PVSP and Outer Roses get back together to follow up on their 2023 season predictions. As most know, the 2023 season was far under most people's expectations for the Timbers so most of the predictions are wildly incorrect (and shots might be consumed as punishment).  After defending some of their decisions, they move onto the 2024 season and some bold predictions are made based on they hype surrounding Phil Neville's arrival. The Outer Roses group gets back this week to talk about current transfer window progress and what other moves the team needs to make to feel comfortable going into the regular season. They wrap up by giving some early grades to this years transfer window and move on to talking about the finalized coaching staff for Phil's first year. This week, Aaron, Matt and Scott get back together to talk through all the new things happening around the PTFC world. They talk a bit about the Jesse Lingard rumors, Crepeau officially signing and where the team needs to add still this offseason. This week, Aaron and Scott get together to discuss the Timbers getting smashed 5-0 in Houston in one of the worst games in Timbers history. A byproduct of this is that the Timbers have moved on from 6 year head coach Gio Savarese. The two discuss the timing, the impact and what we'll see the rest of the season and some interesting comments in the press conferences around Gio's departure. The conversation switches gears into a bit of a look into the future and who might replace Gio long term. They wrap up by talking about the upcoming Cascadia Cup game with Vancouver.
