How to Stop Being Addicted to Your Phone (Without Quitting Social Media)
2026/10/02
Have you noticed your attention span isn't what it used to be? Same.
In this solo episode, I'm getting honest about what I've been noticing in my own focus, attention and constant need for stimulation. We're living in a whole new world of social media and endless distractions, and our nervous systems are feeling it.
We talk about:Why it's not just you, and why you deserve more credit than you're giving yourselfHow constant stimulation can leave us dysregulatedWhat it actually looks like to slow down in a world that never stopsHow to audit your habits and your relationship with your phoneThe boundaries I've set with my phone that are helping me feel calmer and more present
If you've ever picked up your phone without even knowing why, or spent an hour doomscrolling and lost track of time... this one's for you.
Fall Reset: Setting Intentions, Letting Go & Honouring the Season You're In
2026/09/17
On this episode I am diving into how to honour the season you're in both metaphorically and literally. Right now I'm in a rebuild era, and I'm learning how to move past fear while I build my life in my 30s - not exactly what I thought I would be sharing on my wellness podcast but I think it's important for you to know the context!
Now that the busy summer season is coming to an end, Fall feels like a long exhale and I am soo here for it. Fall is the perfect time to let go of what is no longer serving you, make space for what is, and allow your nervous system to feel safe as you slow down and be more intentional with you time and energy.
I share my favourite fall rituals and how to audit your routine to serve your goals, and a few tips to feel healthy and productive! Enjoy xx

Learn to Trust Yourself & Practice Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone
2026/08/25
Hii friends! In this episode, I’m sharing some recent thoughts on comfort zones, how to recognize when you’re playing it safe, and how to challenge yourself to step outside of what feels comfortable. I also chat about complaining, perspective, and answer some of your Q&A questions! I loved reading your questions and had so much fun doing this, so thank you 🥹 I hope this episode gives you something to think about and that you enjoy! xx
Moving Back Home in Your 30s Isn't a Failure (Breakups, Loneliness & Starting Over)
2026/07/30
This episode we're catching up on everything that's been on my mind and on my heart lately. I've been feeling a bit lonely after my breakup, and navigating what this new chapter feels like in my 30s when it comes to dating, building my business, trying to break patterns of boy dopamine, all while navigating my luteal phase... is just the raw, messy, beautiful reality of the season I'm in. If this is you too.. please say hi!
Warning that it's unfiltered, a little rambly, and you'll definitely hear some cars in the background... but it felt more important to share it than to make it perfect. So I hope you enjoy, maybe go for a HGW and it will feel like we're out for a walk together ;)

Why You Need a Summer of Yes: How to Feel Like Your Hottest Self, Stay Consistent & Actually Enjoy It
2026/06/28
This episode is your permission slip to make this your best summer yet and to say yes to more of what lights you up.
My "summer of yes" isn't about YOLO-ing recklessly — it's about saying yes in alignment to what I want to be experiencing more of. Doubling down on the habits that make you feel like yourself, chasing your glow up unapologetically, and knowing that confidence isn't a feeling you wait for. It's an action you take.
I'm covering compounding healthy habits, nervous system regulation, getting out of your comfort zone, body image and the inner critic, and why summer is actually the best time to commit to your health, not abandon it.
If you're looking for a sign to step into your potential this summer let it be this! Enjoy xx
And if you had to give your summer a title, what would it be? Let me know in the comments x

Stop Trying to Fix Your Body. The Truth About Body Image, Self-Trust & Feeling Confident
2026/06/10
Hi friends! In this episode I am sharing one of my wellness truths that I wish I knew in my 20s. Since turning 33, I have been thinking a lot about what I want to share with the world and who I want to help support, and a big journey of my early 20s was improving my relationship with my body.
I've been reflecting on the journey that shaped me most, which was learning to stop fighting my body and actually live in it. If you've ever looked in the mirror and felt like your body was the problem — this one's for you.
We're talking about body image, self-trust, and why the real work was never about changing how I looked, it was about changing how I thought. Enjoy xx

Your Nervous System Is Controlling Your Life: Breaking the Cycle of Self-Sabotage, Burnout & Fear of Change
2026/05/04
In this episode, I dive into how your nervous system is quietly shaping your entire life, from your habits, to your emotions, to your ability to grow and stay consistent.
I talk about why we often stay stuck in familiar patterns (even when they don’t feel good), and how nervous system regulation is actually the foundation for real change, not just motivation or discipline.
This is a reminder that personal growth isn’t just your mindset, it’s also about creating internal safety through your daily wellness habits so you can actually hold new identities, and feel comfortable in new experiences.
I share my own reflections on navigating dysregulation, life transitions, self-sabotaging patterns, and what it really looks like to rebuild stability from the inside out.
Who this is for: Anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck in self-sabotaging patterns, or navigating a life transition. Especially if you’re interested in nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, self-awareness, and building a more grounded approach to personal growth.
