This Episode we are joined by a very special guest and talk about the pitfalls of education and patient care involving tunnel vision.  Blake Rogers is a full time paramedic and part time Flight paramedic with Survival Flight in Alabama. He is an experienced provider and friend with vast knowledge from a different aspect. This week we review some training and treatment pitfalls involving tunnel vision and how to combat these issues from experience and training. This week we take a look at FONA vs. MONA in regards to ischemic chest pain.  There is substantial data and studies that reflect Fentanyl as being a safe alternative to morphine to relive Ischemic chest pain. Fentanyl is more hemodynamically stable than Morphine and the way of the future in pre-hospital chest pain management.
