Gridiron Gurus | Week 7 Predictions (October 20th, 2026)
2026/10/20
Week 6 is officially in the books, and Terry and VT are back for another episode of Gridiron Gurus as the 2026 NFL season heads into Week 7. The Patriots are heating up, the Rams are falling apart, and VT couldn't be happier about it.
The Patriots win their third straight game, taking down the New York Jets 26-19 to improve to 4-2 on the season. Drake Maye continues to find his rhythm, although Terry has some serious questions about AJ Brown's inability to catch a football. Elsewhere around the league, the Panthers stun the Eagles in Philadelphia, the Browns somehow find themselves atop the AFC North, the undefeated 49ers keep rolling, and the Chiefs remain perfect despite an underwhelming offensive performance.
But the real highlight for VT? The Arizona Cardinals upsetting the Los Angeles Rams 18-16, dropping Los Angeles to a miserable 2-4. Between the Rams' struggles and the Eagles losing again, VT has plenty of reasons to celebrate. Unfortunately for him, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs are still undefeated.
Then it's time for Week 7 predictions. Can the injury-plagued Patriots survive a short week against the Bears? Will the Falcons hand San Francisco its first loss? Can the Seahawks pull off an upset against Kansas City? And are the Rams heading toward a complete disaster, or can they finally turn things around against the Raiders?
The guys also dive into some bigger questions around the NFL, including Bo Nix and the Broncos' struggling offense, the future of the Giants' quarterback situation, and whether the Rams' supposed superteam was ever really that super to begin with.
Finally, Terry bids an emotional farewell to his Cleveland Guardians after their heartbreaking ALCS elimination, just in time for the Boston Celtics to tip off their new season. And with Halloween right around the corner, the legendary Evil Dead 2 hat makes another appearance.
Week 7 is here. The Patriots are winning, VT is enjoying every second of the Rams' misery, and spooky season is still going strong. Groovy! 🏈🎃🔥
Gridiron Gurus | Week 6 Predictions (October 13th, 2026)
2026/10/13
Week 5 is officially in the books, and Terry and VT are back for another episode of Gridiron Gurus as the 2026 NFL season rolls into Week 6. And most importantly, the Evil Dead 2 hat has finally returned!
The Patriots absolutely dismantle the Las Vegas Raiders 45-17, giving New England its second straight win and bringing the team back above .500. Terry is starting to believe in Drake Maye and the Patriots again, while VT has plenty to say about another wild week around the NFL. The Jaguars stun the Eagles in London, the 49ers remain undefeated after taking down Seattle, the Packers embarrass the Bears, and the Lions bounce back with a much-needed blowout victory.
And then there's Monday Night Football. The Bills beat the Rams in an overtime thriller, giving VT yet another reason to celebrate the misery of one of his most hated franchises. Between questionable coaching decisions, missed opportunities, and another Rams collapse, there's plenty to unpack.
Then it's time for Week 6 predictions. Can the Patriots keep rolling against the Jets? Are the Jaguars legitimate contenders? Will the undefeated 49ers continue their winning streak? Can the Chiefs take advantage of the struggling Chargers? And will VT ever give Patrick Mahomes a single ounce of credit?
The guys also break their own football-only rule as Terry goes on an enthusiastic rant about his Cleveland Guardians making a run toward the World Series. With the Dodgers struggling, the NBA season right around the corner, and all four major sports overlapping, Terry couldn't be happier about the greatest time of year to be a sports fan.
Week 6 is here. The Patriots are heating up, the Rams are falling apart, VT is still miserable, and Terry's Evil Dead 2 hat is back where it belongs. Groovy! 🏈🎃

Gridiron Gurus | Week 5 Predictions (October 6th, 2026)
2026/10/07
Week 4 is in the books, and Terry and VT are back for another episode of Gridiron Gurus as the 2026 NFL season heads into Week 5.
The Patriots pull off their biggest win of the season, going into Buffalo and taking down the Bills 29-26 to get back to .500. Terry is feeling a little better about New England after a rough start, while VT somehow finds a way to turn a Patriots-Bills conversation into another Patrick Mahomes rant. The guys also break down the Browns winning their third straight, the Jaguars continuing to look like the real deal, the Panthers shocking Detroit, and the Rams mounting a comeback against the Eagles, much to VT's delight... and disgust.
Then it's on to Week 5 predictions. Can the Patriots keep the momentum going against the Raiders? Are the Browns actually good? Can the Saints hand Minnesota its first loss? Terry and VT disagree on Jaguars-Eagles and Bears-Packers, but they're both riding with San Francisco in a huge NFC West showdown against Seattle. And Monday Night Football gives us a potential Super Bowl preview with the Bills taking on VT's beloved Los Angeles Rams. GridironGurus_master GridironGurus_master
The guys close things out with the aftermath questions, including whether Buffalo's defense should be a legitimate concern, what's gone wrong with the winless Chargers and Texans, whether Minnesota is a true contender, and if the Lions' championship window is starting to slam shut. GridironGurus_master
Oh, and Terry forgot the Evil Dead 2 hat during spooky season. An unforgivable mistake that will hopefully be corrected in Week 6.
