A Declaration of A Better Way
2026/07/07
This is my Declaration, on the 250th anniversary of the signing of the American Declaration of Independence, that by the standards set forth in that document, our government has forfeited its legitimacy. You can watch the video here, and read the full document here. If you would like to add your signature to the Declaration of A Better Way, please send me your full name and I will add it to the document. Things in Britain Are Worse Than Ever—So Why Is Rod Humphris So Optimistic?
2026/06/24
Back in 2021, pub-owner Rod Humphris gained notoriety for throwing (then Labour leader) Keir Starmer out of his pub in Bath, England. When I spoke with Humphris in the fall of 2024, he said that he was mourning for what Britain had once been, and he did not see things getting better any time soon. Nearly two years later, things are much much worse... and Humphris is much much more optimistic. Why?  In this heartfelt conversation, Humphris talks about what has changed for him—and what he believes has changed for many in Britain—and about what is required in order to create real change in his country.  Our conversation from 2024 is here. The Raven Pub can be found here. Rod Humphris fiction books can be found here
The Hows and Whys of Operating in the Private, with Common-Law Trust Solutions
2026/06/21
In this episode, I speak with Dave, from Common Law Trust Solutions (CLTS), about what it means to operate in the private, the benefits of doing so, and some of the pitfalls involved. We also talk about the "secured party creditor" process, its legal underpinnings, the pros and cons of going that route. Mostly though, we discuss the common-law trust, why it is important, and how to use it.  CLTS has been assisting those who want to operate in the private, to set up trusts to facilitate this, for many years. The company (itself a private-based organization) also offers members education and ongoing support, something that is rare in this space. And in this episode, Dave talks about their latest innovation: An AI platform that enables members to research questions regarding common law, or the operation of their common-law trust. (Full disclosure: I have an affiliate relationship with Common Law Trust Solutions.) You can find CLTS here. Disclaimer: None of this is to be taken as legal advice. (Image courtesy of Craiyon.com)
What's So Great About Lent? A Conversation With Domenic Scarcella
2026/03/18
For Domenic Scarcella, Lent is about “filling up, not giving up.” We talk here about what that means, about how technology makes it harder to have the spaces in our lives where we can experience the divine, and what we can do about it. We also discuss the meaning of “faith”, and address the question: “Do the means perhaps justify the ends?” We even grumble a little about “kids these days.” You can find Domenic’s writing and discussions on his Substack. His book—which I highly recommend—is “Good Neighbor, Bad Citizen.”
The Rules of Christmas
2025/12/23
As a special Christmas treat, I present here, my husband, reading "The Rules of Christmas"—which he mostly wrote. Don't just listen... be sure to follow them..."For your edification and clarification and the avoidance of any unpleasantness on this Christmas Eve and morn." You can read the Rules here. Or purchase a hard copy, here.
"Figure Out Where You DO Have Power" — A Conversation with the Tenth Amendment Center's Mike Maharrey
2025/12/10
I speak again with Mike Maharrey, National Communications Director for the Tenth Amendment Center.  In a world where it often seems that politicians and government agents are free to violate our rights with no consequences to themselves, I ask Mike whether he thinks we have any power at all to protect those rights. We talk about the Constitutional right of states to refuse to cooperate with Federal law; examples of localities doing just that; strategies the 10th Amendment Center is working on; how he thinks the recently enacted Federal restrictions on hemp products will play out; and most importantly... building local community. The Tenth Amendment Center is here, and the State of the Nullification Movement is here. You can find Mike on X. "Money Metals", for which Mike is an analyst and reporter, is here. And Harry Browne's book, "How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World" is here.
Dr. Jessica Rose, on the paper that could—or could not?—bring down the Covid vax makers
2025/10/12
A little over a week ago, I spoke with Kevin McKernan about the paper he co-authored with Jessica Rose and David Speicher, looking at DNA contamination, including SV40 promoter-enhancer sequences, in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid vaccines. In that episode, I asked Kevin whether the paper is enough to demonstrate fraud on the part of the vaccine manufacturers. This is important, because if fraud can be shown, these companies lose their protection from legal liability. In this episode, I speak with Dr. Jessica Rose about the paper. She explains what is needed to prove fraud, and why that is challenging, but also explains why there is a strong case for it. We also talk about the corrupt nature of the justice system, her own calculation of VAERS underreporting, and the preprint by Kevin McKernan that had just come out, showing "Hyperstimulatory N⁶-methyladenine (m6A) in residual SV40 plasmid DNA in mRNA vaccines"—and possibly more evidence of fraud. We also talk a little about the meaning of life, and Jessica's cat shows up near the end.  Again, the paper is here. Jessica's lay-person write-up of the paper is here. You can find Jessica on Substack, and on X. I spoke with Jessica back in May, about self-amplifying RNA. And my episode with Kevin, about the DNA contamination, is here.
