Chapter 17 - I Am a Witness - I Am a Witness The Search is Over | Dr. Kenny Russell
2026/09/21
After seventeen chapters and more than forty years of walking with Yeshua, we arrive at one final question: What does it mean for YOU to say, “I am a witness”?
In the final chapter of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, I bring the journey back to the reason I wrote this book. My desire was never simply to tell you my story. My prayer has been that through my testimony, the Holy Spirit would help you rediscover your own testimony.
Yeshua said:
“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be My witnesses...” Acts 1:8
If Yeshua has transformed your life, you are already His witness. Your testimony isn't only the story of the day you first said yes to Him. Every act of obedience, every trial through which He has remained faithful, every lesson He has taught you, every person He has allowed you to touch, and every fresh “Yes, Lord” becomes another chapter in the testimony He is still writing.
You don't need a perfect story. You don't need all the answers. You have a testimony.
His grace becomes part of your story.
His faithfulness becomes your testimony.
His love becomes your message.
So as this book comes to an end, your journey as a witness continues.
The search is over. Now go and become a witness.

Chapter 16 - Fruit That Remains - I Am a Witness The Search is Over
2026/09/20
What kind of fruit will remain long after we are gone?
In Chapter 16 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “Fruit That Remains,” I explore a lesson that has increasingly shaped my understanding of ministry: salvation is a wonderful beginning, but Yeshua called us to make disciples.
Yeshua said:
“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that remains.” — John 15:16
Meetings end. Outreach events finish. Conferences come and go. Even the emotions of powerful spiritual moments eventually fade. But a life transformed by the Holy Spirit can continue bearing fruit for generations. A new believer becomes a disciple. That disciple helps someone else follow Yeshua. One transformed life touches another—and the fruit continues.
Yeshua ministered to thousands, yet He invested deeply in a small group of ordinary men. He walked with them, taught them, corrected them, encouraged them, and prepared them—because disciples reproduce. The Kingdom advances as transformed people begin helping others walk with Yeshua.
After more than forty years of ministry, my desire is not simply to count decisions, meetings, or crowds. I want to see fruit that remains.
One life transformed.
One disciple equipped.
One person helping another follow Yeshua.
One generation passing the testimony to the next.
The question is not simply, “What am I accomplishing today?”
Perhaps the greater question is:
“What am I investing in today that will still be bearing fruit when I am gone?”

Yom Kippur — Why Did Yehovah Give Israel the Appointed Times? | Special Chapter Reading
2026/09/18
In this special release, I am reading a complete chapter from my forthcoming book on the appointed times of Yehovah. We begin with Yom Kippur — the Day of Atonement and a question that takes us much deeper than religious tradition: Why did Yehovah give Israel Yom Kippur in the first place?
Download the PDF of Chapter: https://member.bulldozerfaith.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Yom-Kippur-Why-Did-Yehovah-Give-Israel-the-Appointed-Times-By-Dr-Kenny-Russell.pdf
Before we rush to prophetic fulfillment, we go back to the Torah. Why the High Priest? Why the blood? Why the veil? Why did the sanctuary itself require cleansing? And why did Yehovah command two goats—one sacrificed and the other sent alive into the wilderness bearing Israel’s iniquities?
As we open Leviticus 16, an extraordinary picture begins to emerge. One goat dies and its blood is taken into the Holy Place. Over the second goat, Israel’s sins, transgressions and iniquities are confessed, and that goat bears them away into the wilderness.
Then we follow that language into Isaiah 53, where Yehovah speaks of His righteous Servant who would “bear their iniquities.”
And the journey does not stop there.
We open Jeremiah 31 and discover something every Jewish seeker should consider carefully: the New Covenant is not originally a Christian concept. Yehovah Himself promised a New Covenant “with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah,” declaring:
“I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”From Moses to Isaiah, from Jeremiah to Yeshua of Nazareth, I invite you to follow the Scriptures and ask the questions for yourself.
Whether you already believe Yeshua is Messiah, are Jewish and searching for answers, or simply want to understand Yom Kippur more deeply, this chapter is an invitation to put religious assumptions aside and return to the biblical text.
One truth runs through the entire message:
THE GOAL OF ATONEMENT IS HIS PRESENCE.
Yehovah told Israel, “I brought you to Myself.”
He commanded the sanctuary to be built “that I may dwell among them.”
Atonement was never merely about removing guilt. Yehovah was making a way for His people to draw near.
This chapter has also become deeply personal to me. The more I study Torah and the Prophets, the more convinced I become that Yeshua of Nazareth truly is Israel’s promised Messiah. In this reading, I share some of the biblical reasons that conviction continues to deepen my faith and my love for the Creator.
This is a special advance chapter reading from a forthcoming book by Dr. Kenny Russell.
Listen with your Bible open. Read the passages for yourself. Test everything against Scripture—and above all, ask Yehovah to reveal His truth to you.
Key Scriptures: Exodus 19:3–6; Exodus 25:8; Leviticus 16; Leviticus 17:11; Leviticus 23; Isaiah 53; Jeremiah 31:31–34; Hebrews 8–10.

