Jeanette, Evette and Tina have some airplane stories you won’t believe. The divas react to the latest viral in-flight incidents, including what happens when you’re stuck in a window seat next to someone behaving badly, and what the protocol really is. Evette weighs in as a former flight attendant. They also talk about unaccompanied minors flying alone, how clean planes really are between flights, and why so many people don’t speak up anymore. Then it’s on to the good stuff: their latest Dallas finds. That means the happy hour at Valour in Victory Park, the old Hollywood movie themed Juliet (get the Brussels sprouts), Man Turkey and Soufflé. #JETSettingDivas #TravelPodcast #AirplaneStories #FlightAttendantLife #DallasEats #DallasHappyHour #VictoryPark #DallasFoodie #GirlsTrip #ShelettaMakesMeLaugh

High gas prices and pricey flights have the JET Setting Divas staying closer to home, and Dallas has plenty to explore. Jeanette, Evette and Tina talk road trip ideas, restaurants that close and rebrand under new names, and the wave of new upscale spots opening in Uptown. They share their favorite happy hours, from Lazy Dog’s reverse happy hour to J. Alexander’s, and the hunt for a true “Cheers” where everybody knows your name. Plus, one diva laces up roller skates for the first time in ten years with a 50+ group, and the fear of falling is real.

No passport needed this week. Jeanette, Evette and Tina stay close to home in Dallas, and the fun doesn't slow down one bit. First up, Minnesota's own Stokley takes the stage at Stonewater. He runs through his new music and the Mint Condition classics, and he keeps up with dancers half his age. The divas share their favorite parts of the venue, the rainy night that almost happened, and how hot it still is in North Texas this late in the year. Then Evette takes a party bus full of September and October birthday girls to Saddlerock Vineyards & Safari, a vineyard near Weatherford where you can go on a real safari. Safari dress code, treats, gifts, and wine from Tina's Traveling Vineyard: the ladies understood the assignment. Check out the photos on their Facebook and Instagram. #JETSettingDivas #Stokley #DallasTexas #TexasTravel #SaddlerockVineyards #GirlsTrip #ShelettaMakesMeLaugh

Would you take a vacation completely alone? Evette just did, and the JET Setting Divas are unpacking what it was really like. Tina, Evette, and Jeanette talk through Evette's solo cruise out of Miami, why she finally took the leap after watching other women do it for years, and what it taught her about traveling without a group for the first time. Plus, they catch up on Jill Scott's postponed Houston and Dallas tour dates, and the eternal question: do you wear the same outfit to the rescheduled show, or start over? This isn't just a trip recap; it's a real conversation about doing something for yourself, even when it feels unfamiliar. They also break down what you need to know before you go: parking costs, the best time to arrive, and why early morning beats the afternoon crowds every time. This week, JET Setting Divas (Tina, Evette, and Jeanette) are talking money, home dinners, and a restaurant controversy you need to know about. The ladies break down how they threw a five-course seafood boil at home for a fraction of restaurant prices, and dig into whether those trendy $30 prix fixe restaurant deals are actually worth it. Then they get real about the recent reports involving Texas Roadhouse and Logan's employees, and what it means to dine out as a Black woman right now: what to watch for, how to protect yourself, and why "do your research first" matters more than ever. This isn't just about saving money; it's about knowing where your money is safe to spend. Like and subscribe, and join the divas next Thursday for another destination. #JETSettingDivas #DiningWhileBlack #BlackWomenTravel #FoodieLife #RestaurantDeals #BudgetEats

The JET Setting Divas are back with a Dallas recap that has everything: courtside seats at Ice Cube's BIG3 tournament, celebrity sightings (hello, Clyde Drexler and Chad Ochocinco), and a parking lot mixup that turned into full blown drama. Jeanette, Evette, and Tina break down what makes the BIG3 different from a regular NBA game, debate whether 35 really is the new 40, then pivot to survival mode: Dallas hit 106 degrees this week, and these ladies have officially retired their patio wine nights for pool days and Walmart runs. It's basketball, heat waves, and grown woman wisdom, all in one episode.
