RFA boys lacrosse coach Guy Calandra joins us to tell us about his team. We also check in on the girls lax team, softball and baseball.

Joining us by phone is RFA head softball coach Jerry Closinski to talk about the team, which is 4-3 and is looking to break back into the win column Thursday. We also catch up on RFA baseball and boys and girls lacrosse.

We're joined on the phone this week by RFA head baseball coach Evan Howard, who breaks down the team's 2-0 start and tells us about the team's offense and defense. We also talk about RFA softball's 4-0 start (and are hoping to talk to coach Jerry Closinski next show). There's also a Utica Comets update as the season draws to a close this weekend.

The high school football season is over so we recap week five and each team's season. Two local teams -- VVS and Westmoreland-Oriskany -- went 5-0. There's a Utica Comets update too.