Chapter 15 - GO - I Am a Witness The Search is Over | Dr. Kenny Russell
2026/09/18
If Yeshua has saved us, transformed us, and filled us with His Holy Spirit - why are we still here?
In Chapter 15 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “GO,” we enter the final part of the book: THE MISSION.
Yeshua said:
“As the Father has sent Me, I am sending you.” John 20:21
Salvation was never meant to be the finish line. It was the starting line. What God begins in us was never intended to stop with us. We have been sent into a world filled with neighbors, friends, colleagues, and strangers who are searching for hope - often without even knowing what they are searching for.
But Yeshua didn't call us merely to gather converts. He called us to make disciples. Going is the means; discipleship is the goal. The Great Commission is an invitation to walk alongside others as they learn to hear the Shepherd's voice, trust His leading, obey His Word, and follow Yeshua for themselves.
You don't have to have all the answers. You simply need to be available.
One conversation.
One prayer.
One act of obedience.
One willing disciple.
Never underestimate what Yehovah can begin through your next “yes.”
Yeshua is still saying: GO.

Chapter 14 Love That Risks Everything I Am a Witness The Search is Over
2026/09/17
What does it really mean to love as Yeshua loved?
In Chapter 14 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “Love That Risks Everything,” we move from experiencing the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit to something even deeper: a life that demonstrates the Father's love.
Yeshua said:
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends.” John 15:13
Yeshua didn't simply teach sacrificial love - He demonstrated it. The world often measures love by feelings, emotions, and words, but Scripture reveals a love that acts, gives, serves, forgives, and is willing to sacrifice.
Following Yeshua was never a promise that life would become easier. The born-again life is more than believing the right truths; it is becoming people who love as He loved—and that kind of love will always cost us something.
After more than forty years of walking with Yeshua, I have learned that the supernatural life isn't ultimately measured by the miracles we witness, but by the love we are willing to demonstrate. Walking with the Holy Spirit leads us toward the broken, toward forgiveness, toward service, and sometimes toward costly acts of obedience.
Love serves.
Love forgives.
Love reaches the broken.
Love gives without counting the cost.
Perhaps the question isn't simply, “Do I love Yeshua?”
Perhaps it is: “Am I willing to love others the way Yeshua has loved me?”
Because a transformed life doesn't simply talk about the love of God.
It becomes a witness to it.

