In our third message on Exodus, we look at how Israel as a people were Delivered by the Lord. Israel was saved as a nation and brought out of the bondage of Egypt. This historical event stands with typical significance of the believer's redemption from sin by the blood of Christ and by the power of God.

We begin looking at Israel's deliverance out of Egypt and note a contest between Pharaoh and Moses. There is a series of meetings and miracles, and God delivers Israel out of the land of Egypt, with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm.

We begin with the overview of Exodus and make some observations of this Book of Redemption. By considering the biblical type in Israel's deliverance from Egypt, we see the believer's deliverance from sin by the blood of Christ, and by the power of God.

We look at the second major division in the first book of the Bible, Genesis 12-50. We trace the movements of the book by following four people- Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph.

We begin looking into the outline of Genesis. in the first eleven chapters we have God's created People and beginning with chapter 12 to the end of the book, we have God's Chosen People, or the Hebrew family which began with Abraham. This is the book of beginnings, and what a beginning it is for the Bible-

We continue looking at observations in Genesis, and not that it is not only a book of Creation, of generation, degeneration, but also of regeneration. This is what fallen man needs - the life of God-

Genesis is the book of beginnings, the seed plot of the Bible, and if you will accept the first verse of the Holy Scriptures, you will have no problem with the rest of it. Man has a Divine Creator, and to Him we are all personally accountable- Hallelujah, this same God, the one true and living God, has provided Himself as the Lamb which takes away the sin of the world. What a Savior is the Lord our God-

We continue introducing our Bible survey by considering God's Word as it is, One Book, in Two Testaments. There is a wonderful unity in the Scriptures, and it is a progressive revelation of God's divine plan and purpose throughout the ages.

We introduce a new sermon series, in which we intend to survey every book of the Bible beginning with Genesis and ending with the Revelation. This message considers the survey done by the Master Preacher Himself, as our Lord Jesus expounded the scriptures on the road to Emmaus.

We conclude our series on the unsearchable riches of Christ with a second message, giving only a peak to the glorious truth of the Second Coming of Christ with HIs saints to the earth. Truly, He is coming again in power and glory - every eye shall see Him, and the kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him. Jesus Christ the Lord is coming to judge and to make war upon the earth. He who came as Savior the first time, is coming back the second time as the Sovereign- Even so, come, Lord Jesus- Amen.

We conclude our series with a sermon looking briefly at the Second Coming of Christ. The message is more a declaration of The FACT and TRUTH of His coming than an explanation of the FACTS and EVENTS of His coming.

We close out our thoughts on Christ and the Church. Throughout all ages, world without end, God will be glorified in His Church.
