A long overdue guest finally visits Matt on the show. Noah Gould, a felow co-host of the podcast Three Guys in a Pool Shed joins Matt to talk about a brewery located in his current residency of Vancouver, British Columbia. Matt dives into the second part Canada's beer story... finally. After about a month off, this long awaited episode features a completely black lager, and one of the best in the world in its class. Silversmith Brewing Company, a brewery in Virgil, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario brews in a converted old church and serves up some very tasty pints. Coming up to the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend, Matt talks about what the first settlers of Canada or New France as they called it, did to brew beer.