Week 5 is here. The Patriots have life, VT is still angry, and the NFL makes less sense by the week. 🏈🔥
Gridiron Gurus | Week 4 Predictions (September 28th, 2026)
2026/09/29
Three weeks into the 2026 NFL season, and the Gridiron Gurus are already losing their minds! Terry and VT are back to recap Week 3, make their Week 4 predictions, and question just about everything happening around the league.
The Patriots get absolutely embarrassed by the Jacksonville Jaguars, leaving Terry questioning Drake Maye, Mike Vrabel, and whether New England's success last season was all a mirage. Meanwhile, VT is having the time of his life watching the Patriots struggle, but nothing brings him more joy than seeing the Rams blow a 16-point lead against the Broncos. Naturally, this calls for another legendary VT rant.
The boys break down every Week 3 matchup before diving into a full slate of Week 4 predictions. Can the Patriots pull off an upset in Buffalo? Are the undefeated Raiders actually legitimate? Will the Chiefs continue their winning ways? And what happens when the Rams and Eagles face off in a game featuring two of VT's most hated teams?
Things get even more ridiculous as Terry shows off his new haircut, VT continues campaigning for his statue in Lexington, and the conversation somehow turns to Terry's imaginary date with his Tom Brady waifu body pillow.
Finally, the boys break their own no-cross-sports rule to discuss the upcoming MLB playoffs, World Series predictions, the return of basketball, and why this might actually be the greatest time of year to be a sports fan.
Week 4 is here, the Patriots are in trouble, VT is furious, and Terry's Evil Dead 2 hat is getting ready for its annual October appearance. Groovy!

The Jazz Journey with Doug Hall | Episode 10: Ian Macklin Sims
2026/09/23
On this episode of The Jazz Journey with Doug Hall, Doug sits down with rising musician, pianist, songwriter, and recent Berklee College of Music graduate Ian Macklin Sims.
Ian shares his musical journey from growing up in Southern California and beginning piano at just five years old to performing around the country as a teenager and eventually finding his way to Berklee College of Music’s Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice. Doug and Ian discuss the experiences, relationships, and musical influences that have helped shape Ian as a young artist.
The conversation also gives listeners a chance to hear two very different original compositions from Ian. “Puck’s Dance” showcases a lighter, playful side of his music, while “Regret” takes the conversation in a more personal and reflective direction.
Ian also reflects on the musicians and friendships that have influenced him, his time at Berklee, and where his musical journey may take him next. It’s a conversation with a young artist at an exciting point in his career, looking back at the experiences that shaped him while beginning to build the next chapter.
Gridiron Gurus | Week 3 Predictions (September 23rd, 2026)
2026/09/23
Week 2 is in the books, and the Gridiron Gurus are back to break down all the action before making their picks for Week 3 of the 2026 NFL season. Terry is feeling a little better after the Patriots picked up their first win of the year, while VT somehow survived a weekend where the Chiefs, Rams, Eagles and Bills all won.
The guys recap every game from Week 2, including New England’s defensive beatdown of Pittsburgh, Buffalo improving to 2-0, another rough showing from the Chargers, the Raiders continuing their surprising start, and the Chiefs escaping Indianapolis in overtime. Plus, VT hands out plenty of his signature 0/10 game ratings along the way.
Then it’s on to the Week 3 picks. Can the Patriots make it two straight? Are the Chargers already in serious trouble? Can Detroit fix its defense? Terry makes a bold Chargers-Bills pick, VT rolls with the Jets over the Lions, and the guys disagree on plenty more across the Week 3 slate.
And finally, we get to VT’s Aftermath Questions. And yes, “aftermath” technically means the consequences or end results of a disastrous event, which feels like a pretty appropriate way to describe the NFL season through two weeks. The guys dig into Drake Maye and the Patriots’ slow start, what’s going wrong with Justin Herbert and the Chargers, Green Bay’s issues, Detroit’s struggling defense, and whether Bryce Young might finally be turning the corner.
And, of course, VT is still waiting for his statue in Lexington.
Week 3 is here. Let’s talk football. 🏈
Talking Shit About Nothing | Episode 46: The Boston Trucker
2026/09/17
Jimmy and Richie welcome Mike, better known as The Boston Trucker, for a deep dive into the world of trucking.
Mike shares stories from 36 years behind the wheel, including growing up around trucks, driving coast to coast at 18, the old-school days of CB radio and truck stops, truck shows, owner-operators, crazy loads, road safety, and what life is really like behind the wheel of an 18-wheeler.