I Am a Witness – Chapter 13 Walking With the Holy Spirit | Dr. Kenny Russell
2026/09/16
What does it really look like to walk with the Holy Spirit and experience the supernatural life of God?
In Chapter 13 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “Walking With the Holy Spirit,” I share how my journey into the supernatural didn't begin with a great healing meeting, a famous evangelist, or a dramatic conference.
It began with a Bible, a flashlight, and a young boy who simply believed that if Yeshua said something, He meant it.
I wasn't chasing miracles or spiritual experiences. I simply wanted to know Him. As I spent hours in Scripture, I learned to recognize the voice of my Shepherd and trust the leading of the Holy Spirit. My faith wasn't built upon someone else's ministry or testimony; it was formed through a personal relationship with Yeshua and His Word.
Yeshua said:
“But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all truth… He will glorify Me.” John 16:13–14
Throughout this chapter, I share testimonies of how the Holy Spirit works through ordinary people in extraordinary ways. But the supernatural is never meant to make us the center of the story. The ministry of the Holy Spirit always points us toward Yeshua and reveals the Father's heart.
The supernatural life isn't something reserved for a gifted few. It begins with relationship, surrender, availability, and learning to follow the Holy Spirit wherever He leads.
Don't chase the supernatural.
Chase Yeshua.
Walk with the Holy Spirit—and allow Him to work through your life.

I Am a Witness – Chapter 12: Becoming a Witness | Dr. Kenny Russell
2026/09/15
What does it really mean to become a witness for Yeshua?
In Chapter 12 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “Becoming a Witness,” I share why witnessing is not primarily about learning an evangelism technique, memorizing a presentation, or having all the answers.
Yeshua said:
“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be My witnesses…” Acts 1:8
Not every believer is called to be an evangelist, but every believer is called to be a witness. A witness is someone whose life carries the evidence that they have encountered the living Messiah.
Long before people hear our testimony, they are already reading our lives. They see how we respond under pressure, how we forgive, how we love, and whether the peace and hope of Yeshua remain evident when life becomes difficult.
Eventually, someone may look at your life and ask:
“What happened to you?”
And now you have an opportunity to tell them about Yeshua.
Witnessing is no longer simply something we do.
It becomes who we are.
The greatest witness you will ever give is not a carefully prepared presentation. It is a transformed life that continually points people to the One who lives within you.

Yom Teruah — A Sound That Demands a Response - Live Zoom Call
2026/09/14
Yom Teruah is more than the sounding of a trumpet - it is a Kingdom alarm that demands a response.
In this live Zoom teaching, Dr. Kenny Russell examines the biblical meaning of teruah and the urgent call behind the sound. Throughout Scripture, the trumpet communicated that it was time to awaken, assemble, prepare for battle, or move into an appointed position.
The King is calling His people into position.
But how do we identify our position within the purposes of the Kingdom?
Our focus cannot remain centered upon ourselves—our needs, our personal advancement, or even our individual spiritual growth. These things have their place, but the Gospel of the Kingdom calls us into something greater than ourselves.
The spring feasts establish the foundation of redemption and our personal response to the work of YeHoVaH. As we enter the fall feasts, however, our attention is drawn towards the corporate and national calling of Israel.
Yom Teruah, Yom Kippur, and Sukkot reveal YeHoVaH’s dealings with His covenant people and His unfolding purpose for Israel and the nations.
What does it truly mean to be Israel?
Israel was called to be a kingdom of priests, a holy nation, and a light to the nations. We have not been called merely to receive personal blessing - we have been called to serve the greater purposes of the King.
The sound of teruah asks us:
Where is the King calling us to stand?
What is our Kingdom assignment?
Are we serving His purpose or remaining focused upon ourselves?
Are we proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom?
The alarm is sounding in Zion.
Awaken. Assemble. Repent. Prepare. Take your position. The King is coming.

