This week we take a look at FONA vs. MONA in regards to ischemic chest pain. There is substantial data and studies that reflect Fentanyl as being a safe alternative to morphine to relive Ischemic chest pain. Fentanyl is more hemodynamically stable than Morphine and the way of the future in pre-hospital chest pain management. Don't take my word for it!
