My manBen Kjar has been on the show before.  He's an international speaker, real estate genius, and father to 3 awesome little kids.  He was born with Crouzons syndrome, which left him with a deformed face.  He was told he would never be normal.  He learned to use his disability as a superpower, and he's gone on to do amazing things.  Today, we talk about the victor over victim mentality, and how we need to own our struggles.  It's ok to not be ok!