I Am a Witness – Chapter 11: Trading My Sorrows
2026/09/13
What do you do when life doesn't make sense—and God doesn't answer the way you expected?
Chapter 11 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “Trading My Sorrows,” is one of the most personal and vulnerable chapters in the book.
After more than forty years of walking with Yeshua, I have discovered that faith does not spare us from grief, disappointment, unanswered questions, betrayal, or painful loss. There have been seasons when my health faltered, finances disappeared, ministry became painfully difficult, and doors I believed God had opened suddenly closed.
There were moments when I asked:
“Father, where are You?”
“Why did You allow this?”
“Have You forgotten me?”
Those questions are not necessarily evidence that we have abandoned God. Sometimes they come from hearts desperately trying to trust Him when we cannot understand what He is doing.
In this chapter, I share some of the painful seasons of my own journey and one truth I can now declare:
God never abandoned me.
Not once.
The sorrow itself was never the gift, but the Father never wasted a single tear. Some of the hardest chapters of my life became the places where I learned to know Him most intimately.
The Psalms taught me that faith is not pretending to be strong. David brought his fear, confusion, disappointment, anger, grief, repentance, and longing honestly before God. That honesty became a doorway to healing.
Out of those lessons eventually came The Letter of Hope, a message the Holy Spirit has used to bring hope to thousands, call prodigals home, and help people standing on the edge of suicide choose life. It became another reminder that God can transform our deepest sorrows into hope for someone else.
Isaiah describes this beautiful exchange:
Beauty instead of ashes.
Joy instead of mourning.
Praise instead of despair.
Isaiah 61:3
Trading your sorrows doesn't mean pretending the pain never happened. It means placing it into the hands of the One who knows you completely.
If you are walking through a season you don't understand, I pray this chapter reminds you: your story isn't finished, and the Father has not abandoned you.

I Am a Witness – Chapter 10 - Living From His Presence
2026/09/12
What if walking with God was never meant to be limited to a quiet time, a church meeting, or what we call a “spiritual” moment?
In Chapter 10 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “Living From His Presence,” I share one of the truths that has shaped more than four decades of my journey with Yeshua:
Every part of life belongs to Him.
When Messiah dwells within us through the Holy Spirit, there is no longer a sacred part of life and a secular part. Our conversations, decisions, responsibilities, relationships, work, ministry, and ordinary moments can all become places where we experience His presence.
Yeshua said:
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in Me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing.” John 15:5 Over the years, I stopped expecting the Holy Spirit to remain behind when my quiet time ended. The conversation simply continued throughout the day. He would bring Scripture to mind, prompt me to encourage someone, correct my attitude, redirect my thinking, or prepare me for something I couldn't yet see.
That is what abiding in Yeshua has come to mean to me.
It isn't another activity to fit into a busy schedule.
It is a way of living.
The ordinary moments become holy ground when we recognize that He is already there.
His invitation has always been simple: walk with Me - every moment of every day.

Chapter 9: It’s Not Your Money I Want. It’s YOU! - I Am a Witness The Search is Over
2026/09/11
What happens when something we are building for God quietly becomes more important than walking with God?
In Chapter 9 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “It’s Not Your Money I Want. It’s YOU!”, I share one of the most dramatic and life-changing seasons of my journey.
My businesses were growing rapidly. Contracts were increasing, and I genuinely believed that greater business success would provide greater resources to advance the Kingdom of God. The vision wasn't wrong - but somewhere along the way, the vision began to consume me.
At the same time, Hayley believed the Holy Spirit had warned her that someone I deeply trusted within the company was stealing from us. What followed became an extraordinary lesson in hearing God's voice, trusting the Holy Spirit, obedience, protection, surrender, and the faithfulness of the Father.
But the greatest lesson wasn't about business or money.
One day while I was praying, the Holy Spirit spoke quietly to my heart:
“Kenny…
It’s not your money I want.
It’s you.”
Suddenly I understood. God had never measured my faithfulness by the size of my business, the contracts we secured, or how much money I could give away. He wasn't looking for a successful businessman who happened to love Yeshua. He wanted His son.
That revelation changed the direction of my life.
The Kingdom of God is never built by replacing intimacy with activity.
The Father’s greatest desire isn't simply what we can accomplish for Him. He wants us to know Him, walk with Him, and trust Him completely.

