This episode really is just a free for all segment about self love and self esteem. I just wanted to talk about my personal experience with both and just have a conversation with you guys & myself.

A million dollar question that has been asked since before I was born. People are made into who they are on account of numerous things. Environment, family history, friendships, morals or beliefs. This episode is just to give my opinion on the topic and share some answers I received from Instagram.

I went on a hiatus and never really realized it. I'm back though and I'm so excited to share with you guys what's been happening in my life. This episode is one of many to come.. I wanted to use my voice and platform, to be able to stand with my people in a time of need. The world is aware of the wrongful death of George Floyd that was at the hands of a white cop. George wasn't the first and sad to say, we know he won't be the last to experience a wrongful death better known as straight up MURDER. Black people all over have taken a stand, used their voice, and began protesting. It's so much more to be covered but this is just the beginning, the revolution will be televised. We the people are tired and have had enough. NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE... BLACK LIVES MATTER TODAY, TOMORROW, AND FOREVER! 

Hey you guys, sorry for the spread out episode! It has been a year and 2020 has just started. It was just put on my heart to do this episode, I felt like it was very important. Mental Health is serious, do not take it lightly. With the way the world is operating and us being in our homes, a check-in is needed. It's important to take care of yourself mentally and not just during this time. When this is over, STILL TAKE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH SERIOUS. To many things go on in the world and adding the negative impact depression brings does not help! I gave y'all a nice break but now I am back honey! I was on spring break for two weeks and if you know, you know. The world is going through it so I briefly touched on the subject as well as others. This episode I wanted to speak on double standards. I'm not a fan of them and I know it's people who can relate. I think society has men and women seeing this image of what each gender can/can't do & it's not fair. I just wanted to give my opinion on the topic and let you all know where I was coming from.