Could this Paper Bring Down Pfizer? A Conversation with Kevin McKernan
2025/10/02
You've probably heard about the paper by David Speicher, Kevin McKernan and Jessica Rose, on the DNA contamination in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines. In this episode, I speak with Kevin McKernan about the paper, including the legal implications: Does it demonstrate fraud on the part of the manufacturers? It's kind of a big deal if it does, because that would void their liability protection provided by the PREP Act. ...which is why the paper is coming under serious attack. We talk about that too. I also ask Kevin if he thinks we are witnessing the collapse of "fiat science." And he's got a lot to say about that—including some practical ideas for building parallel systems for research and publication. I've spoken with Kevin about this in previous episodes, which you can find here, here, and here. You can read the paper here—I recommend downloading it, just in case. And co-author Jessica Rose did a great lay-person translation, which you can find here. Kevin's Substack—where he goes into more detail on the "PubSmear" attack—is here, and you can also find him on X.
From Hospital Nursing During Covid, to Building a Wellness Center — Angela Sheehan's Healing Journey
2025/06/19
In this episode, I speak with my friend Angela Sheehan, about her newly launched Ark of Wellness retreat center.  Angela was one of the first to question what hospitals were doing to patients under the Covid-19 protocols. She talks about that experience, and about her journey since leaving that job. We also talk about the new wellness retreat center she has just opened up in Kentucky, the Ark of Wellness. The Ark will be holding its first retreat later this month, from June 26-29th.  The Ark of Wellness can be found here. Angela can be reached at ASheehan11ATicloudDOTcare.
Does this Study Disprove an MMR-Autism Link? with Jeremy Hammond
2025/06/04
In 2019, a study from Denmark by Hviid, et al, purported to demonstrate that there was no link between the MMR vaccine and autism, even among genetically susceptible populations. The study was strongly critiqued at the time, and now, journalist Jeremy R. Hammond, along with Dr. Brian Hooker and Dr. Jeet Varia, has published a paper that addresses the serious flaws in Hviid et al, in the Journal of Biotechnology and Biomedicine.  I talk with Jeremy about Hviid et al, and about his own paper, and about the state of research into the connection between vaccines and autism more broadly. Links: Hviid et al. 2019 Jeremy's paper This article summarizes key points from Jeremy's paper: I discussed medical licensing with Jeremy here. Jeremy exposes the WaPo’s Lena Sun here. ...and the AAP’s “vaccines do not cause autism” claim, here. Jeremy's book, "The War on Informed Consent" is one of the most concise and informative works on the suppression of science and discussion regarding vaccines. https://www.jeremyrhammond.com/product/the-war-on-informed-consent/ You can find Jeremy here, and here.
What's So Scary About Self-Amplifying RNA? With Dr. Jessica Rose
2025/05/13
While the world is still coming to terms with the effects the mRNA products have had on those who have taken them — and on those who have not — something even more dangerous is being rolled out: Self-Amplifying RNA products. Canadian researcher Dr. Jessica Rose has dug deep into the topic. In this interview, I ask her to explain exactly what SA RNA is, how it is different from the mRNA technology, and why it could be dangerous. We also talk about shedding, from both SA RNA and mRNA, and about the actions each of us can take to protect ourselves, and keep ourselves strong and healthy in the midst of all this — quite frankly — lunacy. Dr. Rose holds a a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, a masters in immunology, a PhD in computational biology, and post-doctorate degrees in molecular biology and biochemistry. You can find her work on Substack, here and here. Some of her articles on self-amplifying RNA can be found here, here, and here. She spoke about the self-amplifying RNA technology at the National Citizens Inquiry in Vancouver, 2024.
