every moment. It is appropriate for all ages and can be found on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok @SomedayMouse. Her latest intellectual property, The Weikenings, is an autobiographical, alphabetical allegory for dissociative amnesia. One of the outstanding features of this project is the meticulously crafted creatures called weikenings. They not only represent beacons of hope and incremental progress, but they dually act as a cathartic tool for Katherine to process her own trauma. Hi Friends! Happy Pisces Season! With Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces, we should be seeing lots of high vibing creative energy being produced with a dash of spiritual healing. This energy with the 222 portal energy of the year, is asking us to let our egos go and connect with others on a higher level. We also have a magical new moon on March 2, where some wishes may actually be granted--you've been working hard so you deserve a reward! Finally, the full interview with my pals Lianne and Joseph aka The Spirit Nerds, tell me their spiritual story and I also share a bit about mine. We talk about the science and spiritual connection, and how to discern between helpful energy and entities that aren't as good for us.
