Hello friends!  Joe Rogan doesn't use that tag-line, so the guys are commandeering it.   Today, the guys are beyond stoked to have Steve Grau on, the CEO of Royal Ambulance.  His story and their discussion was nothing short of incredible.  Steve's story is truly remarkable - born in the Ukraine and ultimately starting and running an ambulance company in Silicon Valley. Holy cliff hangers.  Garrett and John left ya'll hanging with Dr. Lilja of the Offspring at the end of season 1.  Will they come back?  What happened to those guys? Turns out the guys had actual jobs with real work and needed some time to balance life as  podcast hosts downloaded almost as many times as Joe Rogan's and their actual duties working for the HCA San Jose Market.  Almost, John still can't do math very well so almost is probably more like to the tune of 1 download to everyone million of Rogan's, but, hey, it's a better ratio than before we started the podcast.  See?  Cause then it would be zero....Oh boy. Today, the guys sit down with Dr. James Lilja.  He is a gynecologic oncologist practicing in the Bay Area.  John was a little excited with this interview - explained below. In another installment of, "The Dirt" we have EMT Brian Newton.   Brian is an experienced EMT working in Santa Clara County, California.  He has taken on projects involving the EMS labor movement, boards of supervisors, county internships for public health - basically, if it involves EMS, Brian knows a thing or two about it.  And he isn't shy about sharing his thoughts nor were we shy in asking.  A great listen to learn about some of what goes on within EMS that aren't stories from the street.  But don't worry, we included a few of those too. Today, the guys sit down with Dr. Anup Singh.  He is an interventional radiologist at Good Samaritan Hospital.  What's an interventional radiologist?  Well, tune in to find out!  As a teaser, it is a sub-specialty in medicine where procedures that were once large surgical interventions are now minimally invasive.  GI bleeds, uterine fibroids, cancer, DVT and other medical issues can be treated by sometimes something as simple as the prick of the wrist.  Now, that is the 30,000 foot view - it is much more fascinating and a little more complex than that, and Dr. Singh delves in with passion, expertise, and even some humor.
