Season 3 Ep. 4.- My COVID Journey
2022/04/13
Honestly, this episode is one that I debated sharing with you all as it’s deeply personal. In the end my heart spoke and I knew I needed to share my journey with COVID to give a voice to all the others that are affected and dealing with “long haul” COVID effects.
It seems that everyone knows someone that’s been affected by COVID. I share with you my experience and the challenges I endured (and am currently still going through) in hopes of creating awareness and inspiring others to give themselves grace and to help others understand what life is like with long term effects.
3 tips for self care:
Know your body- You are an expert on youAdvocate for yourself- SPEAK UP if something is not rightHave a support system (family, friends, neighbors)Outsource tasks (house cleaning, meals, errands)

In this episode, I talk about how I feel like a failure, but also give you tips on how to circumvent those feelings. Give a listen and tell me what you think by leaving a 5 star rating, a comment and please don't forget to subscribe too!
