Healthy Aging for Women: What to Check in Your 40s and 50s 💜
2026/10/16
Live and Learn with Katie, Learn Something New! What if the biggest signs of aging aren't the wrinkles you see in the mirror, but the changes happening inside your body that you're not paying attention to? 💜 In this episode of Live and Learn, Katie sits down with Barbara Purdom, board-certified holistic health practitioner and founder of RevitaLife, to explore what women may be overlooking as they age and why healthy aging goes far beyond skincare and hair products. From fatigue and brain fog to hormonal changes, muscle loss, and changes in your skin and hair, Barbara shares what deserves more attention as we get older. ✨ She also challenges some common spending habits, including expensive skincare routines and supplements, while discussing preventive screenings, nutrition, movement, and how to advocate for yourself when something doesn't feel right. 💭 Are you spending money trying to look younger while overlooking what your body actually needs? This conversation might change what you pay attention to and what you stop spending money on. #HealthyAgingForWomen #WomensHealthAfter40 #MOMnation Connect with Barbara Purdom of RevitaLife: 🌐 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61555038594324 🌐 Website: https://revita-life.com Connect and follow us: 🌐 https://www.facebook.com/MOMnationUSA ✨ This episode is prerecorded. ✨
Your Low-Carb Diet Might Be Backfiring in Perimenopause 🚨
2026/10/14
Health and Fitness with Erin Still cutting carbs because it worked in your 20s and 30s? 👀 If fat loss feels harder now, cravings are louder, and your energy is dragging, Coach Erin says more restriction may be the exact wrong direction. In this episode of Energy Shift With Erin, Coach Erin McDonald of 8 Wellness Collective breaks down why crash dieting, extreme calorie cuts, low-carb diets, keto, carnivore, and aggressive fasting can become harder to sustain as women move through perimenopause and beyond. She explains why adequate food, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, muscle-building, and more consistent nutrition matter when your goal is better body composition without living in an endless restrict-and-rebound cycle. If your default response has been to eat less every time progress slows, this episode may completely change the way you approach your next fat-loss phase. Connect with Coach Erin McDonald: Website: www.8wellnesscollective.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ErinNichole002 Connect with MOMnation: www.direct.me/momnationaz #PerimenopauseNutrition #MidlifeWeightLoss #WomensWellness
How to Research an Elected Official Who’s Running Again in AZ
2026/10/12
Arizona State and Local Government Without the Overwhelm If someone is already serving in office and asking for your vote again, there is something a first time candidate does not have yet: a public record. But where do you find it? And once you do, what are you actually looking at?In this episode of Kate48, I sit down with Arizona State Representative Stacey Travers to learn how regular Arizona voters can research someone who is already serving in the Legislature. We talk about where to find a legislator’s record, how to look up bills they have sponsored, what prime sponsor versus cosponsor actually means, what committee assignments can tell you, and how to find voting records. But we also get into something I found especially interesting: a single vote does not always tell the whole story. Stacey explains why the actual language of a bill and unintended consequences can matter when you are trying to understand why someone voted yes or no.We also talk about campaign promises versus actually governing, what questions voters should ask someone seeking reelection, how to research an incumbent when you only have a few minutes, and why asking “How are you actually going to do that?” can be one of the most useful questions we ask a candidate. This is not an endorsement of Stacey or any political party.Kate48 is about making it normal again to ask questions, seek information, understand how our government works, and make our own informed decisions. If politics has ever made you feel like everyone else somehow knows something you don’t, this conversation is a good place to start.Connect with Stacey: https://www.traversforaz.com/Connect with Katie: https://www.evoaz.com/katie-halle-lambert/This is a pre-recorded video. Why Your Paycheck Disappears Before the Month Ends 💸
2026/10/09
Make Dollars Make Sense Ever look at your income and think, “I should have more money left than this”? 💸 In this episode of Make Dollars Make Sense, Katie Halle Lambert, Trudi Kayser, and Jenn Stone unpack why a paycheck can look great on paper but still disappear faster than expected. From subscriptions and convenience spending to commissions, overtime, school costs, holidays, car repairs, and other expenses that keep coming back, the conversation gets real about what a monthly spending plan actually needs to include. You’ll hear practical ways to track where your money is going, plan around inconsistent income, and prepare for expenses before they turn into financial stress. 💰 They also dig into why keeping more of what you earn takes more than writing down a budget, plus how separate savings accounts, percentage based planning, and intentional money habits can make managing everyday finances feel more doable. If you have ever wondered where your money went even though the numbers looked fine, this conversation will give you plenty to think about. ✨ Your money needs a plan before it arrives, not an explanation after it disappears. 💵 #SpendingPlan #MoneyManagement #BudgetingTips Connect with Trudi: https://www.facebook.com/trudi.kayser Connect with Jenn: https://www.facebook.com/jenn.stone.31 Connect with Katie: https://www.katiehallelambert.com/ Tune in now on YouTube (@momnationUSA) or your favorite podcast platform under MOMnation Talk Radio. Why You Keep Repeating the Same Patterns With Different People 👀
