95. Discipline is DEAD, devotion is in. Here's how I rebuilt myself.
2026/09/22
Hey gang, WE READY TO LOCK IN?! This is exactly the episode you'll need. I talk systems, mindsets, community, reframes, but most importantly, my RAW personal journey of finding my footing to become somebody who actually *shows up for myself* every single day.
This is freshhh btw. Even three months ago, I was a lost, scattered puppy. Three months later now, I'm a *completely* different person. I share everything that changed, and why it worked, so you can apply it to YOU. :)
Tune in for:
Why I'm scrapping the word "discipline" for "devotion"The Four B's I'm locking in on for the rest of the yearBuilding systems that actually work with ADHD (not cookie cutter ones)My actual daily routine, down to the morning sanctuary and the two-day ruleComing off my meds and what changedHow my faith became the foundation of all of itFinding community and accountability without forcing old friendships to fitWhy 35% given fully still counts as 100%
If you're ready to do this generational lock-in right, hit play and let's do this together.

94. Being in a rut is just stuck energy — here's how to get out
2026/07/28
We all have bad days. If you're in one today, this one's for you :)
Let's talk through what actually causes a rut — burnout, loneliness in "lock-in season," stuck emotional energy — and the difference between processing it and just escaping it. Most importantly, how to process and release it healthily!
I'll also dissect why "protect your peace" should be taken carefully, signs in a rut you shouldn't take lightly, and why you should never, EVER ride through lows alone.
I hope this one hits home, in a good way 3

93. Why I stopped taking my ADHD medication after 2 years on Vyvanse
2026/07/13
YA'LLL this episode is one of the realest I've recorded in a while. I decided to stop taking my ADHD medication 2.5 months ago after 2 years on 20mg Vyvanse almost daily. Here, I share my experience with ADHD, getting diagnosed, my experience with Vyvanse, why I decided to stop and all of its effects on me.
This isn't medical advice, it's my anecdotal experience — but I hope it offers some perspective to those of you also on stimulant meds.
Also, let's harness the power of ADHD. It's not a disorder, it can absolutely be a superpower and I believe it is one of mine :)

90. Things I'm struggling with right now (your late 20s are effin' hard)
2026/03/05
Uncertainty. Pressure to succeed. Self-inflicted timelines. Imposter syndrome. Losing friends. Moving cities. Aging parents. Insecurities. Feeling behind. And of course, bills.
All while I'm sitting on a box because I haven't built my chair yet. In my new apartment. All. Alone.
I just turned 28, and things are effin' hard. I don't want to sugarcoat my struggles and pretend everything's amazing when I'm secretly trying to hold it all together.
And if there's anything I know about the late twenties from personal experience and my very own friends going through it in diff flavours... it's that this isn't uncommon.
But everything will be okay.
This episode is an outpour of vulnerability. I hope it makes you feel less alone. :)

89. I posted content every day for 30 days. Here's what I learned.
2026/02/07
#ExposureTherapy #FindingYourBrand
If you've been wanting to post content and grow your personal brand... this one's for YOUUU.
I've been posting IG Reels for the past month and a half, and though my goal was platform growth, it also took me on a WHOLEE personal growth journey — overcoming fears, revealing strengths, and rewiring the whole way I view content and expression.
I share my raw reflections here, incl:
How posting on IG became my most intense form of exposure therapyThe mindset shift that helped me reframe judgement for GOODWhat "failing publicly" taught me about confidence, growth, and self-trustHow I learned to see haters as a sign you're doing something rightWhy trying to pick a "niche" burnt me out — and what clicked insteadHow to create content as a multi-faceted personHow to balance authenticity with growthWhy expression is the ultimate cure to depression (I didn't have depression but you know!!)...and this is just the beginning.
Wherever you are in your journey — I'm rooting for you!!! :)

88. My autumn arc: how losing myself forced me to finally find myself
2025/11/25
If I told my January 2025 self everything that happened this year, she would definitely have a heart attack.
Because after an amazing 8 months of travels and highs, my life got shaken up. "Who's writing my life script?" I kept asking. Oh yeah, it's God. And I asked him to force me on my highest timeline, so He answered my prayers — painfully.
Shedding friendships, rediscovering my values, a one-way ticket, lots of tears... sometimes, it takes unexpected "loss" and to make room for breakthroughs and "kill" your old self for GOOD.
Nothing changes if nothing changes, so this time, everything changed. Tune in for the rebirth I needed, and how I'm re-writing my life with a level of clarity I never had before.
If you're navigating transitions or questioning what actually matters, I hope this episode makes you feel less alone. :)

87. Authenticity includes the good, the bad, the ugly
2025/10/20
Real isn't perfect, but maybe that's better. It's messy, it includes the trials behind the tribulations, it's struggling and being able to show it because it paints the whole picture.
Press play for a real asf Meg-Jayson conversation about the very art of embracing authenticity — the fears, the reframes, and why it's the only way to truly set yourself free.
Whether online or in person, in content or friendships, I share my struggles with authenticity, where it'd held me back, and where I intend to head.
Topics:
Why perfection kills connectionLetting go of algorithm anxietyThe power of showing your lowsAuthenticity as your natural people filterHealing with vulnerability and love

85. Crushing imposter syndrome: the identity-achievement gap
2025/09/06
Ever feel like you don’t deserve the job, title, paycheck, or platform you’ve worked your ass off for? It's that nagging voice that whispers “you’re a fraud” — aka, imposter syndrome. And spoiler: it’s not proof you don’t belong, it’s proof you’ve levelled up.
In this episode, I take you on a walk with me (literally) to unpack the psychology behind imposter syndrome — why your brain freaks out when your achievements outpace your self-image, how comparison traps and perfectionism fuel the fraud feeling, and what I’ve personally done to shut it down. From being the youngest in the room in my career, to stepping into leadership roles I didn’t think I deserved, to battling the inner critic around content creation, I share the exact mindset shifts and “reps” that helped me build real confidence.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re faking it, this one’s for you.
By the end, you’ll know:
Why imposter syndrome hits ambitious people the hardestHow to reframe it as a sign of growth, not weaknessThe simple practice of “reps” that rewires your confidenceWhy faking it isn’t fraud—it’s fuel
Imposter syndrome doesn’t mean you don’t belong. It means you’re in the right arena, and you deserve to be there!!

82. Buying a property 101: my experience becoming a first-time homeowner & landlord in Toronto
2024/09/07
If buying a home is in your twenties bucket list, this episode is for you! I went through the massive journey (and commitment) of buying my first condo, becoming a homeowner, and now landlord in Toronto — and spill all the deets in this highly requested episode.
Let's talk financing and preapprovals, condo shopping, closing, moving in, finding tenants, and SO much more; not to mention the decision behind buying in the first place, emotional turbulence faced in the process, and any + ALL things to consider to ensure you're making an *INFORMED* choice! Because if done right, this can set you up for a good chunk of your life (but if done carelessly, it can do the opposite).
This isn't professional advice, but rather, an unfiltered glimpse into my personal experience and what I'd tell my friends — ultimately, do your own due diligence, and don't forget to enjoy the process. It's one of the most rewarding experiences in your adult life.
