Tenzing has an amazing story about how their brand started, and in this episode James talks to Tenzing's head of sport Minty, about natural energy and the challenges of educating people about natural energy and the benefits of drinking Tenzing over other more energy brands. Wild Training has stocked Tenzing non stop since we took deliver of the first branded Tenzing fridge in the UK, so needless to say James is a big fan of their product.

James sees Dave every week for a session to keep his body in the best form possible. Dave has also been a huge part of the amazing progress James has made since his elbow surgery. They discuss pain, injuries and how many are simply looking at the wrong thing, the wrong way.