2026/10/07
Health and Fitness with Erin What if the thing keeping you stuck isn’t what happened to you... but the patterns you’re still carrying because of it? 👀In this episode of Energy Shift With Erin, Coach Erin McDonald and Miranda Rae get real about self accountability, people pleasing, boundaries, relationships, identity, and the difference between talking about healing and actually changing how you show up. They unpack what it can look like to recognize old patterns without dismissing what happened to you, and why support should help you move forward, not keep you replaying the same story. From dating and divorce to friendships, health, food, confidence, and learning to speak up when something feels uncomfortable, this conversation asks one big question: What do you actually want, and are your choices helping you become that person?Connect with Coach Erin McDonald:Website: www.8wellnesscollective.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/ErinNichole002Connect with Miranda Rae:https://herecomesthesunshine.com/Connect with MOMnation: www.direct.me/momnationaz#SelfAccountability #HealingJourney #PeoplePleasing

Her Inner Circle: Pull up a chair, girlfriend, your circle is waiting Losing a close friend can shake your world in ways you never expected. 💔 That grief can touch your routines, your memories, your identity, and the parts of yourself that only that person truly knew.In this episode of Her Inner Circle, Katie and Jenn Stone talk about grieving the loss of a friend, supporting their loved ones while navigating your own grief, and what to say when there really are no words. They also explore why relief, anger, confusion, and even fear can all be part of grieving. Most importantly, grief doesn’t have to mean leaving the friendship behind. ❤️ There are meaningful ways to honor that person, carry the connection forward, and give yourself permission to grieve in your own way.Grief is love that still needs somewhere to go. 🫶#MOMnation #GriefSupport #GrievingAFriendConnect with Darien:https://www.facebook.com/darien.basilConnect with Jenn Stone of Finishing Well at EOL, LLC:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61557273786437Connect with Katie:https://www.facebook.com/KatieHalleLambertJoin Jenn Stone, CEOLD, in Life Support: A Sacred Space for Grief and Growth, a unique group that gently holds space for grief while inviting healing, reflection, and personal growth:https://www.facebook.com/events/4658477021137198/Tune in now on YouTube (@MOMnationUSA) or your favorite podcast platform under MOMnation Talk Radio. Why You’re Suddenly Losing Patience During Divorce. Understanding What’s Underneath ❤️‍🩹
2026/09/28
Untying the Knot, Supporting Women through Divorce and Beyond Why can a sink full of dishes, a tough parenting moment, or one more small problem suddenly feel completely overwhelming during divorce? 💔 On this episode of Untying The Knot, Katie Halle Lambert and Miranda Rae sit down with Sadia Hameed to explore grief during divorce and why the emotions we carry from both major losses and everyday experiences can affect how we respond to life. Sadia shares her perspective on “big G” and “little G” grief, emotional awareness, curiosity, forgiveness, and learning to recognize what may be underneath anger, anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm. 🌿 The conversation also explores what it can look like to acknowledge difficult emotions without handing them to the people around us, especially while parenting through a major life transition. If you’ve ever wondered why you can handle the big things one day but feel completely undone by something small the next, this conversation may give you a new way to think about what you’re experiencing. ❤️ You’ll also hear practical reflections on becoming more curious about your emotions, making space for grief and joy at the same time, and finding ways to reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to have every emotion figured out to start getting curious about what it may be trying to tell you. ❤️ #DivorceHealing #GriefDuringDivorce #EmotionalHealing Join The Divorce Community on Facebook: 👉 https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1C8ov42WUT/ Connect with Miranda here: 👉 https://herecomesthesunshine.com/ Connect with Katie here: 👉 https://facebook.com/KatieHalleLambert Connect with Sadia Hameed: 👉 https://www.sadiahameed.com/ Join the Hear & Clear event in October and let’s release all these heavy stuck emotions together! Looking Beyond Labels in Arizona Politics
2026/09/25
