This next guest proves that Portuguese wine is worth the wait. Rodrigo Martins is a Portuguese wine maker based here on Portugal’s beautiful Silver Coast and had to wait before he could follow his dream of making his own wine, this is part of the reason why his delicious wine is called ‘Espera’ (wait in English). Our latest guests story is about survival to healing. This week Dylan is joined by Adele Perrenoud, born in Thailand, spent a large part of her life in Switzerland and now living in Portugal. In 2021, after a severe COVID infection, Adele spent two months in the hospital and 35 days in a medically induced coma. This experience transformed her relationship with health, resilience, and natural healing.
