Do You Want Him? | Sent (1)
2026/09/21
What does it actually mean to adore God? Psalm 27 gives us a picture of a man who didn't simply believe in God—David wanted to know Him, be near Him, seek Him, and experience His goodness. Adoring God is more than religious activity. It is a personal connection that begins to shape what we desire and how we live. In this message, we look at four ways adoration responds: sacrifice, sing, seek, and learn. The goal isn't simply to become better at doing Christian things. It's to know God personally, grow in our relationship with Him, and allow our love for Him to change our lives.
Growing or Drifting? | Steady (6)
2026/09/15
What does it actually take to stay steady as a Christian? Peter closes his second letter by bringing everything together: Christ is coming, false teaching is dangerous, Scripture is trustworthy, and believers are called to keep growing. Following Jesus isn't passive. We have to choose how we live, what we feed, what we believe, and where we place our trust. This final message in Steady challenges us to keep moving forward in our faith by learning more and leaning more—growing in our knowledge of God while becoming increasingly dependent on His grace.
What Will Last? | Steady (5)
2026/09/08
One day, everything around us will change. Peter reminds us that the return of Jesus isn't a possibility we can ignore—it's a promise we can trust. The world as we know it will not last forever, and Jesus will return as King. So how should we live today? This message challenges us to stop letting temporary things determine our priorities and to live with the future in view. Because when we know where history is headed, it changes how we live right now.
What if He's Late? | Steady (4)
2026/08/31
Jesus promised He would return—but what do we do when the waiting feels longer than we expected? Peter reminds us that God's promises haven't changed, even when circumstances make them difficult to believe. The return of Christ is certain, God's timing is perfect, and His patience is giving people more time to turn to Him. This message challenges us to hold firmly to God's Word, refuse to let doubt shake our faith, and live with confidence that Jesus really is coming back.
Christian Camouflage | Steady (3)
2026/08/24
Not everything that sounds good is good for you. Peter warns that false teachers will come into the church, and the danger isn't simply that they'll say something obviously wrong. They'll look like us, sound convincing, and appeal directly to the desires already inside us. In this message from Steady, we look at Peter's warning about false teachers, how to recognize their motives and methods, and why Christians must be careful about who they allow to shape their thinking. The question isn't just "What are they teaching?"—it's "Where are they leading me?"
Is Jesus Your King? | Steady (2)
2026/08/24
Peter knew his time was short. But instead of simply looking backward at his life, he looked forward—determined to leave behind a faith that would keep pointing people to Jesus. In this message from Steady, we follow Peter's journey from an impulsive fisherman to a mature, surrendered disciple. His life challenges us to ask what our own lives are becoming, what we'll leave behind, and whether Jesus is truly our King.
Are You Stuck? | Steady (1)
2026/08/10
Life is constantly changing, but God calls His people to remain steady. In the opening message of our study through 2 Peter, we discover that salvation isn't the finish line—it's the beginning of a lifelong journey of spiritual growth. Learn what it means to become more like Christ, why spiritual maturity matters, and how God uses everyday life to shape a faith that stands firm.
Who Decides? | Against The Current (4)
2026/08/04
Who gets to decide what's right and wrong? Our culture says morality changes with the times, but Genesis 3 reveals that this isn't a new debate. It's the oldest temptation in history. Satan's strategy has always been to convince us that we should determine morality for ourselves instead of trusting God's authority. In Part 3 of our Against the Current series, we'll uncover Satan's timeless playbook, see where our culture continues to repeat the same lies, and discover why God's commands aren't meant to restrict us—they're meant to protect us.
What Owns You? | Against The Current (3)
2026/07/27
What captures your heart, your attention, and your trust? Whether we realize it or not, every person worships something. The question isn't if you worship—it's what or who is worthy of your worship. In this message from our Against the Current series, we'll discover why the world constantly offers false promises through modern-day idols and why only the one true God has proven Himself worthy of our complete devotion. If you've ever searched for identity, security, or satisfaction in anything other than Christ, this message will challenge and encourage you to turn your worship back to the One who never fails.
Better is Coming | Against The Current (2)
2026/07/20
Fear dominates the headlines. Bad news fills our feeds. Uncertainty surrounds us every day. So why can Christians live with hope? In week two of Against the Current, we discover that biblical hope isn't wishful thinking—it's a confident expectation rooted in the finished work of Jesus Christ. When you know how the story ends, it changes how you live today.
Access Granted | Against the Current (1)
2026/07/13
The world says there are many paths to God. Jesus made a very different claim. In the first message of our Against the Current series, we'll discover why Jesus is the only way to eternal life—and why that's actually the greatest invitation ever offered. God isn't trying to keep people out. Through Jesus, He's inviting us home.
Just Like Jesus | Betrayed (6)
2026/07/06
Betrayal makes us want justice. Jesus responded with love. As nails pierced His hands and people mocked Him, Jesus prayed, "Father, forgive them." His love wasn't earned. It wasn't deserved. It was grace. This final message in the BETRAYED series challenges us to receive that grace personally and then extend it to those who have hurt us.
Protection, Not Punishment | Nathan Johnson
2026/07/01
Guest speaker Nathan Johnson brings a powerful message from Micah 3:8–12 titled "Protection, Not Punishment." Discover how God's warnings are not merely acts of judgment, but expressions of His love and desire to protect His people by calling them back to Himself.
He Knew | Betrayed (5)
2026/06/29
Jesus wasn't surprised by Judas. He wasn't shocked by Peter. And He isn't shocked by you. In this message from our BETRAYED series, we discover the incredible truth that Jesus knew exactly what was coming—and chose to love anyway. His love isn't passive, conditional, or earned. It's pursuing, forgiving, and relentless.
Still Holding On? | Betrayed (4)
2026/06/16
Unforgiveness feels justified. It feels protective. Sometimes it even feels righteous. But what if the person you're hurting most is yourself? In this message from our BETRAYED series, we discover how Satan uses unforgiveness as a weapon, why bitterness spreads far beyond us, and how God's path of forgiveness leads to freedom, healing, and peace.
