Brand new episode out now EP 206 Setting The Tone presents its President Blood Of Your Empire album review special with   Recently I had the opportunity to listen from front to back side to side the debut album from President Blood Of Your Empire.   Just in case you have been living under a rock for the last few years who are President and why the hype. Let’s run it back to Download festival 2025 a mysterious band name appears on a major festival line up, fans start to put together certain elements to try and work out who this band could be such as connections between bands sharing the same management etc fast forwarded to our first real look and hear what this band are about with the release of the debut single in the name of the farther in May and then before download festival the next release fearless,   Download festival 2025 would later become what is known as the band’s inaugural rally, which was shortly followed by president first headline rally, later in 2025 saw the release of the king of Terros ep followed by the band’s first tour   It’s been a fast rise for President and in my opinion, it’s been great to see something and hear something that’s sounds fresh and different, and honestly, I have not been this excited about a new project in a long while,   So why does Blood Of Your Empire matter, and why should you care, I start by someone I’m reviewing this as someone who loves music really loves music, I love listening to different genres, bands. The power of connecting to something or even making connections for life, the idea of being able to escape from reality for a period of time.   BOYE takes you on an emotional powerful journey of putting soundscapes, riffs and melodies together guided by playing on lyrical themes of religion, mortality, faith, it’s not afraid to take twists and turns along the way.   a stunning debut album to follow up on such a strong Ep, a great foundation to build on, my only criticism would be I want MORE while some will continue with their uneducated remakes like industry plant one for is for sure this President has many more terms to come.   FFO of Fightstar, Deftones, Tracks to have on repeat, Doom loop, Mercy, sleepwalking Check out the awesome video For Dark Haven https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMYl02RSHCo   purchase/stream Blood Of Your empire https://president.lnk.to/BloodOfYourEmpire   President Online https://www.facebook.com/presidentbandofficial https://www.youtube.com/@president_band https://www.presidentband.com https://www.instagram.com/presidentband/ https://www.tiktok.com/@presidentband https://www.threads.com/@presidentband Thank you once again to Hayley over at Good As Gold and Atlantic records, Future History Management  for their time and support with this You can find this episode and previous episodes from Setting The Tone in the below links  https://linktr.ee/SettingTheTone  Spotify https://open.spotify.com/show/6Jj9SsrXxve44839dptihN https://podcasts.apple.com/.../setting-the-tone/id1499390718  Google https://podcasts.google.com/?q=setting+the+tone  podbean https://Settingthetone2.podbean.com #Podcast #SettingTheTone #President #BloodOfYourEmpire  # AtlanticRecords #GoodAsGold
