The prophetic picture of the Passover calls for the people of God, not only to kill the lamb and get under the blood, but to consume the lamb. When combined with various New Testament passages, this idea has imposed an incorrect assumption upon the nature of the Lord's Table observance. We talk about it.

Last time we explored God's commands regarding observance of the Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread. This week we explore the prophetic significance of those Passover observances.

For those who are not a part of Legacy, this message is very personal following the loss of a young congregant. It is for this reason we exhort you to be a part of a local church: because there is only so much the internet can supply to your spiritual walk.

Today we begin our exploration of the 10th judgment against Egypt. Egypt will bear the weight of the judgment, but the instruction about it is given to Israel surrounding the Lord's Passover. Today we explore those instructions, which lay the foundation Israels' historical future, and the Church's prophetic future.

Paul was compelled by love to correct the church in Corinth. He did this to love them, not grieve them. He did this in love, not vengeance. From this we can learn many lessons.

In Exodus 11 the 10th and final judgment of God upon Egypt is announced. Egypt has now passed the point of no return. There is now no room for repentance. In out time together we think of this idea of a "point of no return".

Paul said that his ministry to the church was in "simplicity and godly sincerity". Today we consider how it is we too can minister to one another in this way, to the glory of God.

Judgments 5-9 upon Egypt are much more devestating than those to this point. As God judges them, He reflects an important element of his character that we consider: those that are judged, are those who do not fear God.

There were 19 Greek text fragments found in the NT caves. In 1972 they 10 were reliably identified as NT fragments...we talk about them.

As Paul exhorts the Corinthians regarding God's comfort, he uses an example from his own life of great trouble in Asia. Today we discuss what we might believe that trouble was, and we learn lessons from it about our days of comfort.

Today we explore the 4th judgment of God against Egypt in the Exodus. In this judgment God sets the nation of Israel apart from Egypt, continuing to afflict the Egyptians while sparing the children of Israel. We talk about why, and draw application both regarding Israel, and the church.

God is able and willing to comfort His children in their times of suffering. Beyond this, God comforts His children for a reason: that we may be able to comfort others; and if there is a purpose for the comfort, then there must be a purpose for the suffering as well. We talk about those purposes.