Arizona State and Local Government Without the Overwhelm For a lot of us, politics can feel like there are only two choices, Republican or Democrat. But that is not the whole picture in Arizona. In this episode of Kate48, I sit down with Anthony Ramirez, a candidate for Arizona State Senate in Legislative District 12, for a conversation about what it means to run outside the traditional structure and why voters may want to look beyond a party label when researching candidates. Anthony talks about why he chose this path, some of the hurdles candidates outside the two dominant parties can face, what it means when a candidate says they will not automatically caucus with one side, and how the process can look different for candidates who are not running through the traditional Republican or Democratic structure. This is not an endorsement of Anthony or any political party. Kate48 is about helping Arizona families better understand how our system works so we can ask better questions, find reliable information, and make our own informed decisions. One of my biggest takeaways is that a party label is only one piece of information about a candidate. So where do you actually go to find out who is running? The Arizona Secretary of State’s 2026 Election Information page has an official Candidate Listing page. Arizona Citizens Clean Elections also has a Find My Candidates tool where you can enter your address and see candidate information specific to your area. Candidate profiles there are optional, so it may not include every person who will appear on your ballot. If you are trying to learn more about a candidate, start there. Then look at candidate websites, social media pages, interviews, debates, public records when available and multiple sources before making up your mind. The goal is not to tell you who deserves your vote. The goal is to make it easier to figure out who your choices actually are and give you a better starting point for researching them yourself. Connect with Katie: https://www.facebook.com/KatieHalleLambert This is a pre-recorded video. Allie Got Clean, but That Was Only the Beginning ❤️‍🩹
2026/09/18
From The Heart, Inspiring Stories told by Inspiring Women Getting clean saved Allie from one life. Learning to love herself meant facing everything she could no longer escape. ❤️‍🩹 In this episode of From the Heart, Katie Halle Lambert and Allie return to the story that did not end with sobriety. Allie opens up about the years she describes as being a "dry addict," the debilitating pain and depression that followed a serious fall, the moment she considered whether she could keep living that way, and the decision three years ago to ask a therapist to teach her how to love herself. She shares how therapy, coping skills, grounding, breathing exercises, boundaries, and changing what she consumes helped her begin responding to life differently. Today, Allie can see joy where she once struggled to let it in. Her story is a raw look at the difference between surviving, staying clean, and doing the deeper work of learning how to actually live. In Allie's earlier From the Heart conversation, she shares her journey from childhood trauma, homelessness, abuse, and IV meth addiction on the streets of Phoenix to recovery, healing, and rebuilding her sense of self-worth. Now 14 years clean, she reflects on forgiveness, shame, and learning that her past does not have to define her future: https://www.youtube.com/live/b-FiTL0q_bw Connect with MOMnation: https://www.facebook.com/MOMnationUSA #AddictionRecovery #SelfLoveJourney #MOMnation
Are You Eating TOO LITTLE to Lose Fat? 💪
2026/09/16
Health and Fitness with Erin What if eating less and less is the exact cycle keeping you exhausted, ravenous by the weekend, and frustrated with your body? 👀 In this episode of Energy Shift With Erin, Coach Erin McDonald of 8 Wellness Collective breaks down why chronically underfueling, aggressive calorie cuts, and the weekday-restriction-weekend-swing can make a fat loss phase incredibly hard to sustain. She walks through maintenance calories, moderate deficits, protein, strength training, and why protecting muscle matters when your goal is body composition, especially through perimenopause and beyond. If 1,200 calories, skipped meals, extra cardio, and constantly trying to “be good” have become your strategy, Erin is challenging you to look at the bigger picture: nourishment, consistency, muscle, and what your intake actually averages over time. Connect with Coach Erin McDonald: www.8wellnesscollective.com Connect with MOMnation: www.direct.me/momnationaz #FatLossForWomen #PerimenopauseFitness #BodyRecomposition
Are Viral Red Flag Videos Making You Doubt Your Relationship? 🚩📱
2026/09/14
Our Love Story, Q&A for Couples What if your relationship hasn’t changed, but your algorithm has changed the way you see it? 📱 Suddenly every habit looks like a “red flag,” every disagreement fits a label, and your feed keeps serving up more proof that you’re right. In this episode of Our Love Story, Katie Halle Lambert and Licensed Couples Counselor Dyanna Eisel unpack how viral relationship advice, confirmation bias, therapy-speak, comparison, and phrases like “if they wanted to, they would” can start shaping the story you tell yourself about your partner. They also talk about why a carefully curated 45-second Reel should not become the measuring stick for your real-life relationship. When the algorithm keeps confirming the same narrative, Dyanna says it can become harder to see the whole person in front of you. Sometimes the better question isn’t “What does social media say this means?” It’s “Have I actually talked to my partner about this?” Think you know what “gaslighting,” “narcissist,” “triggered,” or “trauma bond” actually mean? 👀 We refer back to this conversation about how casually throwing around mental health buzzwords can stigmatize real conditions, derail healthy communication, and turn behaviors into labels: https://www.youtube.com/live/HqbRfVOecJQ #RelationshipAdvice #TherapySpeak #SocialMediaRelationships Connect with Dyanna Eisel, Licensed Couples Counselor: www.dyannaeiseltherapy.com Connect with MOMnation: www.momnation.com ✨ This episode is prerecorded. ✨
