The mind of the traumatized person has many twists and turns it affects all parts of life but it does not have to control your life! I have had the most stressed-out clients this year! So many have been afraid of the future and the changes and things no one can control! As a therapist, I always work to ground my clients to the Here and Now not stuck in the past not freaked out by a future that does not yet exist.  I hope this podcast gives you some tools to stop the overwhelming thoughts of the future and learn to influence it by your focus on the HERE AND NOW.