Can you test your blood for mRNA contamination? Can you detox from it? I ask Sierra Hamm
2025/02/18
I speak again with RN and medical-freedom activist Sierra Hamm, about what's going on in the world of protecting the blood supply and helping folks to access blood that is not contaminated with the mRNA product. We discuss her organization, Reconciliation, and what it's been up to, as well as some legislation she's been helping to develop. We also talk about why blood banks are cracking down on directed donations, and what they really do with all the blood they are given! Most importantly, we talk about new developments in testing and analysis for blood contamination, and about possible detox protocols.  There's a lot to be worried about in this realm. Sierra's message here is: There is also lots of reason for hope! Our earlier interview is here. Sierra's organization, Reconciliation, is here. Links to some of what we discussed: Detox: Turn off the production of spike by getting rid of mRNA. Other detox protocols cannot turn off spike production but they can help get spike out. Testing: Sierra's blog post about this. History of delaying testing for contamination in the blood supply… leading to thousands of lives ended from blood supply. The hospital that shut down because they couldn't get enough blood – Yet here they are harvesting blood. International Gene Therapy Industry: DARPA Seeking gene editing pros. Blackrock has bought a blood bank and has $1.5 Billion set up for "new life sciences platform."  Could Blackrock be investing for CRISPR tech? When people come to grips with the massive bioweapon that was used against them... CRISPR gene editing companies are being traded on the stock market.  Assassinated Russian general had exposed gene editing facilities around Ukraine.
How Did We Get Here? The Pharma Takeover of Medicine, with Sarah Thompson
2025/01/29
As RFK Jr. is grilled by a roomful of politicians about his plans to re-shape public health agencies, I speak with classical homeopath Sarah Thompson about how we got to this point. We talk about the history of the political takeover of medical practice, education, and research, including the founding of the AMA and the economic incentives behind this power grab. We also talk specifically about homeopathy, and about the long-standing relentless assault on this particular modality by the medical establishment. We talk about the fundamental difference in paradigms between the two modalities, and why little sugar pills pose such a threat to mainstream practitioners and institutions. You can find Sarah here; Sarah is also on X; You can find Harris Coulter's Divided Legacy: A History of the Schism in Medical Thought, at the Brownstone Institute; Americans for Homeopathy Choice is here; I spoke here with economist Bob Murphy about getting the state out of health care; And I spoke here with journalist Jeremy R. Hammond, on the question "should medical licensing be abolished?"
Defending the Undefendable: Is the Federal Reserve the Good Guy Right Now?
2024/12/24
Tom Luongo likes to pull on threads. He keeps pulling no matter where they take him, even they lead places that challenge some of the most deeply held convictions of libertarians. In this episode, we talk (again) about Tom's view that – in this particular moment in time – we might want to be cheering for the US Federal Reserve, because it could be that it is fighting a beast that is much bigger, more dangerous, and has the potential to centralize power over our lives in ways that even the Fed cannot. Tom gives us some indicators to watch for in the coming months, that he says will support his thesis. Is Tom right? Listen to the episode and decide for yourself. You can find Tom here, where he hosts a podcast and produces an intensely well-researched and thought out newsletter covering financial and geopolitical issues of the day. He is also active on Twitter/X. My previous episode with Tom Luongo is here. And I appeared on Tom's podcast a while ago, here.
What Do You Do if You Need Safe Blood?
2024/12/24
In this episode, I speak with Dr. Clinton Ohlers, Vice President and Director of Media Relations for SafeBlood, an organization that helps to match donors with recipients in need of blood that does not contain components of an mRNA injection. We talk about why there is a need for "safe" blood donations, and how SafeBlood works. We also discuss the development of a test to determine whether or not blood has been contaminated by the mRNA product. We also talk about the impact of censorship and shadow banning, and about how you can help support the mission of SafeBlood, including becoming a member or a donor yourself. To learn more about SafeBlood, go here. SafeBlood is on Twitter/X. The article "Literally Criminal" is here. And Ed Dowd's book is "'Cause Unknown': The Epidemic of Sudden Deaths in 2021 & 2022 & 2023." Previous episodes and posts on the issue of getting mRNA-free blood, and creating a safe blood supply, are here, here, and here.
