In this episode, I talk about having a plan when you let a man back into your life. As I emphasized in past episodes boundaries are super important because they allow you to understand what you will, and will not allow with anyone new or old. When it comes to people from our past, we tend to forget the bad times we had with them, and only remember the good and that’s why we allow them to enter our lives again, and again. This episode is to give you an idea and a plan as to how you will need to change your mindset in order for you NOT to go through the same things you’ve been through with the person who you are allowing back into your life. People make mistakes and maybe they are not the same person they were in the past, but you can’t gamble your journey because we are supposed to be evolving AND learning from our mistakes, and not making them after we learned from them. You don’t have to be a bitch per se, but you do need to know how to handle certain people, especially if they have taken you for granted before, and you felt like in the past, you were putting more effort than the other person or not being treated the best. You are in charge of your life and only you know what you will allow, and what you want. Always have an EXIT strategy when it comes to people from your past because it allows you to let go of them sooner than later, when you understand that they are not meeting the criteria. 🥂🍾 This is your life you don’t have to put up with anyone! Most of us have been here, time, and time again, because we have not learned our lesson. As most of you know, life will keep throwing the same lesson at you if you don’t learn to evolve and grow from your past and that includes the same man that you are allowing to lower your standards as well as your value. I’ll say this again men will say anything to you to just see how far they can get with you, and that could be in the bedroom or just to see how far you allow them to use you in any way, or how bad you allow them to mistreat you. REMEMBER if you allow someone to mistreat you you’re only hurting yourself and showing others how to treat you and what you will put up with. If you put up with nothing then no one can ever lower your standards or decrease your value as a woman or as a person it’s time to stop crying and get back up and understand that if you don’t like the way that your life is going, you can always walk away and start over, if you’ve been going left for a long time, start to go right and change the way that you date the way that you allow others to treat you and increase your value by not putting up with the same things that you have always put up with. As loving as you are, you deserve the best because you are the best!! As much as I emphasize, valuing yourself and loving yourself, I also want to emphasize that the moment that you allow anyone especially a man to treat you less than you are, you have lost because you cannot take that image away ever again. The amount of times that I’ve allowed myself to devalue myself in front of a man has been the times where I lost myself the most. It cost me so much time and healing to get back to who I once was and who I am today. Life is way too short to have to deal with someone who truly doesn’t love you, love doesn’t hurt and you are not your past. Energy is always felt whether we know it or not. The way that we treat ourselves is the way that others will treat us the moment that you allow someone to disrespect you and get away with it they will continue to do so. Life is a beautiful journey that is filled with lessons that we must learn from and grow from.
