On Monday, May 25th, 2020, George Floyd was murdered after Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin kneeled on his neck, preventing Floyd from being able to breathe. Since then, the disturbing video spread like wildfire, and while unconscionable how someone could treat another human being so terribly, it was not surprising. This week, we were fortunate enough to have my friend Caoillin Tierney, a mental health awareness advocate and guru, shed light on mental health during the current social and political landscape.
