I recently read an article, entitled “Sitting all day increases dementia risk — even if you exercise.” This caught my eye, because while I do like to exercise, I do sick quite a bit throughout the day. The article finds that sitting more than 10 hours a day does increase dementia along with a lot of other possible health issues.