They also get into the weird side of truck-stop life, the evolution of trucking technology, engine brakes, GPS, Boston-area driving, and some stories that definitely sound like they belong on their own episode.
And apparently, there are plenty more truck-stop stories still to come...
Follow The Boston Trucker on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Gridiron Gurus | Week 2 Predictions (September 16th, 2026)
2026/09/16
Week 1 is officially in the books, and Terry and VT are back to recap all the action and make their picks for Week 2 of the 2026 NFL season.
The boys go game by game through a wild opening week, including the Patriots’ tough three-point loss to the defending champion Seahawks, the 49ers embarrassing the Rams in Australia, the Bills surviving a shootout with the Texans, the Bears dropping 59 points, and plenty more. VT also introduces his highly scientific game-rating system, where apparently almost every game sucks.
Then it’s time for Week 2 predictions. Can the Patriots bounce back against the Steelers? Are the Jaguars for real? Are the Raiders about to start 2-0? Are the Chiefs officially back? And how many teams is VT ready to declare completely dead after ONE WEEK?
We also get into some early-season overreactions and bigger questions around the league. Terry attempts to remind everyone that it’s only Week 1, while VT is already preparing for the worst possible combination of the Chiefs, Rams, Eagles and Giants taking over the NFL.
Oh, and VT still wants his statue somewhere in Lexington. Terry isn't convinced he deserves one yet.
Week 2 is here. The takes are getting hotter, the rage bait is already working, and we have a LONG season ahead of us. Stick around, subscribe, and enjoy the ride. 🏈🔥

Talking Shit About Nothing | Episode 45: The Buzz About Bees — Honey, Hives & the Bees of Lexington
2026/09/10
Jimmy and Rich welcome longtime Lexington beekeeper Alexandra Bartsch to the show for a fascinating conversation about honeybees, beekeeping, and the important role bees play in our environment.
Alexandra shares nearly 50 years of beekeeping experience, explains the differences between honeybees, bumblebees, carpenter bees, wasps and hornets, and takes us inside the incredible world of the hive—from queens and worker bees to honey production, pollination and the famous “bee dance.”
The conversation also covers local Lexington honey, harvesting season, why honey crystallizes, what bees do during the winter, how people can help protect pollinators, and the many products made from honey and beeswax.
Plus, Jimmy and Rich share plenty of laughs about getting stung, bee suits, 50,000 angry bees, “UFC” queen bees, carpenter bees spying on the neighbors, and Jimmy’s determination to become a beekeeper.
A fun, educational episode that will definitely leave you looking at the bees in your backyard a little differently.
Gridiron Gurus | Welcome Back & Week 1 Predictions (September 7th, 2026)
2026/09/07
The NFL is back, and so are the Gridiron Gurus!
Terry and VT kick off the 2026 NFL season by going through every Week 1 matchup and predicting who will come out on top. Gambling talk is officially off the table this season because VT remains convinced that discussing betting will eventually land the Gridiron Gurus behind bars.
After making their Week 1 picks, the guys look ahead to the season and break down their biggest surprises, potential busts, teams and players to watch, and finish things off with some way-too-early Super Bowl predictions.
Football is back. The predictions are back. And VT is doing everything he can to keep us out of federal prison.

Coaching By Jeannie | Episode 30: Align the Leader, Align the Business with Georges Hanna
2026/09/07
Recorded August 18th, 2026
Today's Guest: Georges Hanna
Today's Topic: Align the Leader, Align the Business
In 2013, Georges Hanna lost everything. The financial collapse forced him to confront more than just his business. It challenged his identity, faith, mindset, discipline, and the way he approached leadership.
Georges rebuilt from zero, not only financially, but personally.
In this episode of Coaching By Jeannie, Georges shares how that experience taught him that business problems are rarely just business problems. What is happening in a business can often be a reflection of what is happening within the person leading it.
Jeannie and Georges discuss self-awareness, personal transformation, resilience, and why growing a successful business sometimes starts with upgrading the person behind it.
Talking Shit About Nothing | Episode 44: The End of Summer
2026/09/03
Summer is officially wrapping up, and Jimmy and Rich have absolutely no intention of going quietly.
In Episode 44, the guys talk about Jimmy’s long-awaited vacation, blowing money at a carnival, getting ready for fall, football, the Red Sox, the Savannah Bananas, Halloween, reality TV, and Jimmy’s ongoing dream of becoming a reality-show star.
They also revisit the legendary corn-shucking challenge, discuss Jimmy’s plans for a tiny house in the middle of nowhere, bears, chainsaws, way too many animals, and one absolutely horrifying incident involving a customer who didn't quite make it to the bathroom.
It's another completely unplanned conversation about pretty much everything—and absolutely nothing.