I Am a Witness – Chapter 8 Daily Dependence on the Holy Spirit | Dr. Kenny Russell
2026/09/10
The believer’s life was never designed to be lived alone.
In Chapter 8 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “Daily Dependence on the Holy Spirit,” I share how I discovered that following Yeshua was never meant to depend upon my own strength, discipline, or ability. The Holy Spirit came not as an occasional visitor, but to make His home within us - to be our Teacher, Counselor, Comforter, Guide, and constant Companion.
“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” Galatians 5:25This chapter also explores how prayer becomes relationship rather than religious duty. As a young believer, prayer became an ongoing conversation with my Heavenly Father—in my morning Bible reading, at school, working, running, or simply going about everyday life.
One question has become especially important to me:
Not, “How much time did I spend praying today?”
But, “How aware was I of His presence today?”
One measures performance. The other measures relationship.
Through more than forty years of walking with Yeshua, I have learned that dependence is not weakness. It is where faith grows. Sometimes the Father doesn't immediately change our circumstances; He changes us as we learn to trust Him within them.
Prayer has never simply been about receiving answers.
It has been about discovering the heart of the One who answers.
My prayer is that this chapter encourages you to stop carrying what the Holy Spirit never asked you to carry alone and rediscover the simplicity of daily dependence upon Him.

I Am a Witness – Chapter 7 Walking With the Shepherd | Dr. Kenny Russell
2026/09/09
Learning to hear His voice is only the beginning. The real adventure begins when we trust Him enough to follow.
In Chapter 7 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “Walking With the Shepherd,” I share what I have learned about developing a daily relationship with Yeshua, not by mastering a spiritual technique, but by remaining close to the Shepherd.
Sheep don't learn their shepherd's voice in a single day. They learn it by walking with him. In the same way, we grow through time in His Word, honest prayer, quietness before Him, obedience, and learning to trust His presence, even in seasons when His voice seems quiet.
And when we stumble, the Shepherd doesn't abandon us.
He pursues us.
He restores us.
He calls us by name.
He brings us home.
Perhaps you feel as though you have wandered far from God. His invitation remains the same: Come back. The Shepherd is still calling your name.
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” John 10:27The goal isn't simply to hear His voice. The goal is to know Him - and to trust Him enough to follow wherever He leads.

I Am a Witness – Chapter 6: Learning to Hear His Voice | Dr. Kenny Russell
2026/09/08
Does God still speak to His people today, and how do we learn to recognize His voice?
In Chapter 6 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, “Learning to Hear His Voice,” I share how, as a young believer, I discovered that the God who had rescued me wasn't distant or silent. He wanted a relationship with me, and that relationship included learning to listen.
Yeshua said:
“My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me.” John 10:27
Hearing God's voice isn't reserved for a select group of spiritually gifted people. We learn to recognize the Shepherd through relationship, spending time in His presence, remaining rooted in His Word, listening to the Holy Spirit, and responding in obedience.
The goal isn't simply to hear His voice. The goal is to know Him.
Whether you feel close to God today or as though you've wandered far away, the Good Shepherd is still calling. His voice has not grown silent.

I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over | Chapter 5 Christ in Me
2026/09/07
What does it really mean to say, “Christ lives in me”?
In Chapter 5 of I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over, I continue sharing my personal journey of discovering that following Yeshua is far more than believing the right things, attending meetings, or trying harder to live a Christian life.
There is a deeper reality: Messiah in you.
“I have been crucified with Messiah and I no longer live, but Messiah lives in me.” Galatians 2:20This revelation began to change the way I understood my identity, my relationship with God, and the purpose of my life. The life of faith was never supposed to be about me attempting to become good enough for God. It was about surrendering my old life and allowing the life of Yeshua to be expressed through me.
The Christian life isn't simply living for Yeshua.
It is learning to allow Yeshua to live through you.
As you listen to this chapter, I encourage you to consider your own journey. Are you trying to follow God through your own strength, or are you discovering what it means to live from the reality of Christ in you - the hope of glory?
This is where testimony becomes more than the story of what God once did.
Your transformed life becomes the witness.
I Am a Witness – The Search Is Over by Dr. Kenny Russell is a testimony of more than forty years of walking with God, through encounters, victories, failures, miracles, difficult seasons, and the continual work of the Holy Spirit.
Encounter Yeshua.
Grow in faith.
Discover your testimony.
Become a witness.
If this chapter encourages you, please share it with someone who needs to hear this message.
